I called to try to get an estimate for a project I'm considering. After I explained myself to the first girl 2-3 times she told me she had asked her manager ( she never put me on hold so I could hear her not asking anyone anything) then told me her manager stated I could not be helped because they 'just buy cars and that one is like not on the price sheet" She would not put me on with the manager, but the manager did call me three minutes later. I explained myself to her, and she proceeded to ask me about the saame details I had just stated several times, when I asked why it mattered if I owned the car or not and to please just give me an estimate she became irate and started cursing me out. I just wanted to know if I could make my money back if I can't fix this engine X'D
