I ordered tires the day before. They gave me an appointment time that was great for me, after work. I arrived an hour early. They started right away. I bought a set of tires, hazard insurance and an alignment. Satisfied customer. I would recommend to family and friends.

After a horrible experience with Tire Pros, my son advised me to make an appointment for a tire rotation at Big Brand Tire. It was definitely the right choice. They inspected my vehicle and did my rotation for free. I will be bringing my car here for all of my tire related needs. Highly recommend!

Today was a rainy day. My Traction control gave out. Started flashing lights telling me to service, bla bla bla... I called Big Brand because I have always had great service and the mechanics and staff treat you like a human no matter what gender you are. Turns out that my tires slipped on the wet road! They took a thorough look and reset the computer and I was good to go! No charge. I told them I would be back for more spectacular service. And would reccomend everyone to them! My husband is going this weekend for an oil change

I wanted to give a big Thank You to Big Brand for fixing my tire. While driving today I noticed my tire indicator light go on. Check my tires I could hear the air leaking from my tire. My schedule was busy the next few days so called Big Brand and they took me in the same day. Great customer service, work was done promptly. Fixed my tire for free! We'll definitely come here for car service and/or tires. Thank you again.

After shopping around for four new tires, I found Big Brand to have not only the best deal, but also some of the nicest employees to work with. Alex was exceptionally patient and helped me a great deal with the tires I was wanting. He was courteous and provided excellent customer service. That is hard to find these days. I didn't experience any pressure and overall it was a pleasure experience (despite the cost of 4 new tires). 🤷🏻‍♀️ I would do business with them again.

Arrived for a walk-in for a tire that was losing air over several days. Waited ~15 minutes and the inspection/repair took ~ 30-40 minutes more and best of all there was no cost! Great place - we take all 4 of our cars here!

Brought my BMW in thinking it was my brakes and just knew it would be a large bill! Upon inspection it wasn’t the brake sensor but the wheel speed sensor which was covered by my warranty. They went above and beyond to get the part in same day and have my car ready in time for me to go to work! Price was great! The honesty and customer service was exceptional. Would use them again and highly recommend them.

Today I found a staple in my tire. While driving home I noticed that tire pressure was lower than the other 3 tires. I stopped by Big Brand in Simi Valley, and received exceptional service. They got my car in as soon as they could. Removed the staple, and patched the leak in the tire. The Service at this tire shop is excellent. From my first experience of purchasing tires to my visit today. Exceptional. To all of the employees. The whole team takes pride in their customers, and it shows. Wont fix an oil pan they stripped. Thanks. Update: received a phone call only after leaving this review. However when i went in to talk to them before the review they had to question me why i havent gotten my oil change sooner.

Easiest service ever. I had an appointments and was not prepared for this flat. I called ahead and was given an amazing deal for two tires. I explained it will arrive on a tow truck. I asked if they will contact me when it’s done. They did in about an hours time from tow truck to ready to go. I was impressed with the customer service. Mike, Joey, and I can’t remember the name of the third guy that helped me out. They were amazing. I will definitely refer to them. This is for the Simi Valley location on Easy street. Thank you for saving my day and making it great 😊

Do NOT come here for brake service. I made an appointment, requested brakes, front and rear diff fluid change, and transmission fluid. I thought all was well after paying nearly 2 grand for all the repairs. This was until a week or two later when I’m driving down the 5 fwy and my brakes GAVE OUT. I swerved, I panicked, I sweated and I cursed and screamed by I avoided crashing and made it to another mechanic. They informed me that Big Brand failed to BOLT THE CALIPERS back on and after a while they rattled loose and started dropping fluid all over the freeway. The caliper could have gotten wedged in my wheel, locked me up at freeway speeds and caused a whole catastrophic accident. Thankfully I have 15,000 hours of professional LA driving experience and avoided that problem. On top of it, they were very dismissive of my problem and were more concerned that I was upset about it than actually taking the time to apologize and required I speak to a district manager by email to process a refund. Be warned, there are a lot of good mechanics in Simi Valley, go to any one of them before coming here.

Mike at the Simi Valley Easy St location was terrific. I had an AC system failure (bad compressor). I was in a difficult time-sensitive situation and he did a great job balancing getting it done quickly with ensuring it was done to a high quality standard. The mechanic appears to have done a great job too. The diagnosis was quick and accurate and the issue is completely resolved for a fair price. No complaints, only compliments.

I have a roofing company and I was driving in Simi Valley next to a job site when I punctured my tire, this place was the closest to my location so I drove to their place and ask them if they can repair my flat tire and if they can do it fast because I have to go to my kids birthday party Armani and Armando helped me out and they managed to get the car in within 30 seconds and they finished the repair in about 10 minutes, I pleaded them that I want to pay and they told me they're doing it for free because they want me to get to my kids birthday party on time. I can say enough on how much I appreciate that help And how honest and reliable these guys are, if you're in the area and you need an honest professional help these guys are definitely the place you would want to visit.

I’m very upset after going here to get two new tires and to have all four rotated because I noticed afterwards that they never put two of my Mustang hubcaps back onto the two tires they worked on. They left the two hubcaps on the driver’s side, but not on the passenger side. (maybe so I wouldn’t notice it as much?) Btw, my hubcaps have a special key one needs to unlock them, which I of course gave them temporarily to do the job. They did return the key before I left. Anyway, as soon as I realized they were missing, I kept calling to report it but they just keep telling me they’ll “find out and call me right back”, but they never did - which is horrible and makes me think they know this is going on and are fine with it. All I can say is if you get your car done here, CAREFULLY check your hubcaps (and probably everything else in and around your car) before you leave. I’ve been to this place many times before so I just trusted them. Big mistake. Pics: The first pic shows the two missing hubcaps and the other two are just showing some older pics of my car when I still had them.

Spent 3 and half hours for 4 tires and an alignment. After the alignment, car drove like it was missing a tire, brought it back waited another hour and a half and was told that the rear camber couldn’t be adjusted. Showed them the eccentric bolt that adjusts camber, wait another 30 minutes. Guy says steering rack bushings and the rear control arms are bowed out and you’re not able to align it properly. Get steering rack bushings done and new control arms after they hammered on them and “tried to fix it” go back to another location and now the other location is saying the bolt that “no one touched” is seized and cannot be aligned properly. If your techs are going to make mistakes have the own up to the mistakes because now I’m having to take more time out of my day to fix their issues they caused. If you have a loved one get work done at this shop, make sure you tell them you love them because the work done after in their car will put them in danger. Don’t waste your time on this chain. Go down the road 5 minutes away to Bennet’s’s or Randy’s Tires. EDIT: moved the review up to 3 stars, manager Jose reached out in attempt to make ends meet. He was very honest and communicative.

12/31/2023 We came because our tire 🛞 had 2 nails and these people here helped us and assisted us . Timothy was so helpful and friendly❤️ Definitely recommend this place
