I brought my girl’s car in for some internal engine repairs and was given a reasonable price and the car was ready within a few days. I just got it smogged this morning and it passed Highly recommend their service.
My car began having issues, smoking like crazy until it wouldn't start. A local car garage gave me an entire list of problems, saying it would cost me well over $3,000. My brother recommended Nava's, who not only fixed my car but saved me that $3k. As a single mom scraping by, Nava's is a blessing!
Horrible shop the main owner always on the phone... Even though he acknowledged us he just had us sitting there for 10min till he was willing to talk to us. He had our truck at his shop for almost 2months for a transmission swap. He said he would have it a week tops. We had to go out of our way to get a new one because he lost ours. Still waiting for him to return our old transmission. If u want an irresponsible shop Bring it here.
Very honest mechanics, I appreciate their work and the fact that they’re affordable. Not saying they’re cheap, and deserve to be treated as such. I had issues with my 2018 Honda and the owner called Honda Dealership and come to found out I had warranty…he didn’t have to do that, but he did. So I saved myself $4,000 and so driving from Fresno was definitely worth it.
They were very attentive polite got to my car asap the cost was wat it was i checked everywhere and compared prices they were the best not expensive but normal rates and they worked with me Thank you very very much Sal
such bad customer service do not recommend they just have the cars parked there and dont even fix it nor be on time should not even be taking in more cars if u cant do your job right!
A hard working mechanic that knows what he's doing & doesn't try to rip u off..

BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish I could give them -10 stars 😡 Do NOT take your car to this shop. I paid them in advance and they promised 3-4 days yet it’s been 3+ weeks and they still have my car. They refuse to give it back and won’t answer my calls. Apparently they kept my car because family members have told me they see it driving around Orosi but I live in Tulare. I am not the only one read the reviews. The owner is very shady. I will be filing a court case against them ASAP
