THIS PLACE SUCKS, JUST TO GET IN THEY OVER CHARGE, NOT TO SAY THE PARTS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE SOMETIMES MORE THAN IF YOU BUY NEW. EVERYTIME I HAVE GONNE BACK IVE REGRET IT WASTE OF TIME, I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK. STICK TO PULL N PAY. THEY ARE MORE REASONABLE.

5 Stars!! You can practice being a mechanic and scream and cuss all you want. Even come home with some spare parts and bloody knuckles if you try hard enough.

Delayed entrance to venue for 2 hours due to a 5 minute rain shower. Opening band played for 30 minutes before the venue put up a sign on monitors that show was canceled, despite the weather appearing fine, it was being said they cut show short to avoid breaking city sound ordinances . Feels very scummy putting one band on and an attempt to dispute refund request from Ticketmaster. Will not return to this venue under any circumstances.

Not happy about the guarantee. It is a fee I have to pay? Another way to make money. Should ask if I want the guarantee but instead I have to pay that a for light cover and the other misc.

Be careful buying tires from them. After you pay they slice tires when taking them off the rims and refuse to give you back the money. Whole place is a scam!!!

Bait and switch with prices...my $74.99 trunk lid almost $ 200.00..warranty?...this reflector that lock that switch ..I let them keep it...

Normally when I go there I don’t have any problems with their prices, but when I went this last time for a window regulator for a 23 yr old Car I have to admit I was shocked that they would sell a used part for the same if not more than a brand new one that I could find online. People go to a junkyard normally to find OEM parts and b/c they are supposed to be cheaper.

Very well run operation. Super friendly crew. Found no less than 4 trucks with the part I needed. The website is simple, the yard is laid out neatly and for a small fee they will actully pull the part you want if you cant physically do the job yourself. Prices are online as well. Thank you, Jesus for your help with the 01 Ram front door today!!!

prices too high, even more expensive than if you bought them new. I recommend this one for much lower prices and better customer service.(U-Pull-&-Pay)

thanks to angel and gabriel who truly went above and beyond. Not only did he take the time to help me find exactly what I needed, but he also made sure everything was right and eveloaded the items into my vehicle without hesitation. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a big difference in my day. It’s rare to find service like this, and I truly appreciate the effort. Highly recommend this place for their great customer service and helpful staff!

Their animated system is of no help at all when you can't search there websit cause your driving. It hangs up on you and you can't get a real person. Ugh.

The lot is nice which is only reason for 1 star... I went in for a part which was between the car and a spare tire which was used to lift the car up. There was no way I could get it out without lifting it a little bit more in removing expert tire. But there were no jacks allowed. i asked a clerk to help me, but he instead said."Well I guess you do not get it then" So yeah I broke a rule and brought in my own personal jack and was able to successfully pull the part out. that same clerk then notices the part. And comes over to my wheelbarrow . He then confronts me about bringing in a Jack. And smacks the piece off of my wheelbarrow and said that I was useless. I understand I shouldn't have brought a jack in but very unprofessional on his part This guy is gonna touch the wrong customer's property and find out the hard way

Good folks at the front desk. Gave us a tire iron to pull a rim we needed off of an 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Was a little confused on the core charge for a rim. Do we need the receipt, when bringing in the old rim, to get the core fee back?

Ordered a transmission over a week ago for my 2001 chevy suburban 2500. I paid to have them ship to the transmission shop All Transmission in sterling, and they still haven't shipped it yet. The shop needs the lift and I need my truck back.

I had a bad experience here and this was originally a 1 star review, but they made it right. They have a good selection and I was able to find everything I need, but they get a couple stars knocked off for being a little pricier than I'm used to at a junkyard and because I had to deal with the bad experience initially. Since they had what I needed and made up for my unpleasant experience, I can say that I will be back in the future.

Horrible service & don’t honor online prices! Went there to pull a mirror after I confirmed on their website they had the truck & mirror in stock- get there everything is pre-pulled with barcodes just laying inside the truck wires cut, no mounting hardware, no clips… the price was more than DOUBLE what was listed online… & when I complained the guy ripped the mirror from my hand & said you can leave- asked for my admission fee back they refused!! You’re better off on eBay…

Literally most of the parts they sell are more expensive than brand new ones (both OEM or 3rd party), your better off going to the u-pull-and-pay on colfax and zeno or the littleton u-pull-u-pay, much cheaper prices, cheaper entrance price and better car selections, this location would be a last resort or emergency choice for me only

I wouldn't recommend this yard (or their Denver yard) unless it's an absolute last resort. I've been visiting every yard in the city regularly for nearly 20 years and LKQs yards have been on a rapid decline, especially since they rebranded them to pickyourpart. The prices have jumped up dramatically and continue to rise. Their pricing is consistently 2 to 3 or more times that of other local yards. Their prices on engines and transmissions is downright ridiculous. Additionally, it is now their policy to automatically add a 90 day warranty to everything they sell. You have to know to ask them to remove it. The warranty is often an additional 33% to 50% of the price of the part. They are preying on their customers, not serving their customers. The sales model is one of greed. I recently got a transmission from them because they were the only yard I could find one in. I paid twice the price that I would have paid at other local yards. I also choose to leave the torque convertor behind because they wanted to charge me MORE than what I could get one for BRAND NEW FROM THE DEALERSHIP. I've run into this more than once with this yard as well. If I would have bought the torque convertor as well, I would have paid nearly 4 times what any other yard charges for both the transmission and the torque convertor. The current staff is condescending as well. Nothing about this (or their denver) yard is positive. Buyer beware!

