I only come here because it’s conveniently by home. Everytime I come, the guy shorts me change. Every penny adds up, so I wonder how much he takes home after the end of the day?
Worst place to go! They separate everything else that any other recycling center will take and say it’s trash but set it aside in another bin. They last before me was complaining that the weights didn’t add up to her total in cash and he laughed. On my turn I pulled out the phone and started to take pictures of the scale as they weighed the bottles. That’s when the main guy bagged everything in a large blue bag and said “We are fair here”
Our bins Tare at 10lbs each but the weight is not marked anywhere. Each grey can has a different amount of holes drilled into them and large metal pieces on the bottom. He refused to weigh the grey can when it was empty and wanted to me leave because they had “A long line”
Of you decide to go be sure to pull out your phone and do the math yourself.
Been to them a few times because my friend recommended them and I would go with her but they shorted me each time! They would give my friend a fair amount because the guy working there liked her and even said he wanted to “steal her away” (ew) but I would still get shorted. Don’t recommend at all!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep your eye on the scale and calculate as he is weighing! Tell me why I took in 4 black trash bags full of plastic recyclable bottles, 1 black bag full of aluminum cans, and 1 bag of glass and only received $19.00. The clerk with the sunglasses and straw hat was busy arguing with the other poor worker that was trying to do his job. I normally go to SA recycling and have ALWAYS been paid fairly. Asked him why was the payout so little, and he just said that is what it totaled to. I will NEVER AGAIN return to this location!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, since they are a little closer to where I moved to, but I will return to where the workers are honest and helpful. Zero stars with no hesitation, but it will not allow me to post with no stars!
Straight jackers!! I’d say weigh out your cans and bottles before you go and you’ll see how much they rip you off. Plus they say some bottles aren’t recyclable when it says recycle ♻️ on the bottle. Then they act like it’s trash but still throw it in 🤷♂️. Anyways not my favorite spot but hey they give you cash 😅
Scammer ,,guy that runs it pockets extra money ,,brought a good amount of cans & bottles only got 40$ ,, my aunt went one time with two little bags and she got 30$ ,, he told her she was pretty ,, they pick & choose who to pay out ,,don’t waste ur time ,better to go to del

Got there before 5:00 on a Monday and was told that they stop serving customers at 4:30. I pointed to the sign that says they are open until 5:00 but they said they need time to clean up. I informed them that "not serving customers after a certain time" is called being "closed" and they should update their sign to reflect closing at 4:30 if this was the case. Hopefully the business owner isn't being defrauded by lazy employees that just want to go home early and still get paid.
Read the reviews before hand about shorting customers. Weighed my cans before making the drive over. My home scale and recyclers scale both came to 33lbs. Weighing and payout was quick and easy, zero complaints.
Guy with piercing in his ear and Fisherman's hat finalizing the tickets is a scammer, my last visit was fair to say the least but today I got burned for almost 40$. I blame myself but do not make the same mistake as me... record the weights and tally up everything yourself before it happens to you.
I think they need to hire different people there there was people there working and there was another person there he was drinking beer Modelo beer I like is that still a professional or what it tells you that someone needs to audit your business because I think they’re ripping everyone off please fix it
Sign that says opens at 2pm from lunch break. The main person didn't show up until almost 2:20 with a long line of customers waiting. When he did show up there was no sense of urgency to get to work.
What a waste of space. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Half the time they won't even be there during their "hours". I am also 100 percent certain they are ripping people off.

I went on a Saturday and usually go on a different day. Be ready for a decent line. Their sign on their door says plastic, doesn't specify which, but it's just easier (no arguing) to take only the CRV stuff. They've been open during the epidemic, and are STILL open. It's quicker to have stuff already kinda separated into plastic, glass and aluminum.
Glass goes in the grey trash cans so if they break, they don't get shards all over the lot. Plastic and aluminum go in the rolling metal 'cart' thingys.
These guys are pocketing money from the recycling I took my recycling that were plastic bottles It came out to be 8.1 lbs which was 1.28 a lbs he paid me $7.00 that does not equal 1.28 lbs
Sign says open until 5pm but they start wrapping up and won’t take anything after 4:30pm. Don’t waste your time dragging your stuff out here if you won’t make it well before that.
