I was stranded for 4 days in a snow storm in a day cab pulling a flat bed with a rear mounted forklift. I was able to get the forklift off. BRT sent a heavy rig out but was unable to get in to me on day 2. It was 2 more days before they were able to send 2 separate vehicles out. The first was a slide back to get the forklift out. Myron was the drivers name. He showed up at 9 pm and was fast, professional and safe, as was the other operator who showed up the next day, I don’t recall his name. They were both very knowledgeable assessed the scene and got me out as quick as possible. Thanks you much for the drivers.
They were really kind and helpful, which I appreciate so much. I got stuck in the mud on a shoulder off the i80 west and they safely pulled my truck out of that mess.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the time quoted. My dispatch was quoted a 3-4 hour wait, but the tow didn't get to me for about 7 hours?
They were called at 10:45 AM and I received a call from them saying they’re on their way at about 3:25 then the tow arrived at about 5pm?
It did take a while for them to be able to pull my rig out, but they did so calm, slowly, and efficiently and by then my 10 hour reset was 2 hours short of being completed so I pulled off the freeway and went to a shoulder.
Unfortunately, my being stuck caused a tire in my trailer to fall off the rim and they were kind enough to try and work something out for me with dispatch, but I couldn’t wait much longer and I had to call in to get someone else to help.
I received a call the next day at about 10:30 AM telling me that their tech was looking for me to fix the tire, but by then I had my tire fixed and was on my way to make my delivery.
Overall,
Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. They all communicated clearly with me regarding instructions.
I wish I caught the name of the two techs who assisted in towing me out of the mud, they went above and beyond in helping me. The two men were kind, soft spoken, and I could tell tired of this shit (same as me lol) so the patience is greatly appreciated, they never lost it. So thank you so much!
I would not have minded the wait if I had a more accurately quoted ETA (and had the time) in this job, you don’t earn money if the wheels aren’t rolling.
So yeah, more accurate ETAs would be helpful. Like taking their current jobs, traffic, and such into account.

The leveling jacks on our RV would not retract, so we could not move. None of the on-call RV Technical Assistance mechanics could troubleshoot the problem. We called BTR and they sent out their most experienced person. Myron diagnosed the issue and had the jacks retracted within half an hour. This gentleman is simply amazing! We recommend BTR for any roadside service.

Mike is hands down best tow operator I've ever seen took great care of me and my truck he got there quicker then the ETA given and had it on the hook in no time. If I ever need a tow again I'll make sure Mike is the only tow truck operator I will want to come tow me, or any other driver in my company!!
Our driver Myron was the best we had a Kabota shut down on us during the Sikh parade and he came in with minutes during all that rush the best part it was FREE NO PAYMENT AT ALL he took the trailer to a tow yard and then took the Kabota back to the shop his truck number was #13 best person I have ever met great guy never lets us down

Today I had the absolute blessing of meeting Myron from BTR Towing. My car wouldn’t start in the Walmart parking lot, and he came to help me with a jumpstart. Not only was he quick and professional, but he was also so kind and reassuring during a stressful moment. Honestly, it felt like he was sent at the perfect time. Every time we call this company for repairs on our trucks they are always on time and efficient getting the job done quickly. Quality of repairs is excellent. Our tech Brandon is very friendly and communication is top notch. He has been out to help multiple times and does a great job!
Literally the worst company you can call for help, I should have known it was going to be a disaster when I saw FLIP FLOPS & a 12 year old kid working with this guy just needed the break chamber replaced & a patch. They charged me almost $1300 & put my air release chamber on backwards so my airbags would not deploy. Once I realized I immediately called the company back and they had no clue what they did wrong. So I called another mechanic out he charged me $150. Now all I asked was for the Baines Company to reimburse me for what I paid extra out of my pockets, that's it. & yes its now a whole month later I wasn't even going to do this review but the WOMEN who answer the phones in the office have no respect for the customers & literally talk about you and laugh it's a circus full of clowns gossip. So after a month later of the lies & going back and forth, & thinking I'm going to just let it go Brittany Zelles me $100 & told me I'm LUCKY I GOT THAT & THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE ME ANYTHING Great way to treat your customers.. & Like always PEACE LOVE & TRUTH
Gurjant was great! Super friendly and service was as fast and efficient. Had a work truck break down and he got me hooked up and back to the station as quickly as the windy road could take us.

