This place takes advantage of younger people and they do not take care of their customers in a timely manner not to mention the prices they charge! If there were an option for ZERO stars that is what I would rate this place!
Yuba City Independent was recommended to me back in 2015 when my Subaru Outback was having steering issues. They fixed it like new and I have been going to them ever since. As a matter of fact they are working on the same car today.
This shop is a rip-off they charge me$650 to get my car started and tells me my engine is messed up and wants to charge me more money to fix it. Now my 2002 civic is messed up and thanks to them. So much for trust .
I took my f150 here first time for a bad shaking. They diagnosed it and replaced spark plugs and had my truck done within a few hours. My truck is running better than ever! Thanks guys at yuba city independent. Will be taking my truck here for any future work.
Came here after other mechanics in town told me, it’s the transmission, it’s the engine! Turned out I had a bad rear catalytic converter that needed replacing! Thanks Isiah and Crew!
