These guys are top notch. Quick in and out with professionals who dive deep to find the problem and not cover it up. I've sent several fleet trucks from pick ups to snow plows and they've always done a fantastic job . Steven the service writer is decent as well. Doesn't BS you like other guys .

I came in to Iron Buffalo to professionally install my Espar diesel heater in my bus conversion… And it was installed however, as diesel heaters can be very tricky it did not function as it should have after the install… I brought this issue up to Steven for head foreman and after a reasonable amount of time of investigating the primary issue of the heating system I was told that I could come in and they would fix the diesel heater system without further charge.. as to make 100% sure the heater system would function correctly… I was not charged to fix the issue that prevented the system to function correctly … And I felt I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Thank you gentlemen!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Iron Buffalo. From start to finish, the team was professional, fast, and genuinely helpful. Big shoutout to John, who handled my booking. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made scheduling incredibly easy. He kept me updated the entire way and made sure everything went smoothly.
The work itself was top-notch. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in plain terms, and had my truck back on the road sooner than expected. Fair pricing, honest communication, and quality workmanship..
Highly recommend Iron Buffalo to anyone needing truck or trailer repairs. I’ll definitely be coming back! (Hopefully I won’t need to.)Dec 02, 2025 -
I had purchased a used NPR with a few problems, I took it to a dealership who had fixed a few issues but sat on it for 3 additional weeks after the majority of issues were fixed trying to fix the lift gate. I called Iron Buffalo and they were able to get me in fairly quick and fixed the issue in a few days. Communication was spot on, prices were fair, issue was fixed, they even gave me a list of issues I knew about but they found on their inspection. I will be bringing my truck back there for all future work.

Drove 30min to do a vin emission, I show up and opps we can't you need to wait 2.5 hours my time apparently not valued at all ,because the mechanic asked" ill pull truck off the dyno to get it done" the guy who told me to drive 30 min says" no that's more important finish that". Honestly after what I experienced as a new costumer if that were me I would take care of my new costumer 100% of the time! After reading some reviews look like I've doged a bullet, threatening to sue unhappy costumers just makes you look even worse.Ill never be returning to this circus !

I Was scammed! I brought in a brand new lift gate switch to have it installed. A few days later they called saying my new switch was faulty. They would need to order a new one for $963.89, includes shipping. What could I do other than authorize them to proceed. When I pick up my truck I asked them for the "faulty" switch back that I brought in. They couldn't find it. "We'll call. you". A few days later they said they found the switch. I picked it up. It was 100% not the switch that I brought in. See the photographic evidence. My old original switch and my brand-new one both have a part or item number clearly printed in the lower right corner. The switch returned to me DOES NOT! When presented with this information they offered to have my switch retested. What good would that do me if it's not the switch I brought in? Crickets. I have not heard back from them since.

Extremely displeased I went in for a California clean carb test explained it to the front desk needed for my registration for California I don't need a emissions test for Colorado for a California truck should be very obvious so I ended up paying for a Colorado emmissions test for nothing but I needed a California test pissed off customer

I took my truck to this shop and had one of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had. My truck stayed there for over a week, and during that time I had to constantly call for updates because they never called me back. Every time I reached out, they said they’d call me later but they never did. I always had to chase them for information. Their customer service is terrible and completely unprofessional.
I brought the truck in for a whistling noise and made the problem clear from the start. They charged me $560 just to diagnose it, then claimed it was a wire issue and charged another $500 to find it even though nothing was wrong with the wiring. In total, I paid over $3,100, and the same issue came back within 5 minutes of leaving their shop.
When I returned, Stevan, the person I had dealt with, was extremely rude and dismissive. He was the one who originally told me the repair came with a warranty, but when I brought the truck back, he completely changed his story and said it was a “different issue” that needed a new quote basically just asking for more money again.
Instead of trying to help or stand behind their work, he literally handed me my keys and told me to have a good day kicking us out of the office in the middle of the conversation. I never raised my voice or said anything inappropriate; he just didn’t want to deal with it.
They keep advertising that they have the best mechanics and “great customer service,” but based on my experience, that’s completely false.
Total spent: $3,100
Result: Problem not fixed.
This shop only cares about getting paid, not about their customers or the quality of their work. Avoid this place at all costs.Oct 16, 2025 -
called this company to service my dump truck, they sent a very nice guy but with no experience at all, guy seemed lost and didn't really knew what to do, after two hours of diag he said i need to tow the truck to them and that he was 90% sure was my ecm, i had called another guy that does did not even want to called from the beginning because he is not a professional and he started in less than 5 min it was a loos ground, I spoke with Randy the manager and he did not care was rude and he said they have 30 years of experience still charge me! stay away from them

Beware This company sucks! Took tree times to come see my truck and they could not even fix it!
They are very strictly with money and prices like if they only care for the money and on top of very high prices just to get to your truck they still charge you 3% credit card fee, a service they should pay to accept credit cards stay away from themOct 02, 2025 -
Leah gave me some of the most thoughtful advice, and a wonderful customer service experience. On top of that G is an awesome guy you are in good hands with either of them!

