It was the worst experience we have ever had, we got a trailer issue and called this service, sent all pictures of broken parts and after 4 hours of waiting they came without any parts. Firstly, when we called the service they said ETA is 2hours at least, but after 2hours when I called them they said ETA 2 more hours. Mechanics were still on the call but no one updated us. Finally, they said they couldn't find the parts from the shop and asked for $1000 for doing nothing.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We called them for a tow job during the afterhours, they gave us an estimate of around $950 give or take, with us leaving $500 for deposit first. So after they finished the job, instead of asking for the difference of around $400-500, they said the total bill is $1600. We told them we will pay, we just need time to find the source of payment since the first shift just began around 7am, they then raised the labor for an extra $300-$400 approximately and started threatening they will tow our truck back to their shop and impound it if we don't pay immediatelly. I said they can raise labor per every hour if they need to, but i have to find a way to pay since there was a shift change, to which they answered that their driver was being impatient and furious for having to wait, like it's not his job. My driver then called me and sent me videos of them hooking their truck again, ready to impound it, and telling me they are also threatening us and my driver by calling police on us. At the end my driver got scared and managed to pay by himself. After years of working this job, this is BY FAR the WORST towing job i have experienced. Highly recommend you guys to avoid this shop, unless you are prepared to empty both your wallet and your bank account.

Motorhome had electrical/brake problems with warning lights and beeping that would not reset or stop. Service Advisor Breanna said she could have a Service Technician on it the next day if I got it to there shop first thing in the morning. Their response was as promised with results and repairs done promptly. I continued on to Nebraska the next day, a happy RV’er. Don’t find people like Rocky Mountain Truck Centers anymore that “do what they say”. Thanks RMTC FOR A GREAT JOB.
These guys or the biggest scam I ever met they offered to fix my tires for $365 come out to put the tire on end up costing me $1300 stay away from them for sure they will not let you leave and threatened to call the police on you if you do not pay them if I done this in my business, I would be in jail
Promptly came out to diagnose and tow when our rental truck broke down. Shout out to Dave for his patience working with the rental company and seeing the job though.
The worst road side service ever $1400 for brake chamber and the idiot(so called mechanic) needed five and a half hours to change a brake chamber. Don’t call this guys even if your life depended on it.
They have had our truck for nearly 4 weeks for transmission repairs.. they keep lying telling us it will be done tomorrow but it took them 4 days to get a diagnostic when they said it would take 2 hours.. most definitely never going back there
I just need to highlight the wonderful service I have received from Rocky Mtn. I called for a tow as my ignition on my Subaru was locked. So Tristan with Rocky Mountain towing came to pick up my car. But before he hooked it up he decided to try to unlock the ignition. And boom!!!!! Unlocked it, I offered to pay them for their travel time but their company wouldn't have it. So instead I'll give Tristan and Rocky Mountain tow a review on their fast,friendly customer service for saving me $$$!. Thank you Tristan I truly appreciate you and Rocky Mountain for your time ,service, and intergty. Its people like you & companies like yours that truly are here to help!. I'll be forever grateful and will always recommend and call you should I ever need to again. So should anyone need a tow I highly recommend this company. They are truly A great company to utilize.

