Fast and professional. Arnold was my guy tonight, and I can't think of one thing he could have done better. It's important to do high quality work, but he also had an excellent attitude and was friendly. My last tow job from a different company a while back was a different story, glad this was a better experience.
Had to call late at night for flat fix after our jackstand broke and my car hit the ground in the middle of the road stranded with our toddler. Not only were they super quick to come help but our service man was incredibly kind, did the job quick and even helped bend back the plastic I broke when it dropped. Thank you will definitely call if I ever need help again!
I had 100 mile trip today from Arnold with easy towing and you did me a very great great thing he's dispatcher was really courteous time and the conversation with this guy on the ride was more than welcome to my wife and myself really easy going considered about the air conditioning the level the music and non-smoker this guy is just spectacular and everything he does 100 miles all the way to Richmond I was on my way backfrom Chico my car ran out of battery I called up easy towing they came right out within moments great experience I suggested for everybody
My car wouldn’t start because it was out of fuel. EZ towing was assigned by progressive. The receptionist that answered my call at EZ towing was very informative when I called to get information on the price of the fuel. She called me and kept me informed on the ETA. The owner of the company took the call himself so I didn’t have to wait long. When I told him my car wouldn’t start he had me crank it up after he was done putting the gas in to make sure it would start. He even put extra fuel in the tank just to make sure I made it to a gas station. He was very friendly and caring. 10/10 service! I highly reccomend!
5/30/25 Called at 7:20 am for a client that had been involved in a collision, 7:30 am truck arrived, driver was fantastic we had the entire move done in 20 min. I did not catch the drivers name but his wife works for Sutter North. Highly recommend E-Z Tow
Arnold help me get in my locked truck key where in the ignition and the battery was dead I had another company come out before I reached out to you guys the man that had came and just didn’t know what he was doing when Arnold came he unlocked it in seconds he was very helpful and kind I give him 5 Stars thank you so much

Called AAA and in only a few minutes I was contacted by the driver who had already made his way into the parking lot and he found me wandering around and I led him to my car. He got to work right away getting in from the driver's window and pushed the unlock button in the center console that didn't work. He then used another tool to operate the interior door handle which he did but it didn't open the door. He then used some tool to somehow grab the buttons on the driver and passenger doors and although he lifted them both the doors didn't unlock. He then tried the rear hatch and somehow grabbed the key, flipped it over, and pushed the unlock button on the key. The first time he did it the key flipped back over and he did it all over again and that time the drivers door unlocked!!
Arnold was amazing!
He was kind and friendly and all but he may be an actual wizard, what he was able to do was incredible. He uses his tools like a master and he was patient and persistent beyond anything I could have expected. I am very fortunate that somehow I got Arnold and I don't believe if someone else showed up I would not be leaving now, not because they aren't good, but it was extremely difficult and took some special skills and expertise.

Chris came out to my residence to help me with a dead battery, although I wasn't able to get the car started due to the battery being completely dead he was still super super nice and gave great service and tried everything he could and I appreciate everything he did
My coworker and I were leaving work the night of 03-26-25; she realized she had a flat, after I followed her to a safer place, she called AAA and they sent this to company out. The driver Chris was absolutely fantastic, he's very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable! If anyone is looking for a tow company, I would highly recommend them and their services...
E-Z Towing is lucky to Shelby as their dispatcher. He was so helpful with everything for me. Very thorough and even called back to let me know it would be sooner than the expected hour AAA quoted me.

Our Driver Shane and the dispatcher Shelby were AMAZING! We had some problems with the way Geico submitted our claim but Shelby took care of it for us without a problem and Shane was so friendly and extremely experienced. They both kept in great communication with us and we were able to get our vehicle towed smoothly home without problems. 100% will be using them again should we ever be in need. Highly recommend them!

I ordered a lockout with AAA. JP responded and was on site before I even received my estimated wait time. He was super quick, friendly, and professional. I was not looking forward to a late night wait. Fortunately for me, it wasn't one. JP made the difference.
Beyond disappointed and I question the competence of some of the employees. My roadside service was scheduled through AAA. When a service truck showed up, they told my husband and I we told that the truck needed to be towed. Because of the heat and the wait time, they put the truck as an Unaccompanied Tow. When the tow driver from EZ Towing showed up, he asked me where I was. I told him it was set up as an unaccompanied tow and where to find the keys. He told me that they don't normally do that and that he would call me back. I never got a call back. About 45 mins to an hour later, my husband called him back to confirm it was picked up. It was and at that time my husband made sure to explain to set the alarm and drop the keys with an envelope provided by the mechanic shop in the drop slot. He FAILED TO SECURE THE TRUCK! He did not make sure it was locked nor set the alarm! In turn, it sat there all weekend unlocked. At some point over the weekend, it was opened and ransacked. They stole a few small things, but our remote for our garage was stolen. So now, I can't use my garage door or else the safety of my family has been put in jeopardy.
When my husband called this morning to speak to EZ Towing about the incident, the man that claimed to be the dispatcher 5am-8pm, said they aren't responsible for anything. He was putting blame the mechanic shop, eventhough they weren't there this weekend and he claimed he was 99% sure that the driver had locked it. There was no, "We will look into it." Nothing. He just wanted to argue with my husband about the whole situation and put blame onto everyone else instead of taking responsibility for the lack of competence from their employees.
Towing my motorcycle via AAA, the gentleman (Ronnie if not mistaken) was knowledgeable and took the time to secure my bike right, got me home safe and sound, very pleased with the service regardless of the circumstances.
