I sent my son to buy an oil filter for my car. Gave the associate my car details. Paid for my oil filter my son changed the oil out the filter on and oil went everywhere. Autozone needs to train there people better so they give the right parts.

Horrible customer service. The young lady didn't even help, like I work at AutoZone and know where your parts are? Jaja Couldn't even be bothered! Not even to offer and help install the wipers.. Should've gone to Orileys down the street, they actually helped and installed them and were profesional.

Thank god for Isaac helping me out with my flat tire. He was really a blessing. I’m going through rough times and wasn’t able to afford a tire patch at a tire shop. He recommended me a tire plug kit and offered to plug it for me in the parking lot. It’s been a few hours now and my tire hasn’t gone flat at all! God bless him I was very stressed very nice gentlemen.

Amazing Customer Service! Christian G. helped get my windshield wipers fixed while it sprinkled super grateful! I’ve been to many AutoZones around and Dinuba’s is one of the best locations. Friendly people and happy to help!

Auto Zone is my go to auto care shop because of prices and services. They always go above and beyond. Yesterday Rigo from Dinuba location changed out my battery, tested it before I drove out and was even able to trouble shoot other issues! Car repair of any type is always a bit stressful, I left feeling the opposite. Top notch customer care is always priority, thank you especially to Rigo who went above and beyond, and left me feeling confident and relieved! I'm very grateful!

They are not friendly. I have been there a few times, and I feel like they don't want to help me. So I go to O'Reilly's they are customer friendly never have a problem getting help.

It is wonderful to witness improvement. In a recent personal experience, I purchased struts from Amazon. Unfortunately, they did not fit my vehicle. Amazon kindly sent me replacements, but they too were incompatible. Determined to find a solution, I visited my local Autozone store and was delighted by the exceptional customer service I received. The employee, Rigo, went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of simply stating that the item was unavailable, he diligently searched the computer system and thoroughly checked the stockroom until he successfully located the exact product I needed. Rigo's dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. He is a valuable asset to the Autozone team, and I will gladly continue making my purchases at this establishment in the future. Well done, Rigo! Keep up the excellent work.

Employees are so nice, and knowledgeable. It's a big company in my small country town, but you'd never know that based on the individual care and attention each customer receives!

We went to autozone at 8:50 pm purchased a H6-VL battery and ask the manager in the grey shirt to help us install the battery we purchased there and he said that they were getting ready to close and it was only him and another associate in a red shirt and one other customer walked in and the manager said he couldn’t help us (me and my pregnant daughter). They did loan us a 10mm ratchet and a cart and when I went to turn it back in I said God bless you and the manager said back to me “likewise and be careful.” I have been going to other autozones and they have always helped me even if there was 2 associates in the store. I feel like we were not rude customers at all. I love your guys stores but not Dinuba.

I went in a couple days ago to do my brakes and anette had recommended me rotors with brakes to prevent future problems. Today I went in for a oil change and she helped me once again with which oil to get along with air filter. Very knowledgeable in parts !!! Will be back again very soon !!

Mark has to be the best worker at this store hands-down no matter what he does I always see him drop what he’s doing to help customers including myself and gives 110% to make sure you as a customer leaves his store happy this kid deserves to be the store manager never have I ever felt so welcome in a store this kids give great customer service each and every day others need to follow in his example because he is definitely The leader of the store great job Mark my family will always go here for your customer service thank you for caring for us as customers

They did not have what I was looking for. They seemed extremely busy. There was no sales staff on the floor to ask what I was looking for. Went to Smith's Auto Parts to get what I needed. It's the new NAPA store in Dinuba.

Always get amazing service, Carlos the manager that looks after me walks on water, if he can't help he knows who can and he's never afraid to help! Dinuba store, the rest of the staff are also excellent.

Didn't like how they are so lazy and choni tight they act like we need them that's why I go to smith auto they treat us right. To save a dollar and get treated like kings I'd rather give it to the guy who remembered my name and if your from dinuba your dad got his parts from smith and now I know why..cuz they give a rats butt about us and don't act like rat turds. They act like friends and help on seriously bad situations. Thanks smith auto and no thank you to auto zone from dinuba.....

Lack of customer service and always giving the higher end prices until I ask to see the screen, then they mention the more cost effective options. I wish they focused more on the customer rather than their numbers.
