It was my a very bad experience dealing with mary ,she is very unprofessional person as a business owner I personally won't recommend this place. Please don't make any payments or deposit online or person and ask for the rules. They give me a wrong transmission 3 time and also they refuse to give me my deposits for the core, it was a very bad experience just be careful
The lady at desk said they had the transsmision i needed and assured me it was coming of same car just to get there and say they didnt have it go check out montalvos dismantlers in merced ca they have reasonable prices and better warranty and they dont lie this place is desperate to make a sell
Called in asking for a specific transmission. I let them know ahead of time this transmission is hard to find . I came from 2 hours away just to be told they have the wrong transmission. Waste of time . Would give it 0 stars if possible
Called 40 min before going for 2 small parts , paid a deposit over the phone , got there had to wait 1hr for them to pull the part ,customer service is fair and pricing isn’t as cheap either like other yards
Excellent customer service very friendly definitely will keep buying here they have great service person that answers the phone calls very polite and friendly will help what you need I bought parts from them they were as described.thank you guys
Very bad attitude owner. Drove 2 hours to get a part. I asked him if he could pull it out for me in the morning and he had said okay. I arrived at the store, everyone acts like you’re invisible for about 30 min. I asked about the part. Dude said come back another day he doesn’t want to waste his time. You’ll know it’s him. Mexican dude, thinks he’s macho, real fake personality and bad attitude. Can’t miss him. I recommend going to any yard in Stockton or Sacramento. The only positive thing I can say to not be biased is that the prices are the cheapest. But they’re the cheapest for a reason… you know it’s a bad business when they say no refunds. Only store credit. If my word isn’t enough go see for yourself, Goodluck! If you ever have a bad experience like myself, don’t be afraid to leave a bad review too. It helps to let other people know to deter them away from this junkyard
Guy sold me wrong engine! Returned it he gave me another bad engine! Asked for my money guy said he couldn't refund but just give me store credit of 1500.00.! He does not have a license to sell used parts beware!
I had a large box truck breakdown in Modesto. The headache and hassle of dealing with this broken down truck and purchasing a new one was taken away when Express Auto Dismantler retrieved the broken down truck at a local auto repair shop. He handled moving heavy equipment from our broken down truck, and placed those items in the new truck for us. Alfonso went above and beyond in helping us especially since we live in KY and we're not there to see this project through. I hope you will do business here because they'll take care of you!
