I had my truck towed today by Anthony’s Towing & Transportation in Yuba City and couldn’t be happier with the service. The driver arrived quickly, was professional, and handled my truck with care from start to finish. Communication was excellent and they kept me updated the whole time which made the process super easy. It’s hard to find reliable and honest towing companies these days but these guys are top notch. Highly recommend Anthony’s if you ever need a tow in the area.
Anthony’s towing is absolutely spectacular. Totally satisfied. They took care of towing my old 1988 grand Wagoneer AND pulled our old Vintage 13’ Arrowhead trailer at the same time! All the way from Grassvalley, California thru the Sierra’s to Reno Nevada and we got to sit in the tow truck up nice and high enjoying the beautiful view while chitchatting with him and his wife!
Was a nice experience after being broken down on the scary freeway for hours.

This is the worst tow company ever this Driver named Joshua damaged my car left it almost in the middle of the street with dents and scratches then left before I got there I called to complain they stated they would investigate they never called me back not one time. I kept calling they said there Owner Anthony will call but he never did I then called to get a copy of incident report and there insurance info they would not give me any of this information Im currently going three AAA for a investigation into this incident because they dispatched this Awful company. There Dispatch ladies where nice but unfortunately the Owner is not a Man and doesn’t conduct business properly they stated they have cameras on there Truck s so we will see soon there is major damage to my bumper and the hood of my vehicle also the passenger side front light. They had the never to tell me they did a investigation and there driver didn’t damage my car but The investigation is done by insurance company adjusters not the owner lol this company is terrible and lastly my neighbor just showed me they did a video from his camera and this company did damage my car please don’t use this company they are the worst
had an amazing experience with Anthony ’s Towing! From the moment the driver Josh arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and even reassuring one, all thanks to the driver’s attitude and expertise. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, clearly knew what they were doing, and made me feel confident and supported throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find service this good — I’m extremely grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anthony’s Towing to anyone in need! The tow was from Thunder valley Casino to Lincoln.
I once left a bad review but a bad morning and a misunderstanding of the service provided doesn't spoil the whole business. They are capable of handling what you call for. I apologize for my previous review to this company. Now my misunderstanding with the fuel call was that unless it's specifically a AAA service truck you do not get a 5 gallon refill to make it more peace of mind on your way to a gas station. At the time, a short time previous to this fuel call I ran out of fuel in the early morning hours working a security patrol in the northern Sacramento valley area and got 5 gallons from a AAA service truck. So for this reason I misunderstood the same service from a tow company. But none the less it doesn't make a reason for a bad review for this business. As we can see all towing companies in Yuba City are working hard to keep people accommodated.

this company left my family and I stranded on the freeway after an accident.
AAA sent Anthony’s towing out. the technician was extremely rude. was on the phone the entire time, didn’t great me or anyone in my party. took two pictures of my truck and told us it was denied / not covered. told me it would be 700-900 dollars. all in under 2 minutes.
i asked him why it wasn’t covered and why is the price so high. he smirked and gave a huge sigh. shrugged his shoulders. said AAA is now out of it and it’s now a private contract to have towed. wanted to charge 3 hours + and he wasn’t here but a few minutes. i told him yes we’d pay it and again asked why it wasn’t covered. I did not refuse service. the technician walked away. jumped in his truck and drove away. again left us stranded dangerously on the freeway.
I called another company. they were 1350! that was significantly more. however the dispatch and technician were pleasant and got us home safely.
ultimately, I am baffled at the customer service, the rudeness, tenacity for someone not to answer a question why my triple AAA service wouldn’t cover the vehicle. Instead of engaging and educating us as the client he gave attitude and left us stranded. I don’t recommend this company. I expect more from a reputable company like AAA & their vendors!!!

11/02/24 10 PM completed a flat tow with Anthony’s towing. Dispatch was super professional and polite. Massive help with confirming my exact location. Nate Scott was my driver. Extremely polite, and professional. Took great care in my ladies old 300ZX and my personal safety. Getting to meet chat, and be rescued tonight was an absolute pleasure. Had a flat on Sunday and AAA dispatched Anthony's Towing. The office staff was quick to respond to verify my information and location and the truck arrived within 20 minutes, much faster than the estimated response time. Casey was very friendly when he arrived and was able to get the apron for me in no time. Friendly, speedy, and great service all around.
AAA sent someone from this company to help us when we were stranded in the rain on the side of the freeway. I wish I had the guys name because he was AMAZING. Got there in 10 minutes and fixed it with us sitting in the car. He even checked the expiration of my spare tire and went the extra mile while it was windy and pouring rain. I highly recommend!
Anthony’s towing was very helpful to tow my truck to the shop for repairs, the dispatch was very kind & the driver called 10 mins before arriving to tow my truck, overall very good experience!

Car wouldn't start after being at the dealership for 2 day, requested roadside assistance with AAA, Richard showed up within 5 minutes tightened 1 bolt and saved us over $600.00 in "repair" from the dealership!
