Added update below the first paragraph. 1st review: First time visiting NAS at Yuba City Autoworks. What a top notch experience. Nice and comfortable waiting area. Great staff. Very attentive. Prices are great!! Will definitely be coming back. 2nd review: As I stated in my first review, I will be coming back. Well I did come back. Nas rebuilt my Toyota 4Runner 3.0 motor back to factory specs. He thoroughly went through the motor top to bottom, inside to out. His turnaround time was very quick compared to other shops that are closer to me. His attention to details and communication are first class. I can not say enough praise about his shop and work ethic. He has earned me as a customer for life.

I can’t recommend Yuba City Autoworks enough, especially for hybrid owners. I brought my Prius in with some troubling symptoms, and from the moment I pulled in, the professionalism was top-notch. The owner/mechanic listened to my description of the problem and immediately identified what the symptoms indicated. What impressed me most was his honesty. Instead of just handing me a massive bill for a major fix, he actually took the time to dig into the incredibly tight Prius engine bay—a task most mechanics avoid or overcharge for because of how much you have to disassemble just to reach the parts. He worked incredibly hard, testing different components, cleaning carbon buildup, and ruling out smaller issues first to try and save me money. It is rare to find a mechanic who puts in that much extra effort to avoid a costly fix for the customer. If you want someone honest, hardworking, and skilled, this is the place.

They have done my oil change 3 to 4 times and they’re very helpful with any concerns I might have about my vehicle.

They Helped me through my warranty process and kept me well informed every step of the way. Cheavy and Sherrika were a delight to speak with. Nas is very knowledgeable and explained what they would be doing to my car. Andres showed me where exactly the issue was to visualize why my car needed this work done asap. They finished the projected service quicker than I expected. Highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs. P.s. just park wherever you can because parking is a commodity.

I came in for a wheel alignment and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The service was completed in a timely manner, and I could immediately feel the difference when driving—my car now tracks straight and the steering wheel is perfectly centered. No upselling, no pressure—just quality work done right. Pricing was fair, and the shop was clean and well organized. I would recommend Yuba City auto Works to everyone. I told them about my issues, and they were able to figure out what another mechanic could not. I really appreciate them for fixing my car issue and being available to explain everything to me. The pricing was fair and they were fairly quick with their service.

Just got my headlights replaced. Prices are good and itemized. Wait time was about an hour and half with no appointment and I didn’t bring parts in; so not bad. There is a cat and coffee to keep you company while you wait.

Yuba City Auto Works is my go-to place for oil changes and all future Automotive problems. I highly recommend this place the staff and the techs are awesome!

3 days for a drive trip to Vegas. Check the car Monday finish by Tuesday afternoon and able to drive by Wednesday. Staff have excellent service owner and auto mechanics was able to accommodate. Great service. 5+ stars.

They are honest and explained the issues with my car patiently and in good detail. They communicated accurately about pricing and everyone was helpful. They even have a sweet little shop cat who kept me company!

I found the personnel kind, polite, attentive, courteous. I was a walk-in on Monday morning for a smog and found I was given incorrect information on Friday. Sherika called her employer for particulars & I decided to wait for his arrival to handle the job.. They offer coffee, comfortable sitting, tv, & have an amazing office cat⬛ Yoda, to entertain & keep me company The job was completed and Sherika informed me that because of my wait time; that her boss gave me the smog for half price. That was kind, respectful of my time, & totally unexpected. I will go to them again -for an oil change & will continue & have been spreading the word on their Great Service & Great employees. L. very nice people but the hourly rate is ridiculous. its $160 and hour. working on cars not a heart surgery. will go elsewhere from now on

If I could give it 0 stars I would . The communication here is awful . I dropped my car off to get a diagnostic at 1130am I asked the man if he had time to look at my car . He said he did . They close at 5. I called almost at 4 my car was not looked at yet . I get a text saying what it could be . They would look at it the next day . Great I didn’t know my car would stay over night . It’s 12 pm the next day there’s still no call so I call & theres no report yet . They said they’d call me around 2 . And guess what?! no call ! I had to call still no report ! The man did my report last minute right before I picked up my car . Yup I still got charged that 160$ . And they said they been working on cars that were others everyday commuters . Like SO IS MINE . It just sat in the parking lot all freaking day . He said he looked at my car yesterday and pretty much said he barely looked over it again . I’m never coming here again . I don’t want my car to be half worked on , no thanks . IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WORK ON SOMEONES CAR CALL THEM . Waste of time .

These guys were straight up with me. Didn't try to talk me into the most expensive fix, gave me options and I chose what worked for me. After having to have my vehicle towed there, it's running again and I'm able to drive it every day still. They only charged me for diagnostics. The mechanic I took it to previously charged me to fix everything but the actual problem. They run an honest business and I'll be taking my vehicles to them from now on.

Had a smog check done on my vehicle with no appointment. They took my car right in and within 30 minutes had my car done. Very friendly and capable people.

Great experience recently had the transmission fluid and filter changed on the seventeenth of october.Had a small leak came back in the service.Tech was able to rectify the situation by installing a new gasket and fluid stay tuned.

Man I don’t know where to start they keep my clapped out cars alive. I started taking my car to Yuba city auto works because they were straight up at the beginning. I highly recommended to family and friends.

2 years ago when I moved to the area I was worried about finding an honest and trustworthy auto shop, by chance I picked Yuba City Autoworks when I needed some AC work. I was very pleased with the work and price. I have been back several times in the last 2 years and have always had great service. The owner Nas and the rest of the team have have always been helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a good honest auto shop.

This place is my go to for literally everything wrong with my vehicles, Naz and his crew are the coolest most respectful group of mechanics. My dad has terminal cancer and had some weird issue with his car, we brought it in and Naz fixed it right then and there free of charge. I can’t thank this place enough for the quality of service and care they give to their customers. ALSO their shop cat Yoda is the funniest and sweetest fuzz ball ever, my kids enjoy his company every-time we go there. So many laughs it hurts my stomach.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yuba Auto Care provides excellent service. They not only checked my car, but also performed a general inspection and pointed out the issues that need repair and attention. They did all of this without any extra fees. I truly appreciate their service and wish them continued success.
