I called Myers towing company from a Google search. I didn’t know anything them. They came up with a plan over the phone with me to help me with my situation. My driver communicated with me on ETA periodically and what I loved is that I could text him a picture of the vehicle and where it was located. That gave me peace of mind to know that a tow truck wasn’t gonna show up and then not be able to move the vehicle like other prior company had done to me.
Yes, they towed my vehicle, but more importantly, he also moved a vehicle that was already broken down in my driveway over to make sure that the other one could fit and my vehicle that still works all in my driveway. He made space in my driveway to make sure that it made sense. He spent so much time On this to make sure that it was done correctly. I 100% recommend this towing company as this was not my first tow in my whole life and they did the best service I’ve ever had.
Locked myself out of my car last night about 9pm. After calling two locksmiths, my dad suggested I try Myers towing. They quoted me a better deal than the locksmiths and were out within 20 minutes. Very grateful and extremely satisfied!! I’ve used Myers for previous tows and will continue using them for future services
Very shady company. Bought a cars from an auction which were advertised as running. One of the cars cut out and the bumper fell off before I left the lot, I was given a refund for that car. The other car I purchased completely broke down about 2 miles away from me driving it home. After calling to tell them this problem I was told to wait until Monday but after that my calls were ignored and I was given the run around for about 2 weeks then I was told it was nothing they could do. Don’t do business with these money hungry people
Came through around midnight to extract a semi diesel tractor that got a tire stuck in the mud. Billy was quick, efficient and professional. Got the job done in 15 min. Best and cheapest. They don't try to charge you a minimum of two hours like everyone else. Thank you Billy.
Liars and frauds. The lady who u speak to I’m the phone I believe she’s the owner, will lie to you and tell u her employees were sick and they couldn’t open the tow gate for a car we purchased from an auction. She said she would come herself and never came. We called her the Friday before and the morning of to let them know we were coming they told us they would be ready we arrived 11:30am they kept saying give them 30 mins finally at 3:30 we called once again this time she said she isn’t coming to open the office. We waited four hours in the hot sun, no food no water no bathroom. Four other people as well. Made a trip out from San José. We need our money back. Terrible customer service terrible experience.
I came back to my car saying service suspension the moment it was turned on in the tow yard. The front desk female is beyond rude and uneducated. They refuse to give her insurance info for a DOT-required truck to take a claim, she's breaking the law by acting as if she's the insurance agent and withholding insurance. Their insurance isn't even posted on SAFER which is required by a insurance dot-covered vehicles. I'm dropping a SR-1 form at the DMV tomorrow and reporting the claim to them. Stupid customer service gets stupid games in return. Stay away from this place. Enjoy 80,000 people seeing this within the week.
Use other tow shops in the area for heavy duty tows. They price gauge by charging 62% higher then all other companies in the area. called 3 other tow shops in the re they start at $225-$275. Myers tow charges $400 an hour.
It's just a company that will not help you when you really need careful I'm I'm talkin about Towing in Turlock all the same company or or not PD had the recovered the vehicle after three three to six months I'm being stolen stop. just to get it out after they wanted to charge an arm and it wouldn't even work with me they put a lien 2 Days Later
Very friendly staff. Older gentleman named Alex gave me three free bags of lemons. Made retrieving personal affects from a totalled car a little less devastating. All personal interactions count in a time of crisis. I would choose Myer's Towing in the future, although I hope I don't have to.
Very shady company.. after having my car towed due to an accident through no fault of my own they made it extremely difficult for me to retrieve my belongings. I was in traction and they refused to allow my family member to get my belongings. I had to go there in traction... ridiculous! Also refused to allow my insurance to pick up the car or observe it. Don't recommend ... something shady going on here.
Left me stranded for 3 hours, after saying they'd be there in 40 minutes. Called back 2 more times with 2 more "arrival" times. Never showed and I had to call another company.Unprofessional and uncaring to say the least. Don't let them leave you stranded like I was.
