The driver's name was Terry he did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to get us home safe. We had a mattress on the back of our truck being towed which was moving with the air, he even offered to help secure them with his own rope. Thank you very much for your service.
Worst people to do business they sold me a tow truck $38k said everything was good came from wisconsin and the tow truck broke down the same day come to find out i need a new engine never got a reply from them back 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It was the 4th of July. We had an accident where our boat trailer tire came off the trailer, rolled into dry grass, and caught the hillside on fire. I called them and they responded immediately. They were able to load our boat and trailer onto their flatbed tow truck just before the fire engulfed it. Blake (the owner) asked where we wanted it taken to. We weren't entirely sure at the time. He said, Why don't we launch it in the lake, and you can still enjoy your weekend. We were blown away. It was truly a miracle to find Wallace Towing. They answered my call on the first ring, and it was a major holiday.

Apparently someone I sold a car to didn't register it and now I'm stuck with the bill. Unbelievable they have already sold the vehicle and are sending collections after me over 2k in storage fees. I live on the other side of the country from them.
My daughter and her grandpa were stuck in the middle of the boondocks as the initial front tire blew. They got the spare on which then popped 200 feet down the road. We called this company who showed up within an hour and we couldn't beat the price. Our car got towed back to our residence so we could properly fix the tire the next day! I wouldn't hesitant to call them again!

The best by far all around. From the time I called til I reached my destination with my truck in tow. Had my kid. The driver was awesome and made my night better considering the circumstances. I got the same driver the following day and felt safe leaving my truck in his hands. Wished I remember his name.
They are the best, dad needed to take his car to an auto repair and they came and helped us. We needed someone to push the car off the driveway because the tow truck didn’t fit and the guy gladly helped us. He had a bad knee and still helped us push the car all the way. Thank you so much!

Blake and truck showed up at time quoted. Very professional hooking up and towing my RV down the mountain to repair shop. Had to spend the night in shop lot, Blake saw my RV in lot that evening and stopped to see if I was ok and if I needed anything to call . Service excellence! Thanks again.
