Coming here was a great experience. I was welcomed and helped by a kind and respectful employee. Nettie helped me purchase the correct car oil for my vehicle and explained why synthetic oil helps give better performance and reduces engine wear. I normally have my husband pick up this sort of stuff:) but now I'll be able to do so myself thanks to her.
Very rude customer service!!! I Asked for an estimate for some brakes and all they said was you have to order don't have them in store and left!! I thought the gentleman was going to come back and never did!! So rude
I would have left a negative review. This place sucks. I stood in line the only customer ready to pay with my item after helping myself and nobody acknowledged me. One lady stood there and filled orders for somebody that wasn't there. One gentleman was helping one customer and then another sales rep came out of the back and decided to answer the second phone call rather than helping me again. Ready to pay with cash in my hand. Go to AutoZone it is across the street. They will do free testing. They will loan you free tools. They will do a free battery charging. They are way better than O'Reilly's stay far away from this place. It sucks. Terrible. Terrible customer service

O'Reilly is the best auto parts store,to me, is the best ! Lone me tools,before everyone started copying them. Worked with me on prices a couple of times. I am loyal to them because they earned it.
I ordered a part and told it will be in the next day in the afternoon but when I went to go get it the part hadn't come in and was told it will be in the next pick up that evening so my husband went to go get it and it wasn't there so he had to out of his way to the next town over and wait to get it he was not happy since they said it would be there at noon.
Mariah is very rude and lacks any customer service skills. If I wanted to be treated like that I would go to auto zone. Ive been a commercial account holder for four years now and have no desire to return.
Broke down in their parking lot. Guys were super helpful and even jumped the truck after I replaced the alternator. They also charged my batt! Awesome people!!!!
This store and the folks that work there are the reason why o'reillys is the best part store in the world..ive been coming to this store for years and they have always gone out of there way to help no matter what it was.got a part put it on this morning got few miles broke down took part back and they swapped it out for a better part that was almost 20 bucks more there all about maken sure yhere customers are tacken care of!!!!!! Hope this help other folks out looken for a great auto parts store this is the one !!!!
i had a geeat experience at O'Reilly auto parts. I had a problem with my thermostat so like a dummy i went to auto zone first and bought the Part that costed me 30 dollars. So me thinking that i got some good professional help i went on my way. I get home start working on my car and as i start to try to put the thermostat on it wasnt the right one. So i decided to try O'Reilly and not only did they help me get the right part for my car but it also was 9 dollars cheaper for the part. So i recommend O'Reilly anyday. The staff at O'Reilly in the Farmersville store thank you
