I came in with some minor bumper damage to the bottom of my car. One of the workers, super nice by the way, offered to check it out. Next thing you know, he’s all done fixing it. I asked him how much it would be for his trouble and he said it was free of charge. I recommend coming here. I’m planning on coming back for a full work up on my Tonka Jahari( name of my car btw). Super nice staff and full of energy!!!
Hands down the best body in the Sacramento area! I worked with the GM Stacey and he took care of every small thing you could think of for me! I never had to call them for an update because they were always on top of communication!! Car looked great and everything was handled very professionally! 10/10 highly recommend!
The work was done great no complaints. However, their front office staff is horrible, lacks customer service, does not greet people, is not helpful, and incredibly rude. she was upset that another employee lacked to give her I formation and was blaming my mom like if she worked there. After she completely shut down, stoped talking to us, and Even snatched a pen out of my mother’s hand when she was signing the receipt. This was brought up to the attention of another lead and they did nothing. We never complain and I’m not one to write reviews but this had to be said especially when you pay for service. Management needs to have a talk to their front staff and retract them how to act professionally.
I was referred by AAA and I am so glad they did. The minute I arrived I was treated with dignity and respect. Every employee was top notch. They had my truck repaired and ready much earlier than expected. It looks amazing. No one would ever know I was rear ended. My tailgate is gleaming!

Very professional but still needs to take into consideration some points they give me the car with a dirt some adjustments also needs with a trunk and the back door
Was supposed to pick up Wednesday, then Friday then Saturday. Showed up at 9:10, no one there (hours are 9 to 12). Called and left message. They finally called back at 10:30. I decided to pick it up on Monday. When I got my car, there was a large crack in the windshield that was not there when I dropped it off for some repair on the left rear quarter panel. Instead of simply saying “we’ll take care of it” they started making excuses saying they would need to talk to their supervisor. I asked them to contact me. I contacted my insurance company and explained the situation. Crash Champions never contacted me. I eventually had another service replace the windshield. After doing $7000 worth of body work, it is hard to understand why they would fight me on a $400 job that happened while at their shop.
I have unfortunately had multiple instances where I have needed repairs done to my vehicles. Crash champions and their entire staff have always done incredible work, provided extra repairs such as touch up paint, and are always there to answer questions. Karen in the front office is phenomenal in making you feel welcome and the mechanics are top notch! I always recommend crash champions to my family and friends
This place is the best. I'm a Tip Volunteer and was on a call for a death to a farm house when I was greeted by a large dog that jumped up on my drivers side door and scratched my new Toyota Rav4. Crash Champions gave me a estimate and then suggested trying to buff out some of it.
I returned a few days later and within an hour they had my car looking great. Only one scratch that was to deep showed. All of this was a courtesy. The staff and office were fantastic. If ever I need work done on my car I would always go there. Thanks guys for the great job and making my day.

I left my dad's car yesterday and they promised they had it ready Today. They said on Saturday they were open 'til noon. My dad went to pick up his car at 11:30AM and they were closed already. He called while outside just in case somebody was still there and nobody answered. They didn't even care to call him and let him know they were closing early or probably not opening at all to arrange the pick up of his car. Now my dad doesn't have a car for the weekend and he works the full week, so it really was a bad thing. This is absolutely not good customer service.
Service was personable, except for the fact that they had my phone number wrong and couldn’t reach me. That was my mistake though I should’ve checked the paperwork. The workmanship was not the greatest with the repairs on my car. The rear bumper had to get adjusted a few days after I picked it up as you could slightly see the bumper tabs and the bumper didn’t line up correctly. Didn’t notice until a few days later that the paint on both sides of the bumper is a little bubbled, it looks like it didn’t dry correctly when they painted it. This should have been my sign, as now the bumper is becoming loose on both sides and you could see the bumper tabs again. Would I recommend this place based on my experience, probably not.
they are very good with repairing body damage, although they are a little disappointing in other areas. They left garbage in my trunk from other vehicles when returning my car, as well as over spray on my back window and bumper as they claim that was already there but “can’t find” the before pictures of my car to prove it being there beforehand. Lastly they replaced my radiator and returned my car with ZERO coolant and did not let us know therefore my car overheated and i had to add coolant. Again very good on body damage not so much on the little things.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. Had people come out of their office just to show me how to use the coffee maker without even asking. I had an insurance estimate done, so even though my out of pocket is little to nothing, the estimate seemed to be a good price. Business from my perception seems to be fair and honest.
Definitely recommend Service King. I recently got my Kia Optima repaired here from damage done from vandalism and they went above and beyond my expectations. They made sure that my vehicle looked like it did from when I first got it. They even fastened my front bumper because they noticed it was loose. There customer satisfaction and communication is amazing and my car was done before the date I was given which was even more awesome. I can’t begin to describe the quality of work and the professionalism that every employee I dealt with has. They all go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied and that the work they do doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you all so much I definitely won’t recommend anyone anywhere else other than here.

