They are very friendly and helpful people. It store have great management as well in this place. Any time I have had any issues in the past, Store Manager Victor, has resolved it every time with no issues.
Was in and out super fast. Very friendly and helpful people every time I come here. This time, I came in needing a simple little portable tool kit for a small repair job. Members showed me promptly to where they were and gave me advice to best products and pricing as well for my needs. Great management as well in this place. I had a great Experience at this AutoZone in Farmersville. I was greeted as soon as I came into the store. Jesus Collas tested my battery and told me it was bad battery. Jesus informed me that the battery I had in my vehicle was the wrong one. He sold me the correct battery and installed it for me I was in and out of the store within 15mins. I am a happy customer. Thanks again Jesus and Team.
On 3/31/25 around 6p.m. I took my Duralast platinum battery (2018 Honda Accord Touring) in for replacement it was under warranty (4years) they replaced it no questions asked. I gave them my phone number to look me up. They installed it for me. Great customer service. The young girl that works there was super helpful and knowledgeable. She’s a great asset to that store and company.
Walked in needing a part quick but the workers in the back didn't bother to check on who was coming in or who needed help. Was standing for a good 10 minutes and heard them in the back just sighing and being annoyed that I was still in the store. Would never come to this location if you are needing a quick part. Go down the street to O'Reilly for better parts and better customer service.
Never again, this place is the worst auto zone I've ever been to. Staff acts like Valium was distributed before start of shift. The tried giving the wrong part and didn't seem to care
The manager, Victor, and two other employees, were very helpful when I went in today. I had alternator and battery issues with my car. They tested them and helped to get the parts needed.
This Auto Zone in Farmersville has always been very helpful.
They get my 5 stars.

They gave my.order to some random person I have asked my family members and they haven't sign for anything of mine so I paid for my order and now someone has it. Or they never order it and I paid for nothing. I just want my money back
Auto Zone Auto Parts Farmersville CA, I came in looking for "Muffler Weld" for my exhaust & they had it in stock because I have a hole in my muffler but I took my car to the muffler shop just in case & I had it checked & they said it was a (drain hole)! 💦💦💦 So thank you to the two guys that works here for all of your help & the one of them that showed me where it was & even got it for me & then the return was even so much easier the money went right back on my 💳 credit card with No problem! 💯%+ & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s Thank you guys so much! 😃👍
Poor customer service, 4 employees working all ignored me until I asked for help, I was the only customer in the store then the employee acted as though I was asking for to much (a obd 1 scanner). Needless to say I don't go to this parts supplier unless I absolutely have to. Steer clear of this location folks go to O'Riley they're the best.
Staff want all thAt friendly. We went straight to the counter no one in fromt of us with 2 guys behind the counter. Neither one greeted us or said anything. My husband spoke up and told them what we wanted. I won't be going back to this auto zone

We had a very pleasant experience at this Auto Zone especially with the help of Henry who was very Patient, Polite, & knowledgeable about the different parts we needed. This young man went out of his way to look up warranties on some of the many parts we previously purchased. We really really felt comfortable with the reply to all the questions we had regarding 3 vehicles that we need parts for. Kudos go out to Henry and Farmersville Auto Zone. Just purchased a Duralast Gold battery 800 amp, it cost with a trade-in core battery $187.44 total. 7/21/21
The clerk Fernando it's a asset to the company he tested my battery though it was charging it seem to loose air within battery which would cause acid over flow. So far first day of battery use ok.
Lloyd is the bomb.com and he's way over qualified to work at AutoZone. Autozone employees are not all as helpful as this guy. He was able to explain all kinds of stuff to me, and now my car is running again. He even came out to check on me when I was working on my Prius in the parking lot. I'm a fan of that kid. Also, 5 stars for the other guy who wasn't really wearing his mask. I like him for being a freedom fighter who is resisting this masked moronic nonsense.
First time coming to an AutoZone as friendly and well managed as this one here. Staff incredibly helpful and willing to exhaust every last option to make sure customer leaves with a smile on their face. I was helped by AutoZone employee Joshua Santillan and he made sure I was properly taken care of and apart of the AutoZone family. Highly recommend!

Went in to get a new part for my car and the manager Anthony was the one to help me and when I was talking to him about it he recommend another part that was probably it I took his advice and he was right, great experience.

I have an older truck and whenever I need something for it, AutoZone is the place I go to. I have been coming to this AutoZone over the years and always leave as a happy customer. Wonderful people working here and a great auto store.

If you're reading then you probably guessing yourself why am I reading this if I'm going to go anyways but the parts are not that great example would be my 99 Dodge Ram replace the fan motor for where I can get some air in my car but it did not fit I went to O'Reilly's and a word just perfect fit perfectly
