My car got impounded for expired tags, after just a couple of hours I was able to go to a kiosk and get it renewed, they charged me $49 to release the vehicle and then I had to pay another extra $280 for being towed away for like 5 miles, but the worst part is that they emptied out my gas, I had more half tank when they took it and I had to go to my house and get a gas can to get my vehicle out of that place, they clearly wanted my car to stay one night so they could charge me even more, when I told them about the gas they said that’s how they picked it up, denying it completely, they are complete bullies.

Tow truck arrived within 15 minutes after quoting 30, and charged a VERY reasonable price for services. Friendly driver, and me and my vehicle were home within 20 minutes afterwards. Highly recommend if you're in need of a tow! Thank you!

Yea it's... definitely not a nice place if you're down on your luck or an average earner . I'll probably call our governor about implementing some kind of a reduced cost based on income kind of thing, with a payment plan. I used my Ford expedition for work and currently housing, and I was hustling hard to get out of a financial rut when I got T-boned by a teenager. towed here. trying to sell the thing so I can get a little $ to back to work and now it's fees don't leave me any money.. and I scrambled and tried working it out with them. they agreed to knock off one days fees which is actually pretty nice considering the cost isn't on them. They aren't a charity. my only beef is no one told me what the cost would be, or spoke to me regarding any of my options at all. I heard the officer tell the other party there was no initial fee. But that's also not on the tow company for wrong info. I so wish I had it taken to my house just right up the street. if some one had spoke to me about what's going on. I actually almost got hurt. I was climbing in a d out getting stuff and all the sudden the vehical gets jerked away as I'm coming out about to go back in. I'm glad I didn't catch a leg on the side lip careful guys. search the surroundings of the object you're pulling off on chain. there could be a toddler there for all you know

On December 24, 2023 my vehicle was picked up by M&M Towing company that was one of the APD’s services. Though I had my own towing people coming through my insurance company the officer who called me about my car insisted that it would be hours before one arrived so I would have to pick it up from the impound next door to APD. Since the next day was Christmas and I had to work the following day and make arrangements for my car to be dropped off at an auto repair shop I was charged $260.00 for towing and $40.00 a day for storage fee times 3. On top of that the police charge $45.00 for three days of storage fee or some type of service fee as well. That totaling is $425.00 for pickup the next day as quote to me by both parties on the phone. I arrived December 27, 2023 before they opened up and was charged $510.00 to release my car to my towing people that only cost me $144.00 to an auto repair shop. I would have saved $366.00 if the officer would had waited for my towing company to arrive which only took less than an hour on the Wednesday 12/27/2023. M&M Towing is a ripoff and the officer was not very helpful or very understanding to allow my towing company some time to pick my car up. Signed by: Out of $510.00

The employees were friendly, but the recommended KEY MAN , they said was reliable? Was anything but. My advice is don't call him if you need a key made for your car, he straight up lied, made me waste half a day, an never showed up or called , an I spoke directly to him. But over all M&M was ok, for a bad situation.

I think the cops, this towing company, & the car thieves work hand in hand. My trailer gets stolen, cops have my number, but decide to send letter in mail that trailer was impounded so the days can add up. $600 later I got it out. Crazy how you can exploit the victims of car theft for outrageous fees, & the cops, & government are completely fine with them taking $900,000 a year from car theft victims. No wonder they let car thieves out with a slap on the wrist. It all makes sense now.

Extremely unprofessional. When I called to ask for help, the man hung up on me. After explaining my situation, he told me I should know the “standard procedure” and treated me like a child. Having never been in this situation, I am amazing at the lack of service and common human courtesy shown by this company. Will be complaining to the BBB as well.

Our car was stolen, just before Thanksgiving and my husband was laid off days later. Finally found the car this morning and has been on the lot for less than 24 hours. They wanted to charge us $155 to release it to us, and another $150 to get it towed back to our home. Even after the APD assured us we would not be charged for anything, we have to come up over $300 to get our stolen car back. Disgusting company and the lack of compassion is sick.

I was the victim of a stolen trailer. I applaud the police department in Aurora for recovering it, but the agreement they have in place penalized me $200 bucks in storage fees to get my trailer back. $115 of that was accrued before I was even notified that my trailer had been recovered. I'm not sure who is the real criminal here. Legal extortion.

They towed my son's car after an accident. The accident was the other driver's fault, but even though the other driver was cited, their insurance insisted on waiting for a police report. It's been 7 weeks. Today we call to have the car picked up only to find out, without any notification, they sent the car to the junk yard. BEWARE!!! (Or just call and have a conversation. Rude, condescending, arrogant, and lacking any shred of empathy). I'm in Tulsa, OK and couldn't get a bit of assistance from these people. I would NEVER buy a car from, or have service done by people like this!

