I called and was told they were going to be here the day I drove up and no one showed and no one answered the phone. I showed up and another guy was here waiting all morning too and both were from out of town. Waste of time for driving and money.
They advertised a Wildernest camper shell available on Craigslist. I called to explain I live a state away but wanted it at the asking price and just needed to coordinate pickup.
They refused to adjust to opening the shop on the one day I was available to make the 26 hour round trip drive. When I called I was asked to text and then my texts never got a response. Someone finally picked up today, but the weekend has passed and they said they would call back but never did.
Quick and easy to work with - found the part I needed, and Juan helped me pull it within 10min. If you have a Toyota and need something random, this is a great starting point!
They sold me a bad transmission and didn't have a replacement to give me so after returning the transmission they will not give me any refund back and I have to take them to court to try to get my money back for a bad part they sold me. Don't use the shop, read the rest of the reviews before purchasing from them please learn from my mistake.
Don't waste your time here. They don't give refund even if they sell you the wrong part or if the part is bad only exchanges. Also they lie about having a part and when you show up they tell oh sorry we don't have.

The phone is rarely answered, the location is not easy to find... But once one arrives to the business, they are very friendly and you'll find a lot of difficult to find Toyota trucks/SUV parts for fairly reasonable prices.
I called looking for a part and there was no answer. I called again and then received a text to "please text". I asked my question via text and never heard back. I'm pretty sure they closed down and someone else has their old number now. Weird.
I have been buying parts from these guys for years, always fair market prices for everything they carry. And if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll generally put forth the effort to find it.
These guys are the best. They didn’t even charge me for a connector I needed. Still gave the kid 10 bucks out of gratitude.
This place has everything for Toyotas, I was very impressed.
Way to over priced bought used bumper and grill and charge me for price of a whole new front end they are desperate to make extra money over charge price for parts just buy new parts.DONT shop here they need to be shut down
Couldn't reach them by phone and I was shopping around for a part for my 2001 4runner. Another salvage yard said they had one. Thank you Fair Auto &Truck Parts!! When I arrived they in fact had several and wanted to charge what it would cost new. They lowered the price by $5 but still well above what it should have been used. I needed the part today so I really had no choice. Great salvage yard for your Toyo parts but be prepared to pay too much. Definitely shop around.
Told me they had an 18” rim for my 4runner for $80. I drove 2 hours to get it, and low and behold they didn’t have it. Then they refused to honor that price even for a 17” wheel. I just needed a spare. Such a waste of my time and gas.
2 stars because I bought an axle from them once that went well. Unfortunately I won’t be back.
Bought a camper shell here a few months back and they gave me a great price. Even installed it completely for free. Courtesy like that will bring me back whenever I need another part.
Great place to find just about any part for your Toyota SUV, or Truck. Some parts do get pricey, so you really gotta work with them. Location is a bit hidden, but not hard to find. I would suggest calling them first to ask for a part to make sure they pull it, because if not you will have to wait for them to pull it.
These guys have some inventory for sure and are pretty easy to work with. Also they are a well organized yard with a lot of parts pre-separated but also a lot of near-complete vehicles as well, many of which are in better than average junk yard condition. They took a lot of time to show me what they had. You can just swing by it’s honestly easier than trying to deal in any way on the phone plus you need to see what they have. Price-wise they are fair and seem to deal a bit based on condition and volume you purchase. Still, as with any yard I’d say do your homework online first so you know the going rates on fleabay etc. Also seemed a lot more willing to separate small parts rather than making you buy entire units of things etc. Good experience and will be back. They take cash or card. Jim’s is a staple but these guys are worth the trip especially if you are out that way and in some ways might have a leg up.
These guys are great. Sometimes getting ahold of them can be difficult but other than that, very helpful. Good prices and they don’t nickel and dime you to death. They have lots of trucks to pick from and you can save quite a bit of money instead of going to dealerships.
It would be great if they really started using their online request, especially when you don’t have time to call but it’s not that big of deal.
Great resource for the odds and ends I need to fix up a 27-year-old 4Runner, helpful and friendly staff. I'll definitely be headed back the more I dig into this project truck!
This place is AWESOME. If you have a Toyota truck . Go there reasonable prices and very helpful staff . I will be a customer as long as I have my toyo truck . And will refer them to other people . Keep up the great work Toyo Pros !!!!!!
Bought an engine from these guys and they were very helpful. Price is competitive and they have a good selection. The guy that runs the place is very friendly and very busy. Sometimes they're a little slow to respond but they're very thorough. Overall, I'm a happy customer and will be back.
