Took my car in for an oils change and worked with Daniel. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and able to help me get speedy service. This is a great team and will plan on taking my car back for future needs.
UPDATE: 1/26/26: I followed up with a trip to the Firestone shop to get my documents and re-test an item. I also had the time to understand the longer term vision of the shop from their manager (Ricky). I was impressed with the help to retest and also the vision and steps being taken now to improve the quality of service and customer service in the future. Thank you for your efforts Ricky.. Keep pushing!
ORIGINAL POST (Appx 1/15/26): I've been a customer for decades. This time the work was executed per committed time at Camarillo location- Good job! Had issue with getting a copy of invoice. Printer broken, 5 days later, I called to have it emailed. They tried to say they didn't have email address, though I got emailed invoice every time in past. Still waiting on copy of the inspection report. Felt like I was being deceived about why I wasn't emailed the docs. Kinda ruined the experience from what seemed like good execution and paying over $300 for the service.
I had my car inspected at this workshop and I’m very satisfied with the service. The staff was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. The inspection was thorough and done on time. Highly recommended.
Came in last minute needing a full set of tires and Daniel immediately helped me out and got them replaced within the hour. Fastest service I’ve had for my tires!
I took my fleet vehicle in early Saturday morning for service I expressed to Ricky the manager I have a busy day I needed the vehicle back sooner than later he said they would have it done by noon he was able to service it and return it by 9am great job thank you Ricky
Every repair made was a repair I knew I needed. I was serviced with a high quality of professionalism, staff working with me to keep my car overnight, locked up, as I needed transportation to and from leaving my car. Employee attitude, exceptional.

Highly recommend Firestone. The staff Ricky was very professional, patience and took his time to explain and to show me that my rotor and brake pads need to be replaced. I am pleasantly surprised they can work on Maserati.
Ricky and his staff were amazing! I was stranded with a dead battery and had to get to work. My time was very limited and they were able to squeeze me in and get my battery installed and me back on the road to get to work. Totally recommend Firestone of Camarillo 10 out of 10!

Since I started taking my car there they have 100% been absolutely trustworthy. I've gotten to know Daniel at the Camarillo location and he's great to work with never tries to take advantage of the situation like I have so many times before with other mechanics. I can't say enough about how pleased I am every time I pick up my car. I have already recommended them to family and friends.
Stopped in to get my alignment done, was helped by Ricky, he was very professional and helpful, they worked with the time I had available and I was very happy to hear they offered a 12month warranty on their alignments
90 minutes for an oil change! My usual spot does it in 20! Why did I schedule an appointment if they didn't start on my car until an hour later! Do not waste your time here
I took my truck to the shop in the morning and it was done by noon. Great service and really helpful. Ricky was a lifesaver for getting it taken care of so quickly and was easy to talk to. He made sure I understood what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Overall great experience but a bit pricy. Totally worth it though!!
I brought my tire for repair since it was almost new, they provide an excelllent customer experience. Wouldn’t go anywhere else because they have great service. Shop looks clean and they have your car ready the same day most of the time. Daniel was my Service Advisor and he is always professional and will take care of you right away.
Service was excellent and fast. Only complaint was that the phone kept ringing for a long time without answer. That is not the fault of the service team. I had a very nice conversation with primary team member about the difficulty of hiring. Overall, an excellent experience.
I recently had all four tires changed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A couple weeks after getting the tires changed I got a nail in one of them and they took me as a walk-in to fix it with no problems. Great service and friendly staff, would come back for service again!

I had an appointment at 2 PM for wheel alignment. They asked if I was waiting or dropping off. I said waiting, and they said it would take 1.5 hours. I couldn't wait that long, so they said maybe they could do an hour. I said I would have someone pick me up so they could use the full 1.5 hours. 2.5 hours later, they still hadn't even started. It threw my whole schedule off. I understand that businesses get busy, but providing terrible estimates on time for completion is poor management. They should not have approved the appointment so that I could have gone elsewhere or come a different day.
I dropped off my vehicle early around 11:40am, had an appointment and didn't get my car until 9:00pm. Not to mention the price to change out just 2 brakes is ridiculous. I ended up paying over $900 and didn't get my car out on time. The place is over priced and the time to get jobs done is ridiculously long. Not even discount or money back was offered for my inconvenience to get my vehicle 8 hours later! I would not recommend, take your car to another shop.