We paid to get the car or and they won't let us get it unless we pay them another $75 just to bring the set into the parking lot so we could get a new key made. They are the rudest most stupid people out there. It was even the owner who is doing all this and we've been waiting here for 2 hours when it should have take n 20 min

Who wants to give these guys anything positive for towing your car because it's been impounded? Can't blame them for your mistakes. It's like the colon. Somebody has to do it. My retrieval was quick, no hangups, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were courteous. The tow bill was 2/3 of the $500 I expected I'd be charged after 3 days.

Was driving across country to pick up my dead mother‘s belongings. My truck and trailer were stolen and they towed my truck. I understand they have to pay their people so I wouldn’t have had a problem paying but they towed my truck less than five minutes away and charge me $170. They knew it was stolen and they knew the circumstance and still offered no help. I truly don’t understand what’s a matter with people.

I've never had such a pleasant experience with a tow yard. We had a vehicle stolen from our parking lot and was missing for 2 months before Aurora Police Department found it broken down on parker road. The vehicle was brought to this lot after it was recovered. I gladly paid the $155 to get it out and a very friendly employee helped me find the car on the lot and waited while I loaded it on my trailer. His boss came by to check out my (towing) truck. Good people.

Good. Great price! One issue was the person dropping off my car to the dealership was in a hurry to get to another job so the person didn’t get all the details needed so my car was at a dealership for repair but they really didn’t know who it even belonged to. For those that can’t be with your car, they wouldn’t take a credit card over the phone (I was on my way back to Iowa where I live) but I was lucky because the dealership was able to Passover the bill to me. I’m not sure if the dealership then adds more but they served its purpose.

Was struck by a semi and my car was totaled. Needed to get it off the street and the police officer asked if I needed a tow truck called and I, in my still shocked state after barely dodging death, agreed. This is where problems began. The tow truck driver arrived and was amenable guy, definitely seeming like he was here to help me out. Let me know it'd be $120 to go three blocks to my house or it'd be free if he took it to the lot he worked for. I did not have change to do that immediately and had him take it to the lot to which he readily agreed, had me sign something and off he went. Later that same day I realized I'd forgotten my laptop, wallet, and medication in my car. They charged me $50 to access my car to get these things, and only the next day did I learn what a mistake I'd made. My attorney let me know that my job was to keep expenses as low as possible and that no settlement would include the cost of my car being on a lot. I tried to get my car back. They told me it would be $400+ to get it since it'd been on property for two days and the tow fee. I was told it would cost me nothing to have it towed here and they told me straight up that was a lie. And I had to get it that day because tomorrow they shipped out certified mail to tell me what fees would be and that it would add another $100 plus the daily storage fee. Two employees sneered at me and when I was near the edge of breaking down I muttered to myself "this has to be a joke" to which the employee stated "No this isn't a joke now if you don't have the money I'd like you to leave." I had to pull out a loan to get the money to get my car that day and then have it towed the now 10+ miles to my house. Never let the police call the tow truck for you, just find one that'll be happy to take like $100 if you'll wait an hour.

There is a camper parked in my company's private parking lot with no license plate. Since it is private property the police cannot tow it. They told us to call M&M Towing and they can tow it for us. I called the company and they were extremely rude on the phone. They did not have good customer service whatsoever. They then proceeded to tell me that they only tow to a repair shop. They really need to get their act together. I can't believe Aurora Police actually use this terrible company.

My roommate had her car stolen and once it was found it was brought to this lot. The worker who helped up had to be just about the rudest and most inconsiderate person of the situation. The keys were broken and wouldn’t turn the car on and he told us he didn’t “have all day to wait around for something stupid like this” like any of us wanted to be there any longer either. I don’t know what I really expected from an impound lot worker, he must hate his job or something, but I am just appalled. Would give a negative star review if I could.

Truly surprised to see such low Google ratings. I chose this place because they are one of the very few to offer a complimentary loner while they work on your vehicle. My interactions with Kyle and Shelly were great. Both are super friendly and efficient. Every timeline they promised they met and the vehicle was done a little early even. It was washed and detailed and looked brand new. I highly recommend this place and am so thankful they made a bad experience (my accident) into a much better one.

This is in regard to their IMPOUND yard and process, and customer service. When our vehicle got impounded for expired tags, we called the same morning. We were told by whoever answered the phone that we could get our car out until 7pm as long as we had XXX documents. (Registration, insurance etc) What that person failed to tell us was that it is really 6pm because you have to get a release letter from one of their offices and those people go home at 6pm. So after rescheduling our days and leaving work early to get there by 7pm, we couldn't get our vehicle out. This may have been a mistake/oversight by the man who answered our Call, but it cost us time AND they then got to charge an extra day of storage. But wait, there's more. We get up earlier than normal to be there right at 8 when they open. I see the employees walk in around 7:45 so when 8am hit I leave my girlfriend there to get her car out. Well they didn't open their doors until 8:20am and she had to spend 20 minutes outside in the freezing cold. I understand if a company is running behind getting their stuff ready for the day, but how about a little human decency and let the people standing outside when it's freezing out at least wait indoors for you. The final straw in the 1 star rating is that they require CASH ONLY, which is a policy I can understand, but they do not offer any change?!?!?!?! So if you bring cash, make sure it's to the penny of they just tell you too bad and they get to keep whatever the difference is. They lived up to almost every negative stereotype there is for a tow yard. Be careful.

