My insurance dispatched for this company to tow my truck on a Sunday morning and this company accepted and I have been waiting for them to get my totaled car for about 6 hours now. Company website says they’re closed till Monday at 7:30am so I’m confused as to why they even accepted if they cannot follow through. On top of that, I’m getting frequent messages of them prolonging the eta to another 56-72 minutes. What kind of bullshit is that?
Mustafa came by to help tow my car when i was on a time crunch. Very friendly. Very professional. The price was affordable as well. Would reccomend to others. Will use again in the future!
extremely bad service. dont use them. i requested a service at 8:40 and they sent me notification to be at my location at 9:50. at 9:20, i called to confirm. at 10:15, i called to check they said they will be here at 30mins. at 10:40, driver called saying he just receive the job 5mins ago and only can be here in 45mins. they ruined my day. i made an appt at 11am to fix my car. they ruined all. and now i cant call them anymore, they not picked my call
My car has cloth seats and unfortunately the gentleman helping me was dirty and got my cloths seats extremely dirty. I will probably have to have a professional help clean them. Sadly won’t use them again due to this
Car broke down and left me stranded in Centennial, Colorado. Abdul from red rock towing came and was obviously very skilled, super polite and was even willing to deliver the keys in the dropbox at the mechanic shop since I was right next to a hotel already.

They told my insurance company that they would be there in 20 minutes. Too bad my driver was in Colorado Springs on another run. They lied to us to lock in a job and left me on the side of the road for over an hour. Profits over safety must be their company mission statement.
Our insurance told us 120 minutes for a tow after already waiting 30. Our dealership called Red Rock and he was there 10 minutes later. Couldn’t have been nicer or more competent loading/unloading our car. Saved their number in case ever another emergency.
Excellent company. They are very experienced and know exactly what to do. My car was stuck in the mountains but they got it back to Dener in less than a day.
Greedy scammers out for a quick buck.
The tow truck driver exploited me as much as he could. He dropped my car off sure enough, but I asked him if he could give me a jump since my car battery was dead. He had me pay him $50 to not immediately drive off and then ended up selling me a broken jump starter for $150, he lied and said brand new they sell for $250. This broken piece of junk is worth $70 BRAND NEW.
No morals and no problem screwing over their customers.
We needed a tow exchange through Enterprise Car Rentals at Denver airport, we were staying 2 hours away, and they sent Red Rock Towing. The service was comprehensive and we received updates often. The owner was extremely helpful, and our driver, Jose, was wonderful. Highly recommend them!
I’ve had my vehicle towed twice now by this outfit and this is absolutely the best service experience I’ve had with a towing company. Mustafa most recently hauled my vehicle and made sure I knew I was in good hands. A very genuine and hard working guy with spot on ETA, good communication, and great handling of a vehicle. After waiting 6 hours for my insurance to sort through 3 tow companies, they were finally able to send me a literal miracle. Mustavo arrived in 15 minutes, was extremely professional, and got my vehicle to its destination in a timely manner. Definitely recommend Red Rocks Towing!

Later one evening my car decided to die on me in the middle of running errands. I called about 7 other local towing companies before I decided to reach out to Red Rock and I couldn't have been happier. After calling I was picked up within 30 minutes. Outstanding communication. I got dropped off at home and knew my car was in good hands on the way to the dealership to get fixed. Shortly after, I got several pictures and constant communication regarding my delivery. There is not another towing company I will ever work with and I can promise you that you will be blown away with the level of professionalism.
