I TRIED USING Metro Tow to tow my engine damaged Kia from a Shop in Modesto to Valley Kia. Originally scheduled my tow for 7am which they said they could do. I had an appointment for 8am at the Kia dealership.
Later I received a call from then saying they couldn't meet the scheduled pick up and had to push it back an hour or so.
8am on pickup day I called then and they said it was rescheduled to 9am but would send a truck asap. At 9:20am I got a text saying they couldn't even complete my tow at all today.
Would not recommend them. Use someone more reliable. Currently typing this as I waste more of my time waiting for a different company to tow my car.

I’m glad I’m made the decision to call Metro Towing out of Tracy Ca to come tow my Electric Generator out of Modesto Ca to San Jose. My drivers truck broke down as he was leaving the lot and I need to get this generator to San Jose by 2pm and luckily I was able to with the help of Rishad from Metro Towing. He arrived on scene within 30 minutes of calling. He hooked up and worked very swiftly.

I had a blown tire and was given a long estimated time of arrive for first driver due to traffic. Pedro (driver) was closer and picked up my incident and got me back on the road quickly once he arrived. He was kind and professional.

I really liked this towing company. The tow came on time within the hour that was promised. I have GEICO and previously had a bike towed from another company in where they were late from their estimate by three hours. I was asked, when I called, whether I would be paying by cash or card. I answered "card" and price quoted was $135; however, when it came time to pay, they wanted to add nearly $5 to cover card processing fee. Should have been up front about that.

Locked my key in my car and they were very quick to respond. I've had to use other services before because sadly it's not the first and won't be the last time I lock my keys in my car but within the Modesto area I will definitely use them again. Price was reasonable as well as I've been charged close to $200 with other companies (I've done this at least 6 times). Loved that I could call and pay over the phone while the gentleman was unlocking my car as it made everything just a bit quicker.

My motorcycle died on the freeway near Tracy, I called GEICO and got passed through to metro towing, they did a great job contacting a driver Nasir. Nasir gave me a call seconds later and kindly asked what my location was in which he arrived shortly after. He presented himself kindly and loaded up my motorcycle within minutes and got my home safe to Modesto. Thanks again Nasir you are a great driver.
Hamid was a very helpful and easy to communicate with thru the whole process. I wasn’t present at the time of the tow so he was able to get my truck without me being there. I didn’t have to do anything but tell him where to deliver it. It was great! Highly recommend
Metro saved the day! We needed our 28ft RV towed from Turlock and Rashed from Metro was the best. He took care of our rig, got us to a shop safe, and even followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about Metro and especially Rashed!

The driver arrived very promptly at the pick up spot and got to the drop off point well before I did. He had unloaded the car and was waiting for me when I arrived at the drop off location. he was very polite very knowledgeable of his job price was a little higher than other places but I certainly was happy with the service thank you guys so much.

06/23/2019 I needed a tow, I received a text/call from the dispatcher and told me when Alex my driver would Arrive. Alex came from Modesto and he was on time, he hooked my car up quick and we got on the road. He was a good dude, nice and polite and had great conversation on the drive. I recommend this company especially if all there employees are like Alex.
Alex from Metro Tow arrived 30 minutes after I called for assistance. He was very professional, courteous and, best of all, took the time to insure my 1970 Corvette was loaded and transporter with great care. Their tow truck was clean and in immaculate condition consistent with my overall impression of the company as a whole. Alex shared with me in our conversation several times that “he loved his job.” It was a pleasant experience in a difficult moment. I highly recommend them.
ALEX came and rescued me and my two daughters from the side of the road yesterday. His customer service was absolutely top-notch! His truck was spotless his language was highly professional he was quick, kind and extraordinarily helpful. I was embarrassed because I had zero cash on me at the time and was unable to give him a tip the way that I wanted to so this is the best alternative that I have to that. When you find yourself on the side of the road sitting in the hot sun with one of your children seven and a half months pregnant with twins having Alex show up with his bright smile and kind words was honestly a life-saving moment! He wasted 0 time getting my vehicle onto his truck safely and he delivered us-2 my mechanic within minutes of showing up on site. As a company I highly suggest that you keep him around because he is ambitious, professional and and incredible worker. In addition to Metro amazing service I have to let you know that my insurance company had to call several different providers to come and get me and they all refused because of the fact that there was an event going on downtown. This event had zero effect on the area that I was stranded in however the other companies made lots of excuses as to why they couldn't come. I appreciate metros willingness to come when nobody else would

They came out in the middle of the night (12:30 - 1:30 am) in under an hour, drove over 40 miles and then left my vehicle with great precision in my little driveway. Alex, the driver that night, was friendly and courteous throughout the entire trip. Thank you so much for taking a bad experience and turning it into one that made me feel a lot better. We had an unfortunate event happen 50 miles away from home and we contacted them and we had Alex pick up the car and my husband.