$5 just for entry is getting a little ridiculous. Especially when other yards are free or $2. Part prices also going up, and you get no guarantee unless you pay a ton extra for their very limited guarantee. They also blast holes in the drain pans on everything, and usually destroy trans valve body in doing so. Even when there's a drain plug in the pan... If you can, go to U pull and pay or Colorado Auto and Parts if they have the car you need.

This isjust ridiculous. Five dollar to get in to yard. Domestic sings everywhere and all models are mixed there is no order in the yard. And literally took 40 minutes waiting line just to pat. Can this get any worse? Last time I came in. It was two dollars and a lot better. I dont know what you think guys.

I can’t give this place one star only because of their generally good selection and helpful tools. But the staff is out of pocket with their condescending attitude and the absolute scam that is from what I’ve heard the new management. You now have to pay an additional warranty fee for the already over priced nonsense they have. For me it was an extra $155 for a truck bed - a total of $755 for something the other local competitor charged only $300 for. I could buy a brand new bumper from EBay for less that what this place charges. I couldn’t justify coming here even if it was a last resort

Warning. Do NOT go here!! They make money off of victims, including senior citizens, working class people who now can't get to their jobs, the poor, etc., whose cars were stolen. It could happen to you some day. They do not check VIN #'s to see if vehicles are reported stolen nor do they get proper ID of seller/thief which is why thieves go there knowing that they can literally get away with the theft because the police can't identify them. It is also extremely difficult to speak to a person when you want details about your stolen vehicle and thief identify. This is a criminal enterprise.

They had no number to call or say to contact anyone the office. So I drove down 70 miles in rush hour traffic to try to get a part from a vehicle they had posted a photo of online. The photo was gorgeous, showing exactly what I needed. When I got there, the vehicle was thoroughly pillaged. So I did all that driving and wasted half of my day for no reason. This business model of not being able to contact someone is absolutely horrific. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

This is probably one of the worse companies I've ever dealt with. They are unprofessional and customer service is horrible. I bought a transmission from them with a warranty and the service rep i dealt with severely lacks in communication skills. I had to call and email several times to get information on a warranty I paid for and the guy took no responsibility for blowing me off. I took my car to get it looked at and fixed and the transmission shop didn't want to fix my issue because of the horrible reputation LKQ has with fulfilling their warranty obligation their customers pay for. Unless it's some small part, don't waste your time or money doing business with this company.

This is by far the worst junkyard in the metropolitan area not only do they overcharge for their parts but they have a 90 day warranty that is a scam. I use to come here at least 4 times a week and now they will be lucky if I ever set foot in there again! I highly recommend upullandpay as the junkyard to buy from. In their website it clearly stated transmission line is $15 and when I got to the cashier I'm informed that it is sold by the foot and I'm charged $30.

Fair prices and great staff. Thanks! I originally was going to give 5 stars but just saw that they forced me to add a 90 day return guarantee that cost me $100 and I didn’t want it. I read other reviews and I guess that is an add on that I didn’t have to pay for. Lesson learned. I will be back but I will watch them closer. I don’t mind fees but they need to tell you if they are optional.

It's always easy to find the cars by the inventory list and it helps you find parts that are compatible. But there's a tall older guy with gray hair that will break your parts at the check out if he thinks you can't afford them. But other than that everyone is super nice and willing to help.

Seemed a little over priced, I didn't like how they snuck the 90 day return fee on to my bill I found out you don't have to accept that 90 day return fee. The lot seemed easy to get around. The pavement is nice but the down side is that it does make it even hotter on a hot day. The young African American cashier guy was friendly and nice to chat with, I was amazed that he knew what cars I got my parts from. He said " did you get these parts from the Black town car or the white one" he wasn't looking at a computer either, he just knew what cars were out in the yard.

This place is absolutely awesome. Kindness goes a long way. If you need help just ask nicely and they will help you with anything. Jason the manager is totally awesome guy. I was there today and told him that what I was looking for wasn’t there. He found the car at the Denver location and called an employee there and that employee went out to even double check that the car was there. Now that is customer service. I then told him that I went all the way to his place for a different car and the last wasn’t there. He asked me what is was and then told me he had the car but wasn’t inventoried yet but because it was a quick part to get he let me go out back and get the part. Now that’s was awesome Last week I was there and bought a Jeep tub and frame and assistance manager Mitchell told me that he would have fork lift driver Taco come out to the row and fork the tub and frame out for us. Taco did an awesome job and we tipped him $20. He was so happy. He even help load it onto our trailer. So asking nicely and being kind goes a long ways. Thanks everyone at LKQ for all your help

I've been looking for a Volvo XC90 and found that one had arrived on the 27th, and it was silver! Early on the 29th my father and I were on our way. When we got there the car that had only arrived 2 days prior was completely demolished. We drove a long way to get a door, fender, and hood, all of which looked great in the picture, and maybe would not even need to be painted. Well their employees had apparently had some fun demolishing this car and it was unrecognizable to the picture they had just posted. The hood had been smashed in from the top, probably from a front loader being loaded on top of it. Both of the sides of the front had been smashed in so that is was in the shape of a boat and not a car. It wasn't this way when they photographed it, and if it had been in an accident of this proportion the airbags would have been deployed. The manager said he had had a similar complaint the day before. Guess a few guys need to be fired! What a huge disappointment to find this car and, our hopes, destroyed. We cannot find another XC90 in any junk yard in Denver with these parts.