Set up an appointment to have my vehicle towed in for insurance claim work after my car was plowed by a pick-up truck in my parking lot at work. The young lady at the front counter seemed somewhat willing to help, but had an air of disinterest in her attitude during our interaction. I was told that a tow truck would come to pick my vehicle up in three weeks (March 7, 2022) which I was receptive to because of the current state of labor and restrictions due to COVID-19.
I called Service King on Monday, March 7, 2022 to insure that my vehicle was going to be picked up and I was told by the customer service rep at the Service King call center that a truck was being sent to pick my vehicle up at my home and that the tow company would be in contact with me as soon as possible.. As the day went on, my vehicle remained parked on the street and I had not received a call from Service King or any tow company. I contacted the call center again, and was told "Our drivers were too busy to pick up your vehicle. We might pick it up tomorrow."
I ended the call with them briefly after that, and then received a text to schedule a pick up, which was the first point of contact regarding scheduling a pickup I had received. I filled out the forms, and then was instructed to call a phone number to schedule my pickup with the company. I called the number at approximately 4:30 PM and was left on hold with the automated system until 5:30 PM and not ONCE did a human being come on the line.
Tuesday, March 8, 2022 I contacted Service King through their website since apparently trying to talk to people over the phone does no good with them. The "Agent" that chatted with me simply asked if I had called the phone numbers that I had already called yesterday. I politely disclosed that fact and stated that I would no longer be doing business with Service King and did not wish to be contacted regarding the matter.
This is especially surprising since Service King, as well as The Body Shop, Golden Valley Auto Body, Caliber Collision, and Allen's Auto Body are all customers of mine at the parts shop I work at. I've never had issues with Service King through my shop, and employees at a local tow company spoke very highly of the service they received at your establishment. It seems not everybody can be afforded the same level of service, which is shameful.
Granted, this may be an isolated occurrence, and given the state of matters right now with restrictions placed on companies by the government, I was far from expecting things to go without fault. However, this lack of performance on the part of your establishment, Service King as a whole included, is mind-numbing. The very least your customer service representatives could have done was made the effort to stay in touch with me, or at least honestly tell me "We can't pick up your vehicle, sorry" instead of brushing me off saying they 'might' help me the next day.
I had a fender bender that required a new bumper and other minor repairs. I was impressed with the ability of this company to schedule me immediately for an estimate with repairs completed a week later. Excellent service and fair prices. They also worked with my insurance company and were very professional.

I was greeted with a hello and :-) of course you know because of COVID-19 we have to wear a mask(no smile).Service King’s lobby looked awesome, with refreshments and lighting. I felt more comfortable about leaving our car in their hands. They also made sure that the rental car company picked me up. Our car was completed on time as promised. They deserve 5 + stars !
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The process was quick and easy even when dealing with insurance they took care of everything I just had to get the ball rolling. I took my car in on Thurs got it back by Monday and my car look brand new as if it was rolling off the lot. I highly recommend going here and I plan on coming back for future repairs.
Amazing work! Excellent customer service. My vehicle was rear ended, and was dreading having to deal with the whole process. Very fortunate to have good insurance to take care of us. We chose this location also because it was conveniently next to a Hertz location.
- Roberto did a very great job from the quoting process and was accurate with the time frame of completion.
-I was very impressed with the turn around time due to the 4th of July Holiday. They still delivered the estimated time of completion as promised. To be honest, I was hesitant/skeptical of the job they were going to perform due to the provided timeline and fast turnaround.
-They gave us accurate updates thru texts and when we called the shop.
-When I picked up our vehicle, I was not expecting them to return our vehicle WASHED and CLEANED. I inspected their work with great attention to detail and could not find a single flaw.
-SUMMARY: Words cannot describe how happy I am about their work and customer service. Extremely satisfied. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this repair shop. They do amazing work in a time efficient manner. I felt like a valued customer. Thank you Service King!!! You guys are great!
From the moment I started the process of having my repairs done by Service King, they were wonderful. They constantly communicated with me. The staff was professional and friendly. I would receive a daily text message letting me know what was going on with my car. They did a great job on my repairs. My car looked as if nothing had ever happened after it was fixed. I could go on and on about how satisfied I was. They were that great!
