Scrap Monkey Junk Removal came out to our house and completed a dryer vent inspection. They showed us the pictures and looking I thought the vents was clogged, by Ben being very honest, said our vents were not bad enough to require cleaning at this time. Very good customer service and an honest company. I will use them again and refer them to friends.
Very happy with the service. I trimmed some tree branches and tore down and old fence in my backyard. I made an appointment online to have them come haul it away for me. The day of my appointment, they communicated when they be on the way and provided a picture of who would be arriving. Which I appreciate for safety. Ben showed up timely and was friendly. He provided a reasonable quote for the job and completed it timely. While he was here, I mentioned I’d be tearing down the large pergola in my backyard soon and asked for an estimate on how much to haul away. He provided an estimate and I said I’d make an appointment. I made another appointment and he came out again providing the same great customer service.
Ben the owner is very knowledgeable on cleaning solar panels very awesome and his crew cleaned up my yard getting rid of all the junk very ready to help and did a beautiful job highly recommend this company will use again Prices are reasonable for everything they do. Also ask about package deals solar roof drive way packages.

I contacted Scrap Monkey because it is veteran owned and operated and eco-friendly, and I’m so glad I did. It was easy to make an appointment to have a couple of old appliances picked up, and the two gentlemen who arrived (on schedule) were great: courteous, professional, and efficient. The price was reasonable, as well. I highly recommend this company.
They were fast! My pile of metal and was HUGE and the 3 guys had the first load in and off to the dump before I knew it. They finished faster than expected and you can't tell the pile was even there. It was well worth the cost as it would have taked us several weekends to do what they did in just a few hours.

They came and gave me an estimate, showed up at the scheduled time, loaded the trailer with all the junk, and away they drove. I did not lift a finger to do anything. Love it and was extremely happy with their services. Will use again if needed. Well worth the money for their work. Happy customer here. They are very polite too!!!! BTW, they also unhooked the gas from the stove and made sure it was not leaking as they took the stove and refrigerator.

I needed waste removed after some demolition work. I was originally going to rent a dumpster from the city, but the rental fee alone (not including dumping fees) almost matched the estimate from Scrap Monkey for a complete job. I'm really happy I went with these folks, they arrived on time and got the job done fast, all for a price that I still kind of can't believe. Definitely calling them again for future projects.

Fantastic service! I moved recently and ended up with the inevitable post-move trash; empty boxes that were worn out, a broken vacuum, a heavy old utility stand, and just general junk. I did a random google search and found this company. Very shortly after calling and leaving a message, I got a call back to discuss what needed to be hauled away and to review an estimate. We set a time for the next day; I received a reminder text the evening prior. These gentlemen sent a text saying they were on their way and showed up promptly at the prearranged time. Very courteous and pleasant!!! They had everything loaded very quickly and the price was reasonable. I’m very happy with the service I was provided and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to friends. Way to go, Scrap Monkey!

I would definitely use and plan to use Ben again. They were on time and efficient. He was upfront about pricing. It was worth every penny to have such a giant mess taken are of in just over an hour. I was shocked at how much he was able to get in one haul, they broke down everything so it would fit in one haul as promised. He easily could have milked two loads out of the job and doubled his money but instead they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
