Long wait for them to come but it is worth it, hopefully they get more trucks and drivers soon because they're my preferred tow company. They're always great. I hit a pothole today and my tire was shredded; Chris came out as soon as he could and gave me excellent service. He let me know I can get reimbursed the state for the damage done by the pothole, which was good advice I didn't know. He gave me a ride to the mechanics and was very nice.
Had my car towed this afternoon after an accident on the highway with my children in the vehicle .. I was a little shook up after everything had settled down .. the driver Arnold was very polite and gave reassurance that I handle things to the best of my ability and things just happen sometimes..he kept good conversation which helped me to calm down a little I appreciate the encouraging words and help I received today thanks again
I was stranded in Arbukle, CA. Only had 100 miles on AAA, so I called from gas station. Was advised it would be an hour - i get it, rain, holiday wk, etc.. More than 2 hrs later, I was called & advised driver was still on a call & it might be 3 more hours!! Much too late to try to get a reasonably priced hotel for the night. I called back to explore my current options. Next thing I know, a driver had agreed to do pickup. It was going to be 1:56 - but still better than 3 hours! (Forgot to mention i was working the next day) AAA gave me the wrong company name, but I was able to track truck movements with my phone. Christopher arrived exactly as stated. It only took him a few mins to hook/load up my car & we were on the road home. His truck was nice & warm. He was very pleasant & very familiar with San Ramon area. His company is EZ Tow, Inc out of Yuba City. I would absolutely reach out to them if I was in a jam again!
Arnold is very on time and quick to help me find the issue. Hes very efficient when helping me and quite kind when we got our car on the back of the truck. 10/10 would recommend.

I was stuck on the side of the road and decided to call EZ towing. they answered quick and the tow operator got to me quick and was very respectful and quick. I would highly recommend this company. Great service. I just got off work, heading home, got a flat tire over the bridge into Yuba City. The tow driver was there in 10 minutes, had me back on the road with my spare. I was truly grateful to be on the road within 20 minutes.

I highly recommend EZ towing. Very efficient. They handled me & my car with care during a stressful couple of days with being broke down & needed tows. Chris was wonderful after Anthony's towing dropped the ball. Dave arrived to pick up my car and tow to the shop!! Kind, courteous & knowledgeable.
Fast and professional. Arnold was my guy tonight, and I can't think of one thing he could have done better. It's important to do high quality work, but he also had an excellent attitude and was friendly. My last tow job from a different company a while back was a different story, glad this was a better experience.
Had to call late at night for flat fix after our jackstand broke and my car hit the ground in the middle of the road stranded with our toddler. Not only were they super quick to come help but our service man was incredibly kind, did the job quick and even helped bend back the plastic I broke when it dropped. Thank you will definitely call if I ever need help again!
Great show. Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan... Perfect. Back to my car and closed the rear hatch with the key on the soft cargo cover. Called AAA and in only a few minutes I was contacted by the driver who had already made his way into the parking lot and he found me wandering around and I led him to my car. He got to work right away getting in from the driver's window and pushed the unlock button in the center console that didn't work. He then used another tool to operate the interior door handle which he did but it didn't open the door. He then used some tool to somehow grab the buttons on the driver and passenger doors and although he lifted them both the doors didn't unlock. He then tried the rear hatch and somehow grabbed the key, flipped it over, and pushed the unlock button on the key. The first time he did it the key flipped back over and he did it all over again and that time the drivers door unlocked!! Arnold was amazing! He was kind and friendly and all but he may be an actual wizard, what he was able to do was incredible. He uses his tools like a master and he was patient and persistent beyond anything I could have expected. I am very fortunate that somehow I got Arnold and I don't believe if someone else showed up I would not be leaving now, not because they aren't good, but it was extremely difficult and took some special skills and expertise. Thanks Arnold, I really appreciate you
Beyond disappointed and I question the competence of some of the employees. My roadside service was scheduled through AAA. When a service truck showed up, they told my husband and I we told that the truck needed to be towed. Because of the heat and the wait time, they put the truck as an Unaccompanied Tow. When the tow driver from EZ Towing showed up, he asked me where I was. I told him it was set up as an unaccompanied tow and where to find the keys. He told me that they don't normally do that and that he would call me back. I never got a call back. About 45 mins to an hour later, my husband called him back to confirm it was picked up. It was and at that time my husband made sure to explain to set the alarm and drop the keys with an envelope provided by the mechanic shop in the drop slot. He FAILED TO SECURE THE TRUCK! He did not make sure it was locked nor set the alarm! In turn, it sat there all weekend unlocked. At some point over the weekend, it was opened and ransacked. They stole a few small things, but our remote for our garage was stolen. So now, I can't use my garage door or else the safety of my family has been put in jeopardy. When my husband called this morning to speak to EZ Towing about the incident, the man that claimed to be the dispatcher 5am-8pm, said they aren't responsible for anything. He was putting blame the mechanic shop, eventhough they weren't there this weekend and he claimed he was 99% sure that the driver had locked it. There was no, "We will look into it." Nothing. He just wanted to argue with my husband about the whole situation and put blame onto everyone else instead of taking responsibility for the lack of competence from their employees.
