Great tow service by AAA. The driver deserves a raise for putting his life on the line and getting my car safely towed off a really busy freeway at night. He was prompt and handled towing my car in a scary situation like a true professional. Good Job!
Just used CVT services today. I'm very happy with their fast response to get my car towed. Hector was the guy who came out to get our car. He did a wonderful job! Josh was called out to tow my santa fe, and Chris happened to be walking out of Wal Mart while Josh was assessing the issue. The two guys worked together to get a difficult situation solved quickly and efficiently. They were helpful, friendly, competent, and fast. Chris wasn't on duty and was quick to jump in and help and Josh was also awesome, helpful, and friendly. Thank you two for making an otherwise crummy situation go seamlessly and getting me home within an hour of when I called for the tow. Really solid work. Oh and just so you know - bf already has the tire & brake off to assess the damage- caliper is broken too. ?

The technician Nicholas showed up quickly! Very polite and helpful. I also mentioned the signal showing on the dashboard my tires are low, I didn’t had to ask he immediately offered to check it and put air on the tires that needed it. He’s such a good guy! My family broke down in Visalia on our way home to Fresno. Response time was quick and even though there was four of us, and he could only take two in the cab, he made sure we had another ride on the way and took the time to call to make sure the two left behind had gotten home safe. We appreciate the care taken with those traveling with the driver and the concern for those left behind. Thank you for taking care of us!

Don't waste your money on road service for anything serious. These don't ask your ethnicity or have complex pricing, these folks are all American professionals. Presley quoted straight price based on accurate information and pics provided, and beautiful rig, with a smart safety shirted gentleman came in the time stated. Mike was kind enough to let me know my parking brake was loose and I'm glad to get that handled at the mechanic as well as the seized alternator. Instead of rolling the dice with roadside macgyvers, get a good tow to a real mechanic, or a tow out of a bad one! Great with service animals and disabled veterans. Speaks English.
