Just went in to look at a vehicle at this place. And they’re not willing to even wiggle room for two grand on damages to a vehicle we are looking at. They won't do anything l!!! We also had 25 to 30 grand to spend there as well. I work for a big company, so I’m gonna tell everyone not to go to Yuba City Honda

Went in to ask for a recall notice that we received in the mail person at the service center chewing gum and talking down to me and my mom saying there’s no recall on the vehicle when we asked if there was anything due he said the car tells you so bring it in when it’s says so. The whole the tone was very demeaning and behaved as if we should know about the notice not being valid when they’re the ones that sent it, people need to be mindful of other people who are not in this business, just be nice and explain no need to have an attitude

I have been going to Yuba City Honda for my service needs since 2014. I have never had bad service. They always keep me informed of my car needs. They really treat you like family. They are great!!

I have gone to Honda for all my oil changes and asked if my car needed a tire rotation and every time they said no next oil change now on the 4th one they tell me they can’t do it because my back tires are 47 and my front are 75. And that’s crap because they should have done the tire rotation a long time ago so I would have had even wear on all tires. I am not going to them anymore. They don’t know what they are doing. I have all my paperwork for every oil change I got from them. If you want honest people I wouldn’t go there.

Yuba City Honda has had wonderful customer service and they honored my warranties. Thank you for taking great care of my Accord Sport since I bought it in 2017! It’s nice to have good service to rely on. I was able to trade it in for a new 2025 CRV which better suited my current needs.

I went to Honda because the plastic that holds my key in place broke. They tried to charge me nearly $300 insisting I had to get a whole new key and that it had to be reprogrammed or something. Just because the plastic broke. The key/buttons/battery worked perfectly. I go on Amazon and buy this key fob replacement for $6. Fix it in less than 5 minutes myself and it still works great. I know companies have to make their money but $300 for $6 fix is insane.

I used to think this place was amazing with their services and I would recommend everyone to them. My last time going, a year or so go.. They changed certain parts of the front end pertaining to the bumper and headlights. Everything seemed fine until about 2 weeks down the road I was an hour drive away and my fender liner came off and got caught in my tire. Luckily I had just exited the freeway. When I called them, they blamed me? And took no responsibility for having not replacing the clips.. I'm glad my kids were not in the car, as this could have been far worse. The not so "gentleman" I spoke with was so rude and acted like I was the bad guy somehow. I would just use so much caution with them.

Yuba city Honda service My honda pilot had problem with ignition start. Honda dealer told me $165 for diagnos and more to fix after that. They called me after 30mins that their was something unhooked so Zero charge and problem is fixed. I think that was really nice

We arrived early, unbeknownst to us, to drop off our car. We thought it was 7am but it really opens at 7:30. They took us in and it allowed us to get to work. The Service department was friendly and courteous. They took care of all the requests we had for our car. Very impressive each and every time we need to come in.

I had a safety recall notice on my 2025 Honda Civic Sport for my electronic power steering; to which, I was able to get immediate work on a walk in basis. Since it took 2 hours, they also shuttled me to and from my home. That's what I call service!

This dealership is the only dealership that would pick up their phone and actually talk to you. Purchasing my car was quick and easy taking it back for service has been painless. My appointment was at 10 o’clock. I showed up at 9:57. I was out the door by 1020. They are very courteous when I purchased floor mats for my car before I could get rung up. The gentleman had them placed in my car. If there’s ever another time that I will be purchasing a new car, I will be returning to this dealership

Manuel and the service tech did an outstanding job. He kept me apprised as to the progress of the service on my vehicle. everything was done to my satisfaction and service tech even gave my vehicle a courtesy vacuum of interior floor mats. Great job and Awesome Team!!

Brought my Honda in for servicing without an appointment. The service department guys were friendly, very helpful and were able to fit me in later in the afternoon. They took great care of my car. They explained everything fully and made recommendations, leaving the actual decisions up to me. I appreciate that.

Response back to the owner's request for more information: There’s a noise in my car coming from the direction of a speaker. I call your service center, and say that I think it may be the speaker, but I’m not a mechanic or an audio technician, and I’m calling whom I assumed are experts to find out. The man on the phone says that the speaker is a custom part, so I have to pay over the phone with my credit card and wait for it to be delivered, so I say yes, but the next appointment is over a week away. The sound is driving me crazy, so I go try visiting a third-party audio technician to see if he can fix it sooner. He comes out to my car, sticks his head in while it’s running, and says that it sounds like the speaker, but my model car is newer and the speaker has to be coded to the VIN of the car, and only the dealership can do that. So I call your center and say that I got someone else to look at it and they said that it’s the speaker, so I just need you guys to install it. I drop it off at the appointment, take an Uber home, and wait until I get the automated message that the car is ready for pickup. Only when I get back to the counter to pay does Manuel Jimenez say, “So the other place told you it was the speaker, huh? Because my guy was asking why you wanted it replaced, as it’s still in good condition.” I ask, “The sound wasn’t coming from the speaker?” His reply: “We didn’t even look at it.” So the technician who installed the speaker knew that the work didn’t need to be done enough to ask, but not only did he not stop himself from doing what he recognized as unnecessary work, Mr. Jimenez also didn’t bother to call me before I came in to ask if I might like to pay for a diagnostic because the sound may be coming from somewhere else. You took over $200 of my money and not only didn’t fix the issue, but your employees knowingly performed unnecessary work, presumably out of spite for my trying to get the work done sooner somewhere else. Mr. Jimenez could have sold me on paying more for a diagnostic and additional/necessary work, but instead made fun of me for getting bad information and wasted both my money and the time of everyone involved. I have since gone to Capital City Honda, whose customer service is far beyond anything that I’ve ever received from your center, and unless I hear that you no longer employ dishonest and disrespectful people, then the regular business that I have been bringing to you for over two years will instead be going to the competitor to whom Mr. Jimenez has driven me.

Loyal customer with YC Honda for a long time. The service department reps are always friendly and straightforward with you. I like that. Being professional is important to me when receiving a service. Yuba City Honda Service Advisors do not disappoint. Today, May 20th, came in for an A15 service for an oil change. However, he showed me my tires that were in desperate need of replacing. After doing some quick price searching in the waiting room, decided to go with the tires there. All great! The car was ready earlier than estimated which was nice. Disappointed However, one thing did disappoint me. When I went to open my car door, it was filthy and had fingerprints all around the door handle and it felt grimy and greasy. Not good. It was close to closing time so did not go back in to let them know. I did not expect a car wash, I understand, but to me, this is just unacceptable. Other than that all good.
