I called around for over a week trying to find a mobile mechanic, a tow, -anything- with no response. Brinks got someone out within an hour, talked out pricing and a reasonable solution before the driver (Paul) even got there, then towed me over 50 miles with no problems. Paul was also incredibly courteous, got my camper exactly where I wanted it, and helped put it on blocks to ensure it would stay still. Thank you so much Paul, you're amazing!
Don't your drivers have tow lights to put on the trucks they are towing. Truck # 19 was towing a freightliner this morning did not have tow lights and I almost hit him in the ass because I didn't know he put his brakes on.Train your drivers or get some that know what they are doing
Oil pressure sensor fail and my truck wouldn't run. I called Brinks. Quote was less than other companies (Aurora to Marini Diesel-the best shop in town). Driver on site less than a hour. Truck got serviced by Marini Diesel the next day. Thank you all!

My driver was left stranded on the road due to a mechanical failure south of Greeley at 7pm and another tow company couldn’t come until the morning. After a bunch of rigmarole with the 3rd party company who was coordinating a tow, I finally had words with them and told them I’d find a tow myself. After calling Brinks, I was handled with pure professionalism. Tow truck arrived in an hour and the driver had me hooked and ready within 15 minutes after arrival. Driver was absolutely the best. Kudos to the whole team!! Definitely going to use in the future!

Deplorable service from Brinks Towing! The driver arrived without a license plate on their vehicle, causing me unnecessary trouble as the toll company charged me! After the toll issue caused by their driver’s lack of a license plate, I called them seeking resolution. Shockingly, they promised to call back but never did! Their blatant disregard for addressing the problem they caused demonstrates their lack of professionalism and customer care. It’s infuriating to be left hanging with unresolved issues due to their negligence and unfulfilled promises. Company failed to inform me in advance about the additional cost of putting back a driveshaft. It's outrageous to be hit with unexpected charges after already enduring poor communication. This lack of transparency and responsibility is unacceptable. Stay away from this towing service if you value your time and money!

I am from Utah and needed help moving a bus I had in storage in Henderson. We were only going to be in town for one day. I called Brinks for help and they were there for us. Jeff who answered the phone was awesome and got a guy out within an hour. Garrett showed up especially for us and was really professional and so kind. I can never thank the crew enough for their incredible service. I would highly recommend using brinks.
The tow truck drivers with Brink’s Heavy Towing are professional and courteous. Bryan Gonzalez went above and beyond! When my 18-wheeler broke down he arrived at the scene of the breakdown when he said he would. He towed my trailer to my carrier’s yard where he helped me un-couple it from the tractor. Then he towed the broken down tractor to the repair shop. When I learned the shop would need a few days to do the repairs, and that they did not have a truck to loan me, Bryan drove me to my personal vehicle so I could get home that night, the day before Thanksgiving. As a female driver, it means a lot to me that Bryan ensured that I, and my equipment, was safe.
They charged us LESS than what they quoted...yes, LESS...and they were absolutely fantastic from the first call thru the completion of towing...our 45' Class A Diesel Pusher Coach threw a big red "Stop Engine Now" code in the middle of the eastbound Eisenhower Tunnel...we coasted thru the tunnel and left it on the pull off outside the tunnel where Brink's retrieved it for us the next day and took it to Transwest FreightLiner...I would absolutely us them again but of course hope we don't have too!
My 40’ Motor Home lost ignition power so I called Brinks for a tow to a service center. There driver (on time) while prepping the MH for towing found and repaired the weak ground. The driver then called me to see if I still required a tow, I didn’t and they only charged me a couple of hours labor! Punctual honest what more could you what!
Waited for over 3 hours for them to show up. Went down the street to get something to eat and he was just arriving. Driver was still attached to a truck and charged me $50 for waiting half hour? How about the time I spent waiting on him?
Stranded after spring failure on our 5th wheel. Owner came out early Saturday morning and personally took us to get repair parts and got us back on the road before lunch. I would highly recommend this company. Fair dealing and old fashion service makes for free advertisement. Thanks Brinks Towing.
I would give Brinks Towing more than 5 stars if I could. Was told it would be several hours before I would get towed, was there in less than an hour. Met the owner of the company, awesome guy. Hooked up the truck extremely fast and had us going on our way in no time. Definitely would recommend Brinks towing to anyone who is in need of a heavy truck haul.
I got my work truck stuck in a marsh. The original towing company got two of their tow trucks stuck while trying to help me. Brinks Towing was the only company that could get my vehicle out of a very complicated situation. The owner was very understanding and incredibly helpful. I give these guys two thumbs up!
