Paul is hardworking, honest, and communicative. He probably needs to raise his rates - he's TOO busy! He is upfront and realistic about the expected wait for repairs and I am happy to be patient - I would rather wait for an honest, fair, and communicative mechanic than take a chance with anyone else. It's a hassle for me to come to Winters for repairs since I live in Woodland, but it's absolutely worth it.