We have a Mack Truck that needed a new clutch among other things and we were very happy with the service we received. Steven and Gee (spelling?) were extremely helpful. We look forward to continuing having them service our Mack.

I’m glad I went to this shop. I was so worried it would be another back door mechanic wanting to swindle me. It was anything but. Shannon was super kind and went way out of his way getting me in right away. And Steve was a professional from start to finish in assisting with the work being done. I’m really appreciative and would 100% use this shop again.

Iron Buffalo is my new favorite shop for my family business truck They diagnosed and fixed a difficult electrical issue that another shop had been unable to trouble-shoot, and gave me a great price on both the diagnostics and repair. They also did a full inspection and found some other issues we were unaware of, some of which are safety issues that were missed by the previous shop I was using. I am just thankful they did the inspection along with the electrical repair, and I can now get those repairs done at an affordable price as well. Iron Buffalo's team stayed in communication with me, and wrote up a very thorough estimate and explanation of everything they found. Their prices are extremely competitive, particularly given the current economic situation and rising prices. Iron Buffalo's customer service really sold me on becoming a customer, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for getting me back on the road quickly!

I highly recommend this shop. I had luke a technician there do some work on my truck after a ford dealership took 6 days and failed to acknowledge my warranty on 3 leaking oil spots on my truck.
Once the dealership screwed me over I took my truck here. Luke was very impressive, fast and communicative. He provided me photos. He kept me updated on everything he did. I still have a warranty through ford but apparently it’s useless. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to them considering how they treated me. Luke is a solid technician who is very skilled. I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you.Apr 18, 2025 -
In november of 2024 this company said they could replace my clutch. This is a standard fix taking anywhere from 10 to 12 hours. The clutch kit comes with an input shaft by the way. This job took them 5 full days and they run 2 shifts. I was told on the phone prior they had time to do it. This job cost 4000 cnd with everything included , they charged me 10,000 and a lost revenue of at least 3 days wages. They took off my transmission to inspect it and reattached it, I will include photos to prove what happened. Roughly 5 weeks of driving it and nobody touched my transmission in the interm. I called them 2 weeks ago and notified them of their monumental failure and offered them a cheap fix by having my mechanic correct their mistake and within 2 days they ghosted me and refuse to take responsibility. This company has proven to me and you they aren't to be trusted.

Any shop brave enough to work on RVs and deal with old men and truck drivers, is OK in my book.
We brought our RV in for preventative maintenance on the wheels and suspension. Extremely happy how all that went with superior diagnosis and almost assuredly the same with the repair. Whatever it cost was certainly cheaper and less painful than being pulled out of a ditch or a canyon.
We had an AC issue that was problematic and of course with RVs nothing is straightforward. The tech(s) were able to track down the various issues and get it up and running. That will make life with the wife a whole lot better!
Communication was equally as efficient and greatly appreciated.Dec 18, 2024 -
Our truck broke down just as we were getting into Denver. It was a major repair and they accomplished it quickly and we were back in our truck. Everyone there was very professional and nice to work with. The unhappy news of a major repair was actually a good experience. Definitely recommend Iron Buffalo.

Top notch service in very short amount of time and appointment notice. Chris, the new guy on service writer desk was very helpful as was Corey, the service manager. This place is a great resource, tucked away in a too-hidden place north of Denver, in Commerce City. You can tell by the volume and type vehicles lined up on their lot, they handle service for many important companies as well as RVs, machine shops and more. I highly recommend Iron Buffalo to others and hope to gain info on thre company's history in Denver.

Takes way too long to get a vehicle once it’s been dropped off.
Still have a leaking transmission but eh what’s $5,000 right? I’m sure they wouldn’t mind if one of their personal vehicles was serviced and returned only to leave transmission fluid on their driveway or better yet on a customers property.
It’s my last resort when another shop or mechanic has a hard time with a vehicle. Mainly because of the pricing (check the invoices for ridiculous add ons like $300 shop supplies) and time.
Great staff though (G and Shannon). And good communication once it finally gets into a bay.
-UPDATE
After speaking with G one more time we were able to schedule an appointment to review the previous repairs. It only took a couple days and the repair was corrected.
I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and the repair.
Thank you G and ShannonMay 24, 2024 -
I had sold my home and for a week was living in my RV in the driveway as everything I owned was at my new apartment in Michigan. On the way to the Moose Lodge to say goodbye to friends the check engine came on and I was surprised and worried as I was leaving for Michigan in a couple of days. I called numerous places and had no luck getting someone to help. When I finally called JE-CO I knew I got the right place! G and the other folks got my RV in right away, found the problem and got me on the road in a couple of days. Ran absolutely perfect on my 3 day road trip to Michigan. I’m thankful I found these folks!

