I called on Saturday to see if they could look up a warranty I had on some parts, Armando answered and took his time to make sure I had all the information I needed and I was able to then take that to the Reedley location and get my parts swapped out, since they can’t even do a basic warranty look up in the Reedley store
I work 12 hour day shifts so I usually call to see if they have the parts I need before going from store to store on my 1 day off, but they NEVEEEEEER answer the phone, so countless times I’ve just gone to autozone in Dinuba, and I’ll continue to go there because they always answer the phone ❤️ Thank you for the great customer service Auto Zone Dinuba ❤️ I’ve referred many of my travel nurse friends to Auto Zone ❤️
Great customer service. Efram (sorry if I spelled it wrong) helped me while my car was down and I was stuck in Dinuba with a 200 mile drive home ahead of me. He was friendly and went above and beyond what I would expect from any person to help get me on the road and home. Cannot recommend them enough.

Came in at 6:59 pm 04/22/23 and the girl upfront didn’t greet me or my boyfriend. But a Mexican person walked in behind me and she instantly said hello. I would never come back here they are racist and it isn’t welcoming.

I bought windshield wipers last night and they installed them on my truck at no charge for labor, and Christian did a good job.
5 stars! I went in for some windshield wipers prepared to look and do it myself (with no idea how) and the employee there helped me not only find the right ones with the proper brackets but he even put them on for me. I really appreciated his help and was very impressed.
After purchasing the wrong year model alternator for my daughter's car, they were able to do a return including the core fee, and let me get the correct model with a lil extra money I paid because the new one cost more. But it was simple and I was in and out with no problems.
The staff has always been very helpful, even when they’re really busy they will find time to help you as much as they can, I’ve never had a bad experience, and their knowledge has helped me with a lot of projects that I’ve been stuck with. As far as their selection they usually have what I’m looking for, and with price matching I am extremely content to keep coming back. I’ve been a customer for years and will keep happily coming back!
Needed some things for my old car. They actually have a very knowledgeable staff. Also very cortious and professional but, they still make you feel life an old friend. Don't mind spending my money in a very well run local business. Will definitely return for my "DIY"automotive needs.👍👍😎
Ever since I switched from another outoparts store, I have stuck with this one. They have always what I need and if they don't have it they always find it.
Horrible service. Employees are to lazy to do their job. They prefer to lose a costumer than to actually help and do their job. Defiantly bad costumer service starting from the managers.
