Action Towing was a lifesaver! I was stuck for hours before my insurance company contracted out Action Towing. They arrived within 30 mins of talking to my insurance company. They called to verify my location and said they were on the way and about 15 mins out. Christiana was calming, reassuring, knowledgeable, and efficient. She got my car out of the middle of a three lane road very quickly and I felt safe and comfortable riding with her.
I have used Action towing about 4 times now. Mike is awesome! Great customer service, very affordable. I have been in some pickles and they have been very fast and accommodating. If you need a tow or any service that they offer I highly recommend this company.

My car broke down in maybe the worst place possible on a two lane speedway where you get zero cell service. I called 5 companies and Action Towing was the most helpful and quickest to be able to help me. I spoke with two people at Action Towing. The first gentleman took all the information needed and said a driver would be in touch with me in one hour. A driver called me in 50 minutes and was equally as compassionate and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the charges I can expect and what it was he was doing with my vehicle (hook up, drop off, and key drop). Even though I wasn’t with my car I felt it was in good hands with Action Towing. I hope I don’t need to use them again soon but if I need a tow in the future I have found the company I will use. I highly recommend them.

My 18 year old son's car wouldn't start and he was almost an hour away from and I couldn't help him. Not only was Chris extremely professional but he even took a few minutes to see if he could get my son's car started. He got my son home along with his car. It was cold out and I can't even begin to say how grateful I am to have my son and his car safely home.
Action Towing was in the right place at the right time. Unfortunately got into a car wreck and one of their drivers happened to be at the scene. He was on his way home, but he saw the wreck and stayed on scene waiting to see if a tow was needed. My vehicle was hooked up quickly and dropped off professionally. Thanks!!

Came through for me in 15 minutes, after my insurance company had me wait around 3.5 hours for 2 different tow companies that canceled without contacting me at 90+ minutes each. 100% would recommend Action Towing. About a 5 mile tow was $175, so pretty damn fair pricing, even after I asked for a more expensive rate to bill my insurance.
Sola is polite, professional and timely. I was highly impressed with how efficient he was in winching my car free from a mud pit after the recent storm. He delivered me to a mechanic ahead of schedule and saved me from losing half a day of work.
The guy came out quickly and was nice. It was $75 for a jump but only for cash. Added $10 for using a credit card. If you think it’s worth that, then give them a call. Just be sure to get them to tell you up front what it’s going to cost.
I was caught at an intersection and my car stalled, and would not start. I called Action Towing LLC and they responded immediately. Jeremy called and confirmed my location and situation, and got the car rigged efficiently and safely on the truck. I have an import and he knew exactly where the towing hook was stored ( that would have taken me 20 minutes in the manual). Great service, and very friendly and knowledgeable. I was returning home to Kansas City after my business trip in Denver when my car started slowing down on the highway and eventually just stopped when I reached the gas station. I called my insurance who told me it would take an estimated 3 hours for a tow to arrive. After waiting an hour, I called to check on my tow and found out they had put my tow on hold. Devastated, cold, and pregnant, I did a Google search and found Action towing. I called in tears explaining my situation and they told me that they would have a guy out in 30 minutes. 5 minutes later, I got a call from Brandon who told me that he was only 15 minutes. He was not only fast, but a gentleman as he listened to me cry on the phone and assured me that everything would be okay. I recommend these guys to everyone who needs a fast tow with friendly service.
I was looking for a company to move a very large rack. Action had no problems telling me they could move this. It was not an easy move and the drivers worked very hard moving this and placing it exactly where we needed it. Very professional and friendly and would recommend them.

A really bad situation was made so much easier when our vehicle broke down at my doctors office and we called Action Towing.