Was referred to this place through State Farm as they are my insurance carrier. It was going to take them three hours to get to me which is fine I understand this isn’t their fault but when I called to get more information about my tow service the girl who took the call Immediately was very rude and short wouldn’t even let me finish speaking before she would place me on hold (15 minutes the first time 11 minutes the second time the third time I only waited 2) I would have to call back to speak to her and would specifically ask her not to place me on hold wouldn’t even let me finish speaking before she would put me on hold again. I called a total of four times in combination was on the phone with her for a whole hour if it wasn’t for how desperate I was I would have stop calling the first time. I didn’t end up using the service went with a different tow service would not recommend this place to anybody!!!!
I had owed the 50$ but a small young gentleman I believe owned it. Told me that for a good review he would put knee pads on and make the rest of my evening great.. best place ever. Never been somewhere greater. I will most definitely leave more reviews
Very helpful and when i called at 9:20 pm to get my car out .... They were on it the guy was there on time to open the gate and even waited why i went to the bank to get the money .... Thanks guys

Cheaper than most places...I live in Waterford Ca..and WATERFORS TOW quoted me $210. MYERS TOW half that price..from Waterford to Modesto...best deal in the County
The people who run this place are VERY exasperating.
Manager completely ignored client concerns and handled the situation unprofessionally. she deliberately pointed her finger at me and said “I don’t care about your problems”. Would recommend full reconstruction on customer satisfaction! REGARDLESS of the outcome!
I called for a AAA tow and they were assigned to my tow. After them not showing for the tow I called and asked for an ETA. The unfriendly male that notified me that “AAA didn’t pay me for the last heavy truck tow and I don’t work for free and I’m not coming.” I get it, I don’t work for free either. But deal with AAA on your own terms, not while your customer is waiting 3+ for a tow. Either you guys don’t value your contract with AAA or this was a fluke.
The manager is great. He helped me with my husbands truck himself cause he disnt want me to have to wait a long time since his guys were already dispatched. And I've called these guys like twice for locking my keys in my car in the passed. Great service.

Wish I could pick ZERO . a few months back I got my aunts car impounded. The car was not in her name yet or anything all she had was a bill of sale and the pink slip and they allowed us to get our belongings out of the car. THEN SAME EXACT KIND OF SITUATION THAT HAD HAPPENED WITH MY AUNT AND I was in the office yesterday with my bill of sale. Pink slip and partial DMV transfer paperwork in my name, and even the lien notice from THEIR lien company that says right on it that I'm the registered owner ... and i was told no I cannot have anything out of my car because I am not the complete registered owner of the car!! Was told to leave or the lady was going to charge me for being in her office at 5:01pm. The lady was extremely rude to me. For reason I dont understand. I CANNOT AFFORD 331$ to DMV for a car I dont have & I'm not gonna have cuz these guys said there is a hold on it, there was only a 24hr hold on it .. And now the storage & fees are close to 2000$! All I wanted was MY personal property, my clothes, my purse with dl in it. etc... This is a ridiculous mess! the staff was very rude to me and uncooperative 100%. why is it that my aunt was able to get property with no dmv papers at all with her name and I'm told no and to leave???
Decent and competent staff, dealt only with office, however. My car was stolen and I came here to recover it, I was in and out fairly quickly with no trouble. Pricing was as expected.
I suggest to all the people that need a tow that go with somebody else this is not a good company they were supposed to tow my motorcycle got all the way here and then said they had to go on a CHP call after I've been waiting for quite some time hopefully this doesn't happen to you but I know if you use different company it shouldn't
I waited four hours today for a tow truck that never came. I called twice (once and hour after the estimate I was given for arrival, and once an hour after that) to be told both times that the truck would "be there in less than twenty minutes." When I cancelled, I said "I've called twice for a tow at *address*. I'd like to cancel that," and the woman hung up on me.
Being a roadside assistance representative, this company quoted my customer a thirty minute ETA. After being patient, my customer called in to check what was going and I discovered that they called in to cancel the service and the customer was NEVER notified or made aware he was waiting for a service provider who was not even coming. I then attempted to call the company to see what was going on with them directly and why they cancelled but they cut me off and told me they had no trucks available before hanging up on me abruptly. I would definitely not recommend this service provider, not very professional and they left my customer stranded. I re dispatched the service to Andersons Towing who were very helpful and polite, located within Ceres.
