Easy and great service. He was there to get my car within 25-30 mins. He then dropped it off at the location my car needed to be serviced at and he gave me a quick call afterwards to reassure me it was dropped in a safe location and the service center had my keys. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Literally came to the rescue after other companies turned down our roadside assistance claim from insurance. Another tow companies left us/ our car hanging and our insurance as well for 6hours on the side of a highway. Finally around 11pm King Bithal took our claim and came with in 30mins, they had great communication and did the job even when we weren’t with the vehicle any longer. They met us at the mechanic shop, dropped our car exactly where we wanted it and handed us the keys! They were so kind and we are so appreciative after all the other companies let us down and keeps us hanging with no help including our insurance!
Went through roadside assistance with my insurance company due to my transmission going out and they called out King Bithal Towing. I was given a ETA of 50-80 minutes, about ten minutes later the driver from King Bithal called me to verify where I was stranded and said he’d be there within 10-15 minutes. He showed up about 10 minutes later and was very polite and professional, got the car hooked up and headed to my house. When we arrived he had to unload the car in front of my neighbors house due to the location of other parked cars, he then moved his truck and helped push my car to my house. Overall great experience with the company and especially the driver. Would 100% use these guys again
Loaded and unloaded a totaled car stuck in park all by himself. Have not seen such a good truck driver before, he maneuvered the truck and dropped off the car exactly where I needed in a tight street.

How do I start with the towing company? First of all very unprofessional. Last Friday on the fifth my car battery died and I needed a jump. I was supposed to get a text or call from my roadside assistance team known as HUM by Verizon. My boyfriend’s parents got there and started charging my battery before whoever they sent from this company showed up. The guy from this company got out of his car I didn’t know who he was he did not verify who he was with me, or verify that he had the right car. So that’s a start. Now to go on about what they did. The gentleman who walked up to my car very rudely, Pretty much ripped the cables that were already hooked up to the car charging off which caused sparks. He didn’t even ask or look at the situation before he went ripping off the cables. After he rudely ripped off my cables he attached his backwards which caused even more Sparks, yes he did get the car started but it only started for a few seconds and he didn’t even stick around to make sure it stayed running he pretty much was out of there faster than I can watch him leave. So what happened in my car with that said. I had to call my mom out and she got my car started it ran and we were going to go get a new battery but there was a problem. I could not shift nothing electrical worked there was no gas acceleration. So I had to get my car towed to the shop to our family mechanic. The next day my mechanic rules out what happened they blew a fuseable link In my car that runs everything, and I’ve verified with my mechanic how that could’ve got blown and he told me only when the battery cables are hooked up wrong or backwards I should say. So I called this company hoping they will make things right. And now this might be turning into a lawsuit because God knows who else they will do this too. I had asked five different times to Talk to a manager because someone kept asking me why. Once I got to a manager I explained what happened and where it happened. Then his employee who did the jump started lying about cables werent there prior then their story changed that the cables that were there prior were hooked up wrong. If they were hooked up wrong my boyfriends truck would’ve been blown up after charging my battery for 12 mins. Before the dude from King Bithils Towing showed up and did his job in the wrong manner and very unprofessional. The bill separate from the battery was $390. From the fuses they had to fix from him jumping my car wrong. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and so on and so forth. And I’m pretty sure I can get those security footage from McDonald’s where I was stranded at because we were parked in the front where the cameras were. A towing company should treat your car like their own in a professional manner. Steer clear of this company they are liars and very unprofessional and do not care about their customers.
They were ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The guy was rude, made me push my car over a huge hump/dip (I'm a petite girl), and the guy texted while driving! I do NOT recommend anyone ever use their services unless you're prepared for that!