Absolutely the worst business In the state of Colorado. The older woman that is the manager has by far the worst possible attitude. i call to see about my stolen vehicle and she answers the phone saying(WHAT DO YOU WANT) i was shocked. how can this lady even have a job. i was here 4 hours before i actually received my vehicle. Not only was this rude bitter old woman yelling at me she was rude and very disrespectful to everyone that walked in the door. In my opinion if the devil had a daughter it would be her. When i complained to the tech that drove me to my vehicle they told me that they receive complaints all the time and nothing is ever done because shes the manager. WHAT A JOKE

My car broke down at home, and I needed to tow it to the car shop to get it fixed. My dad contacted M & M, and there prices for towing were reasonable and cheap in compared to other companies. The man said he'd come at around 8AM the next day, and he was on time! He was nice, and looked professional. He wasn't rude at all. My car made it safely to the repair shop, and now it is fixed. I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews, but I'm glad I didn't back down on getting their services.

They weren’t on time, but they were 30 minutes early. Our driver was super nice, offered to drop the key at our shop so we could go home. After a terrible experience with FinishLine Towing we are so excited to have found a company that is honest and on time, I highly recommend these guys.

I would like to take a min. and say how unbelievably grateful I am to this company. They Donated their time and services to help out my Sister and niece to get my niece to her Chemo treatments many states away. Sadly, their car was stolen and stripped and had no way to get to their destination. I am and will always be forever grateful for good people like M&M. Its nice to know there are good people that care. Thank you for your generous heart!!!

I rate this company with ZERO STARS!!! My business truck was parked on public property and had been towed. When I got to the inpound lot I had my License, Title for the truck, and Insurance. Not only did they tell me a shady reason for my truck being towed, but they also told me that my company name did not appear when they looked it up so it was not Registered with the State. It was the end of the day 5:30pm and they said that because we did not have the right paperwork than we could not get our truck..... how is the Title, Drivers License, and Insurance not the right paperwork to pick up a vehicle that was towed to prove proof of ownership? And they said they could not google our company's name and find it yet somehow I was able to find it first try. This company is shady, full of deceit, corrupted, and only out to get your money. They did not give me my truck because they wanted to hold it longer to obtain maximum payment for time the truck was held. This company should not be trusted and I will be searching for legal action if at all possible against this company.

I would.never, never, never use this company. We were in.an.accident and the vehicle was towed to this shady company they act as If since they towed it, they own it, regardless if you have personal property in the vehicle that you need to get out of the vehicle. We ended getting the cops involved and even the police.officers.said" we have had to deal with these people numerous times due to there aggressive attitude". And all we wanted.to do was get out personal items out

Absolutely the most unprofessional tow service I've ever encountered. Unfortunately my vehicle was impounded and I had to go to their impound lot in order to pick up my vehicle. Once we paid the impound fees and everything ELSE, the gentleman that took us to our vehicle actually told my mom to f*** off. I couldn't believe it, how could someone tell a 70 year old lady to f*** off like that? Regardless, I would never go here for regular tow services obviously. One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had.

Friendly, professional, and quality work. I had over $7,000 worth of hail damage. M&M repaired it within the estimated time frame. They allowed me to use a loner car during the repairs which saved me lots of money on a rental car. After such extensive body work I was worried about the repairs. The repairs were first rate and I could not tell that there had ever been any damage. Paint blended perfectly and all the body panels matched up. I would certainly use them again.

My car was stolen and once recovered towed here as they contract with the Aurora Police. These places know that they do not need to treat you with respect or offer any level of customer service as they hold all the cards. This place in particular is no exception. They managed to take an already stressful situation and make it a far worse experience. There was no level of customer service and the guy I paid was a complete a$$. You kind of expect to be jerked around and this place delivers with flying colors. If you find yourself on the unfortunate end of a car theft be sure to add this experience to the list of things you must endure as part of the recovery process. Expect a poor attitude and terrible experience... you won't be let down. I would never use this place for reconditioning, towing or anything else I didn't have to. I am doubtful that there is any higher level of customer service since it's all under the same ownership. I hope the next guy who steals my car will do me a favor and leave the car in some city other than Aurora! Don't want to deal with these guys again if I can help it!
