Rolled up to here after our battery light came on while driving from Trinidad to Redding. Stopped here for voltage readings and had excellent customer service. They had an alternator in stock. Special shout out to Curtis for recommending a friend to do the labor and we were back on the road in an hour.

The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. If they don't have what I need they usually can get it by the next morning.

Had a check engine light on so I stopped and asked for them to scan it for me. Very quick and easy. Got the printout and asked for advice. Staff is very pro, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. They explain things very well, and don't mind questions being asked if you don't understand something. I highly recommend them. Thank you to the staff for making a scary event seem less scary.

The clerks, especially the manager, are always very nice and will give you any advice they can, regardless of whether or not it'll get you to buy a product. They offer free check engine light solutions as well, and give you a quote for the cost of the parts you'd need.

Best staff. Knowledgeable. And a good time every time you go. Nothing better than a small town parts store

What a wonderful experience!!! We were exhausted travelers struggling with a sticking trailer brake with a dangerous mountain to descend in our 5th wheel. We made a U-turn and luckily stopped in O'Reilly in Weaverville. It just so happened that our electric brake system was the same part sold here. The awesome service man handed us a new one and said our old part would be covered under warranty. All we had to do is plug it in and have a safe drive home. Unbelievable! This place is amazing! I had a barring on my driveshaft go completely out last night and had to park my truck in the parking lot and slept in the truck. Next morning we were got the part and they even loned us a tool box of tools to work on it right there in the parking lot. They are truly amazing people who own and work at orileys.

There staff is full of knowledge and very helpful from the moment you walk in the door....I primarily only get the chance to deal with the weekend staff, (Justin, and Jacob) what a pair of great employee's, they're always very helpful and try to save you money on your purchase.....keep up the great work!!!

Good bunch of people as long as you don't get a newbie but good place parts for like normal parts are parts some work some don't you can get the same part from Napa and get the same part from Franklin's AutoZone they're all the same dealers sometimes you get a bad part but they will stand behind the warranties and make it right

I went in for a headlight, but I didn't know which one I needed. They looked it up and had it in stock. Fast, friendly, inexpensive!

They always have the right part for my truck. Just have to return the part they gave me the first time I went there. Nice people. Just bring in the part you need.

Amazing service! My car broke down and my partner walked all the way there to purchase a battery. They had someone personally driver her over and let her use their jump box instead of making us purchase one (in case the battery wasn’t the problem) and then drove her to the hotel. I went in there knowing I had a problem and didn't know exactly what was wrong. They researched the parts came up with a choice of what could have been bad. They loaned me the tools to change the ignition module. My truck was fixed. I really appreciate their knowledge and skill in getting my pick up running when I was 200 miles from home.

Helpful, down to earth and knowledgeable. Never been disappointed here. And of course, the pricing is the standard O'Reilly's are known for, even in a small town 'in the middle of nowhere'.
