((2025 update: show up before 3pm for good service It's still a great place to drop off recycling. Keep an eye on those weights, tho.)) I have been going here 3 years now about 3 times/year. I never had any issues other than one time I felt I should have gotten a little more than I did,other than that great place to return recycling.
Got off work early to recycle, when I showed up to the recycle center at 4:22pm only one other person was their and they waved me away causethey were closing, not sure if they make up their hours each day but the site says 8 to 5 on monday, this has happened a couple different times for me
Stop vandalizing my house by taping your fliers to it. If you don't want to pay postage, at least slip them under the door so they aren't damaging anything.
Multiple times ive noticed that im not being paid the correct mobey for the weight in bring in so i started paying more attention and writing my weight down and what i was paid vs the going rate (according to them) im being taken for an average of 20$ every time my husband or i go My husband went in the day before yesterday and they claimed to be "out of money" so they were closing early. My husband literally had 10 bags of crushed cans and the manager and employee told him he could leave them there nothing would happen to them
They are the only recycling center to open on Sunday from 9 am to 2 45 pm jb recycling in the Sinclair gas station parking lot in north yuba city california 95991 in Sutter County california in the yuba Sutter counties area in the southern sacramento Valley in the Sacramento Valley in Northern california.
The worker there turned me away at 240, saying they were closed on a Sunday when their business hours say 3 o'clock. I already had all my recyclables separated as well. But it was two bags. There was two people sorting their items.
The star should be negative they rip everyone off he will not tare the scale he skims off the homeless and if you call him out on it he will refuse you service do not go ther unless you like getting ripped off I know it's only cans and bottles but it cost 0 to be an honest person and the guy who runs that place is far from it
Sort out bottles and cans at home and put into trash bins when you get there to be weighed. Got $48 for 3/12 cans and 4 plastic bottles cans. Very helpful worker even help me push the bins to be weigh from my car. Definitely will be back!
I went here a few days ago because the place I usually go to had closed already but this place was open until 5:30 or so which was nice because most recycling centers close fairly early. Due to the fact that this place has very helpful & friendly workers, stays open later than other recycle centers, and has a super quick and easy process thanks to the efficiency of the workers, I'll most definitely be coming back here sometime in the future.
My first and only experience recycling at JB Recycling I brought in $56.86 in bottles and cans. They handed me the money without a receipt and didn't pay me the 86 cents. Didn't realize until I drove off. If it was because of the "coin shortage", they could have mentioned that to me and said if I had the 14 cents, they could give me the full dollar.. back. I won't go back. I like a receipt showing the breakdown of the price per pound for my cans and my water bottles.

I have found them to be very helpful, they keep things moving right along, they're polite. And they're not blocking the scale read out. They conduct themselves in a fair and professional manner. I do recommend them.
Dont go in with large quantities. I weighed it before i went in. They didnt right the weight down and they made sure i couldn't see the scale. I know how much i had and they got me for about $30

For a recycling place, y'all leave a lot of trash at people's homes. Put those flyers to rest already. Because of your "marketing", I will now actively avoid giving you business and steer others away.
Friendly people, they work fast and efficiently and they pay you in full!. I don't know what else you could ask for but if there is something they'll be more than happy to accommodate you. Hence the five star rating.
This is a scam! Please don’t use them. My husband called the number on the flyer twice and both times we were told “we are near your street” and as of 8:00pm they were still “near our street” and to pay them $40 (which BTW, furniture was no cost on their flyer). The next time I see their flyers on our street I will follow the man who is putting them up and I will tear them down. Stay away from Cambria Way in Santa Rosa scammer!
These guys left a flyer on my gate about being in my neighborhood on Monday, 11/2. I followed the instructions and left an old BBQ out front with the form filled out and a check for $20. Nobody showed up.
This team of guys are honest and hard workers. I support my local businesses specially when they are helping our community as these guys do.
It's always very clean, doesn't smell and not full of flies and bees as many other places are in Yuba City.
The guys are very helpful and friendly and go above and beyond there job assisting you in anyway possible.
So the next time you have something to recycle, try here, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I've been a Google guide for over 8 yrs now and this is rated #1 in my guide.
A place of business has business hours to for a reason and as anyone would I expect them to be open during those business hours. However, I seems as if this place doesn't see a need to obied by those hours as I pulled up today 20 minutes before 5pm on a Wednesday to cash in my recyclables for gas money until payday. I pulled up stepped out of m vehicle and everything had already been closed up and the young kid who I believe is deaf says "we're closed" then closes the doors on the container. I see that as him being very rude and unprofessional. So from now on I will go out of my way to go to a different recycling place. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this employee which now has made me disappointed with this business.
It was really easy to find and there were two families in front of me. They were taken care of asap! . I was a bit surprised how much I got for my plastic bottles and the person in charge was kind and courteous!. Gas Station and store was stocked @ fair prices and a (really clean) do it yourself Car Wash directly across the Street! ... It was the best of all one could ask for and very easy to find, close to freeways and more...

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! The guy must of thought I was stupid or something. He tried to rip me off! Had almost 4 containers of plastic and 1 and a half cans and tried to give me 19 bucks! I was no like no way! He fiddled around and gave me another 12 bucks and even that I don't think was right! Do not take your recycling there, there crooks!
This guy ripped me off! I pre weight my load to know I'm not over the limit. He only paid me for 70 out of 95 pounds! I know there are variations in scales but no way I could believe that 25 lbs dif. No way! And he kept tossing cans aside saying that they were unreadable. Now who is reading the cans? The drunk helping him idk? Then after I clean up he has his guys clean up all those cans(my cans) and guess were he puts them in his aluminum. But he cant pay me for them?
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! We called, they said be here by 4:30, we showed up at 4:26 (having driven from Biggs Ca) and they refused us. Then sat back and gave us dirty looks and spoke in Spanish towards us as we were saying we were here before the time you told us! I will never use this place and recommend you don’t either.
Normally we have a great experience. Today we get the JB at 4:30 when the internet says they close at 5pm. Dude walks out to our car and says we're closed... we have to clean up. Maybe your business hours shouldn't say until 5pm!!!!
