Straight up SCAM DON'T EVEN BOTHER SHOPPING HERE!!! We purchased a motor they said was tested and guaranteed a 90 day warranty but they sent the engine to us over two months after the purchase to offset their warranty. Installed the motor and BOOM, smoke out the exhaust, defective unit from the start. They kept saying they will send someone to pick up the motor and never did to further offset their warranty period- so we drove 2 hours down to return the motor to them. They took the motor then claimed 2/3 heat tabs were removed meaning it overheated so they weren't going to cover anything. IT NEVER EVEN RAN CORRECTLY AFTER INSTALLATION. Nothing but crooks, dishonest guys, and money grabbing thugs. Filed the dispute already with my Bank I'll never do business with them again.

Today I was on my way to Stockton when my tire blew up. My car was smoking but my check engine light was not on. I had the oil changed last week so it cldnt be oil. The ground was shaking and felt like an earthquake. very nervous. I couldn't make it to the side of the road so I made it to a safe zone. still on the freeway but in-between the center the divides the freeway. hundreds of cars past me by while I was standing outside my car. Everyone stared but noone stooped. I called my insurance nutbof course i was caller 1000. At least it felt like it (lol) as soon as they answered this guy named Larry stopped and told me he saw me and decided to come back because he feared if he didn't no one wld come and sun would be going down soon. He smiled and said " I don't know what's wrong with our country not helping others. I was very happy to see him but also very nervous because I was all alone. He sensed my nervousness and treated me like a niece. Very professional. Told me to be careful and stand back so I'm not hit by a car. He was so nice that he even made sure to not get any dirt on the back if my trunk seat as he was getting out my spare tire. You don't see this breed of kindness anymore. To top it all off. He did all the work to put the spare tire on and then realized it was very low. 'See attached photo" He told me he had to remove the donut tire off because he said it would be unsafe to drive back to elk grove with the tire so low. He told me we cld ride together . Being the nervous girl I am ..I was hesitant to get in the car with him. He then told me to stay in my car and to be safe, he gave me his Driver's License and business card and told me he would take my tire to get air and bring it back. He said the id was to make me feel safer. I thanked God for watching over me. He came back put the tire on and didn't ask for anything in return. He said God bless me. I returned his ID but kept his card. I wanted to come here and write a review because ill never go to the shop because i dont live anywhere near the shop. Larry was a pleasure to be around. Simply kindhearted. He too had a donut tire but made mine priority. I was afraid i wld be stuck in Stockton for our waiting on roadside assiistance. This guy can be trusted to do the right thing. He told me he injured his eye working on a car which hindered his eye but yet he made sure i was safer than he was while working on the Car with flying cars not paying attention to stopped vehicles. PLEASE BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! the warranty means nothing and they do not CARE about their customers. Paid $2500 for a motor that did not work and have only got run arounds from staff. Will have to settle in court. if you need help claiming a suit remember you have 2 yrs no matter what their contract says. google small claims court.

Had a $215 store credit, no date on invoice that they fill out. Came to get a $30 parts and they would not accept my credit due to no date on the invoice that they fill out. These people are know for this kind of customer service. Wish I would of done some resurch before coming here.

Awful experience. Called ahead for a price check on a window regulator. Was told he had one in stock for 50 dollars. Great. I drove down and when I arrived I was charged 80 dollars and told to come back in an hour. Two hours later I called to see if the part was ready. It was not and I was told to come down at 4:30 for pick-up. So 4 hours after my initial visit I showed up to pick up my part and when I arrived I was told they do not have the part at all. I was given a full refund but the whole ordeal took over 5 hours for nothing. Wasting my whole day. This place is very unprofessional. I would look elsewhere before trying your luck here.

Great Experience. I was having a hard time finding parts for my VW Jetta Will and Maria were awesome! Informing me on what parts were available. They even had the parts in the matching color of my car. Sam was very fair on price. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of car parts.

If I could give a zero star review I would. There is not enough space to type out my complaints of this business. During my cross-country trip, this business alone cost me hundreds of dollars in overnight hotel expenses, ubers, etc. by stringing me out for nearly a week. After paying for "overnight shipping" my part still had not arrived after four days. It never arrived. On my fourth day of calling to locate my part I was told that they "were not going to do business with me. Did not want to deal with it." I was also told two days earlier that "everyone here has been lying to you and the part has not left the shelf." Again, I do not have the ability to write out how disappointed and frustrated I was with this business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Even the Sacramento area repair shops will no longer do business with them! A refund was given with no explanation or apologies of their bad business practice.