Truck broke down on I 80 about 20 miles from cheyenne. I requested service call to fix it. They send a mechanic in time with right set of parts, everything was going perfect, until by error/ mistake, another line got ruptured while fixing the issue. RMT took responsibility of it. It was late evening, they gave ride back to cheyenne for dinner/motel. We worked together to grab parts from Denver. Next day they send another guy with me. He went out of the way to fix it in factory mode (if you know coolant lines going to DEF). Then came invoice part. They took care of ruptured lines, paid for cab to bring parts from Denver and another discount for the delay/ discomfort for fixing it. RMT team *(Michelle/Scott), manager John, Mechanic Matthew Hosey have done wonderful job as a team.
5 stars for every person helped me to get back on road. In very clear words, they not only took the responsibility, but completed the job in satisfactory manner. Rarely, you find such treatment in mechanic world where shops upfront take responsibility of their workers' negligence.
Originally I gave this shop a 5 star review. Initially they were super friendly and appeared to have my air conditioning working again. After paying the bill, I went out to the truck and the air started blowing hot before I even left the shop. I went in and told them and they didn’t seem surprised. They didn’t come outside and look at it, instead, they suggested that I hit the compressor clutch with a hammer. When I did this, the air conditioner started working again, so I left the facility. As soon as I got on the road, though the bumps and vibrations caused the air conditioner to stop working again. I immediately pulled over and called them and told them I would need the air conditioning over the weekend and if they could not fix it, I would need to get someone that could. They suggested giving me a refund and told me someone would call me in a couple of hours. Nobody contacted me until Monday, which was not a surprise. James told me via email that they had to send it through their claims department, but it should be approved within a couple of days. it’s now been almost 2 weeks. I have sent multiple emails that have not been responded to and every time I call the office. It goes to voicemail when they find out who I am. It’s really a shame. They turned out to be this way. I go to Denver frequently and I was going to start using them more and more for repairs in the future, but now I can’t even trust them to keep their word or at the bare minimum called me back or reply to an email. This is a super shady outfit or at least it appears that way and I can’t in good faith. Recommend anyone going there. If they correct these issues, I will edit this review with updated information but if this message is still here, you can assume that they haven’t done anything to make it right. I ended up going to the TA truck stop for my air-conditioning repair
The air bags on the trailer were not inflating. The leveling valve was not working. It was replaced and problem solved.
The night mechanic Lavon figured out the problem but was unable to repair it because it was 11pm to midnight and he did not have the part. He was patient though and still manipulated the lever so the air bags inflated manually so the trailer wouldn’t sit on the tires all night. I appreciated that.
Jeff arrived in the morning about half hour before the eta window and had the parts and knowledge. He made quick work to install and test the valve and even explained the setup to me. It was a great experience in a bad situation.
Overall everyone at this company, including the lady who called first thing in the morning, have such positive energy.
Trust worthy, honest and dedicated to getting us truckers rolling! Appreciate the lead Mechanic. Y’all are truly GOD sent. Stephanie, Jeff, all of yall. Will definitely recommend and use anytime we can.
I was impressed with how efficiently the agent took all my information then directed my call to the correct dispatch center. Unfortunately, the tech was on another call and I had to wait but that is how things go. The dispatcher kept advised me advised of the tech's ETA, which was reassuring I had not been forgotten. Upon arrival, the tech efficiently determined the problem and the solution. Because of time constraints, we needed to get going. He was able to provide a temporary fix so we could get back on the road and home with our motorhome. All of the employees were very friendly and efficient. Iwould definitely call Rocky Mountain again if I need roadside assistance.
This place rocks! Jack and Bonnie got me in and out with great service in the blink of an eye. After waiting for over 3 hours at Love's, i called and they were really friendly and funny. I recommend this shop to All drivers.

Our company's truck broke down at the exit entering the E-470 toll road, and I called Rocky Mountain Truck Centers for help. They arrived quickly after the call and assessed the situation. Since it wasn't safe to replace the truck batteries on-site, they offered a fair rate for towing the truck to their facility, where they promptly replaced the batteries. Everything was handled efficiently, and their dispatch team was both pleasant and professional. Overall, we were very pleased with their timely and reliable service.
Left the shop Monday afternoon and truck catches on fire after they put their work into the truck. Stay away run away from this company. Totally understand all the 1 star rating. I would give it a zero if there was s option for it
I honestly see why this company has so many negative reviews.
I called them on the side of the road with a blown tire. The technician I spoke to said they had multiple of my tire in stock, and a technician on standby , my truck had a flat 10 min from their shop in Brighton. I waited the quoted 90 min before I called in to get a status update.
I was told that the technician was finally at the shop to pick up my tire and would be arriving within 30 MORE minutes. 30 minutes later I received a call to tell me that their inventory system was not correct and they did NOT have my tire. How a company waited 2 HOURS before even looking? Never updated me, their hold system says they have 100 technicians and 30 service vehicles , yet their employees tell me they are alone and only have 1 tech on staff. I felt lied to, ignored, deceived, and the guy who called me to tell me I waited for no reason, did not even seem to care. Said he “had no solutions for me”
In conclusion, I would not recommend using this shop; I myself will NEVER call them again. Do not waste your valuable time because it means nothing to them. I also see all the countless reviews on how they way overcharge people. This company will NEVER get a dime of my money. I wish I could leave ZERO stars.

They had my trailer all day and when I called around noon they told me the work was completed and the other wheel hubs of my trailer had been inspected and re greased. I paid the $2169 invoice on my way there and I saw my trailer still disassembled and they didn't even touch the other hubs. After talking to Mike about everything they pretty much told me they couldn't help me, I would have to buy a new $5k axle and labor for that as well. Communication could have been better in this situation and just told me they couldn't repair it from the beginning so I could have found someone else before everything closed and had to sleep another night on the side of the road.
They didn’t fix my truck but charge about 2000$ for doing nothing! Their software don’t have availability to clear code and basically they charge 8 hour labor fee and 82 miles distance fee for nothing! Do not call them if you want to fix your truck, maximum they can is regular maintenance not professional