Stay away simple job one day job... but miscommunication and Negligence of employees caused me to stay over a week sitting paying for hotel cost over 120 per night. They didn't offer a ride to and from hotel had to walk 45 minutes with luggage and personal belongings then I finally get the part in amd mechanic broke it so I had to stay longer again. Nobody cared I was military, never Gave me discount even after I asked. I REALLY HATE THIS PLACE, I was talked down too, I was hung up on, I was told to check out of hotel rude coming at 930am then 1134am I called woman at desk back but she had completely forgot about me. I stood with out a hotel room for almost 3.5 hours then she answers and says your trucks not done, Mechanix said new part broken now... Not only was I over charged for labor and prices but then they add random hours for labor after I specifically told them what the book calls for then give me run around... I have family and friends own diesel mechanic shops back home. They all said they were just trying to rip us off like I was a huge corporate cpmpany... I'm 1 man 1 truck just starting out, still active in Army Reserves... they knew all this... I told them when I first arrived... they Do Not care!!!! I will make sure My Entire Network of Companies and OWNER/OPERATORS know this PLACE IS JUST A PLACE THAT WILL HOLD YOU AT THERE MERCY AND TRIPLE CHARGE ANYONE WALKING FOR REPAIRS.... STAY FAR AWAY... WORST THAN THE DEALERSHIPS... AND THAT SAYS ALOT... almost forgot they didn't use seat covers or floor mats , arrived truck was still leaking and greasy handprints all over exterior I spent 3 more hours cleaning amd decreasing my truck just to be able to get I'm and drive off...Never have I ever complained , by far worst amd hopefully last time I ever put up with a shop like this one!! With Hotels for a week and food to survive PLUS THE ( RIP OFF) BILL I SPENT WELL OVER $5700.00 FOR ONE SMALL Part...and week of stress... NOT TO MENTION EVERYDAY MY TRUCK , SAT I LOST MONEY....

G and Shannon were a pleasure to do business with. They sent pictures of my radiator that was totally clogged causing high engine temps. Then got me caught up on reg maintenance items. Fast turn-around considering what had to be done. I wish my hometown had a repair facility as good as JE-CO for motorhomes!

They did a really bad job with my cousin truck
They charged alot for the crazy job they got done on the towing truck oil started leaking everywhere and when my cousin ask if they could fix it they wanted to charge extra on top of what he paid for already dont do go here.Feb 09, 2021 -
Had a break down with the ol’ Pete they picked up and were available l. They aren’t the cheapest but heck you get what you pay for. If you want your rig or RV fixed so you can head one down the road these guys are nice and they can almost always get done in a day if you need it.

I was in Denver waiting to pick up Coors, after having driven here from Grand Junction. I had experienced some chatter and vibration I thought to be caused by clutch adjustment. I called JECO and spoke with Joshua telling him I thought I needed a clutch adjustment.
After discussing the price and options I decided to go on as I would be returning to the shop that installed the clutch 2 weeks prior. Bad Idea...
I picked up the load and was on my way for an 11 am delivery in Billings. This was 2:00 pm May 16th. I got 23 miles from golden up to exit 229 on I 25 north bound, when I heard BOOM and a whole lot of other noises I can't describe. I never saw so many 4 wheelers scatter so quickly. Made it easy to get to the shoulder or I should say between ramp and freeway.
I was terrified to get out and see what had happened. The front U joint had broken out of the straps slicing my hydraulic lines busting the cross pipe in the exhaust loose from the driver side. I believe this most likely saved my driveline by keeping it off the pavement.
To make a long story short I wanted to say I was concerned as I'm unfamiliar with JECO. I am pleased to say after conversations with the day service writer ( G ) We both decided it was better to tow it in rather than replace the U-Joint road side especially after finding sheered bolt. Not to mention it was raining miserably. I wouldn't want to crawl under there in that kind of weather.
He quoted me the tow bill and repairs @ $810 dollars. That wasn't considering the exhaust cross over repair.
I got to the shop at about 10 pm or so. I was really nervous because of my delivery at 11 am.
Joshua put Jeff on the job. Not only did he do an incredible job the guy was always keeping me updated with the details of his progress. So with the exhaust repair and U-joint they had me out the door by 2:30 am to the tune of $770.88 that being $39,12 less than the original estimate. That was including the cross over repair.
I made my delivery with in 30 mins of appointment.
Would I use these guys again? Count on it.