Jesse was a friendly helpful driver i broke down and was in the heat 105 between Weed and Yreka. And Louie came out to fix my airline when more issues came up. And let me sit in his truck to get some ac for a bit. It was very hot. All in all this company was great. Thank you to Jesse and Louie both are great at what you do.
Bains responded when our rental truck had a problem in AZ. The communication was good and the tow driver/ repairman they sent was awesome! James M was friendly and professional. He worked hard to find the problem and made sure I made it safely to the next town. They made a stressful situation so much easier. I'm very impressed.
I got stranded on I80 , after several attempts to get up and going I call insurance for a tow. The insurance contacted Bains, who was 2+hours away, it was midnight not nice weather. I was requesting a tow of only 1 mile to a safe place. Bains showed up friendly, helpful ,courteous to the top. Hooked my class A motorhome up with extreme caution as to not do any damage and towed me just 1 mile. He made sure I was in a safe and convenient location because I was alone. He even ask me if I needed help with anything before he left. So helpful and professional. Thank you for coming out in the middle of the night from so far away to my rescue.
I would avoid doing business with this place at all costs. This place seems fine if you need to be towed. Was involved in an accident and they towed away my trailer to their yard. Being from out of state I had to leave and wait for insurance information. In the meantime I requested that they look into the possibility of fixing it and the said they would get on it, after I called twice. After nothing I had come back out west, about a month and a half later. I went to pickup the trailer after no communication and they gave me a bill of $4,800+ dollars. For boarding it and towing. I was never notified of anything mind that we exchanged numbers at the time of tow. Their bill was more than the trailer is worth, and had to leave it there. And on top of that the office is disorganized with the least helpful staff. I had to ask for my ID back as they left it in the scanner. The towing was only about $600 and that seemed fair, but no heads up about the predatory boarding fees. They wouldn’t even let me retrieve personal items from the trailer without paying the whole bill.
I was stuck on the side of the road with a horse trailer, a horse and my dog. My truck is a 1 ton dually crew cab. No one could tow that big of a truck. My husband took the dog and the horse home with another great stranger that stopped to help us. BTR was there in record time. I was alone. The driver, Chris was so professional, clean cut, calming. I was pretty wound up. He got the truck away from the trailer then he waited at least 45 minutes, if not longer, until my husband could get back with another truck to tow the goose neck trailer back home. Then, Chris helped us hook up our trailer to the other truck!! Amazing and the price was very reasonable. I was so blessed to find these guys!!
Great prompt service! Driving out of a local campground we heard a loud noise. One of our leaf spring hangers on our trailer sheared off the frame and the other side had a crack as well. BTR to the rescue! Three hours after they came to our rescue they had us back safely on the road at a more than fair price.
Bains Crew stepped up and got a major recovery taken care of with no muss or fuss. They had the right equipment, training, and knowledge to accomplish everything we asked of them. Great Job will use again! Recommended.

He came out quickly to assist during his own dinner and persisted in getting into my vehicle that was difficult to get into, and in the cold too. He was also super, duper nice! Not sure what we would have done without him, because none of the other avenues for help were working out. Extremely appreciative!
These have got to be some of the nicest most compassionate people in the industry. I recently rolled my truck and travel trailer and literally every single person I had contact with there is just beyond willing to help and customer service is above and beyond. I even had one of my nice watches fall out of my travel trailer due to the trailer being open and falling apart. The driver could have very easily left it, kept it or tossed it back into the rubble but he chose to hang onto it until the next day and let others know he had it and to make sure I knew so it would get back to me. It's something insurance would cover yes, but insurance can't replace memories attached to the watch so I was very grateful. Just and all around great experience with this company. On a side note they have super nice equipment from what I could tell, it was night when they picked up my stuff but looked new and clean. The yard when I visited to go through my wreck was very clean and I was helped immediately. The young lady in the office answering the phones truly has wonderful customer service.