Just called to try to get help unloading some vehicles, asked me how much I would want for them and when I tried discussing what their lowest offer might be they hung up on me. Very disappointed in the customer service and still at a loss for how much these vehicles are worth. I would have pretty much given the vehicles away but they wouldn’t even talk to me about it. Don’t understand why they offer to buy cars but don’t want to talk about what they could offer you…

I called and was helped by Sam, who happens to be the owner. Sam was very interested in meeting my expectations. Sam and his staff not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The part I was looking for was unfortunately not at his primary yard, but because he is very knowledgeable on his stock and inventory, Sam recalled that his other yard had the part I need. Sam made sure I had not only the part but it was to the quality I wanted. Highly recommend this yard and Sam.

Truly the most awful experience I have ever had with a supplier Sold me a seized engine and refused to refund me, took them to small claims court and they no-showed me, then still refused to take the engine back and refund me. Wasn't until I got the local DA investigators involved that they complied. Even then they made me deliver it back to them from the central coast and laughed at my driver when he got their.

Horrible establishment. The man I talked to to get my rear end I needed was amazing. He got me all squared away. But they told me my rear end would be delivered late afternoon on Thursday 6-10-2021 but it was not. Instead that Friday 6-11-2021 at 330 the driver calls me thats supposed to deliver it cane unprepared as I set up someone being there that Thursday dude comes Friday with only himself and starts blaming me for him not being able to take my rear end off his truck when they told me when I called again it would be there before 1 pm so once again had someone there and never showed so 330 came around when my mechanic had some things to go do all of a sudden wanna show up and they never even said someone needed to be there to help them unload so the driver begins yelling at me when I said that's not my fault that you guys didn't deliver when you said you would thats twice now. Poor customer service and the driver hung up on me which isn't something you want to do so I called there shop and talked to a gentleman and he said he's going to send help out there which was good but that driver began to tell me it's getting close to 5 which is the time they close. Once again how is that my problem?

Called three times, first time asking for pics of parts and the other two to remind them 3 days later to send them. Excuse after excuse on why they didn’t do it, and they still didn’t send the right pictures I asked for. Guy told me $400 initially for a door and then tried to get me for $600. People here don’t know how to run a business. You know it’s bad when people are on the internet calling these guys drug addicts. I took my business elsewhere.

This place is a joke. Do not go here. All of the workers are drug addicts and change the price of there parts to try to get more money from you. I called this morning and they told me 400 for a part and I sent my husband to go pick it up and they upped the price to 500. I called to confirm this and the male I spoke to was completely rude said he was the manager and sorry the price is now 500 and that they will not take lower even though he acknowledged that I was quoted 400. Ridiculous that this place has business with running things this way.

This guy is a piece of ****. Told me 200 for a bumper, I told him 200 flat because I would be driving from Stockton and he said that was fine. I get here the same day and then he raises the price to 350. He tells me to look at the bumper it's in great condition but it has paint chips and scratches. Don't give this guy your money please.

Then after 2weeks wanted to give me credit towards something else not my cash back... If a neg rating was possible I'd give a neg 5 stars... Anywhere is better then here for parts... I finally got my cash back over a month later. So so bad

Horrible experience with this business!!! Took 4 and a half months to finally get a transmission rebuilt for my Challenger, had it installed 3 times after being sent back and forth with an issue every time after being installed by a local professional shop. Worst part is they didn't compensate anything reasonable for having the trans installed by a shop 3 damn times...and was clearly their fault. Sam was extremely rude and pushy on the phone which was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Bruce, the person who did the rebuild, one the other hand was very respectful and understanding of the situation. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this place!!! You are better off paying someone else more money because you will spend more than agreed on due to their errors.

Run away from these guys. Straight crooks. Take your money and gave me the wrong engine after a month. Took another month to send me the right one and it ended up having bad compression. Returned it and they’re saying it overheated when it never ran for over 15 minutes and never had leaks. Think twice and you all have been warned.

They had a car listed on craigslist they were parting out and when I first called to verify they had the part still they quoted me at 75$, OK cool, I'll go the next day to pick up. Call the next day in the morning and someone else answered and quoted me at 250$. I'm thinking OK I'm still saving over 100$ over stealership prices so I'll still go pick up, drive about an hour just to go on a wild goose hunt for the car between their 3 lots. Finally find the car just to find out ITS A CUSTOMER'S CAR they had posted for part out! Complete waste of time and made me late for class... Terrible business.

Sam was terrific to work with. He always returned my calls and worked with me every step of the way. One part was delivered damaged and Sam even helped me with the shipping company. Ordered a radio off of eBay from this “business” using this term very loosely. When it arrived it was dirty. The folks over here also do not uphold their return guarantee so make sure it’s clean.. would not order from online from them... also dishonest on their star rating on the website... check it for yourself .. not honest about something silly like that what else would they lie about?
