Exceptional Service – Saved our Road Trip!
I had an incredible experience at AutoZone #0688 in Orosi. I’m visiting from Canada on a road trip and bought snow chains at the Modesto branch (#5699) for Yosemite. However, I lost my receipt and was panicking because we had already left Modesto and couldn't take the chains back home with us.
A huge thank you to Ronaldo at the Orosi store! He was incredibly patient and proactive—he suggested calling the Modesto store to retrieve my transaction number. Thanks to his help and Alex, I was able to successfully return the chains.
I also want to thank the team at Modesto AutoZone #5699 for their cooperation over the phone. Ronaldo and Alex turned a stressful situation into a great memory. Five-star service! Highly recommend this location!

I Was broke down in my camry and was half way to Orange Cove. I called the Orosi Store and asked for Michael Gonzalez. I explained my issue and he came out with in 15 minutes and swapped out my battery. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!! Most other places never would have done that.

I appreciate the help the employees did with me, especially when they have the water pump gasket for my 2006 Toyota Tacoma sr5 when no other places have it in stock, now I can drive my 2006 Toyota Tacoma sr5 4 hours to Sonoma worry free.

had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Luis and Alex! I came in needing help with my car battery, and they went above and beyond to assist me. Luis helped me test the battery and clearly explained my options, while Alex quickly found the right replacement.
They were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the whole process fast and stress-free. It’s not every day you get that kind of service.

Nobody was jumping to help me although I was clearly a little lost, and there were several employees around. But I found what I needed and checkout was very friendly and helpful.

My neighbor, who is an elderly woman, asked my husband and I for help because she thought her car battery was dead. It was. We jumped her battery and got her car started. I called the AutoZone and asked if they had a battery for her. They did, and they also said they would assist her to install it. We helped her to the store and they took over from there. It’s so awesome to see great customer service in our little town! I commend Eddie, Brenda and all who helped this long time local with her car needs. Keep up the great work! I will definitely share my thoughts to my local neighbors and friends!

Their alright but they lagg to attend you. Las time I went to exchange an item I bought and I was waiting in line their was an employee walking around instead of helping me
