I’m not suggesting anyone to go here purchase auto parts from here. Those ladies that’s working here they are irresponsible. You are there apart descending you different part they never pay attention. It happened with all of my friends. I’m Sign a bill on you before you purchase that you cannot return. They will not exchange it for you and they will not refund you.
Poor quality parts even the CAPA insurance certified parts are lacking. Bought a defective part they were to pick up part and didn't. I returned it, No refund or exchange. It was longer than their 48 hr return policy. Closed my account and now doing business with Quality auto parts in Modesto.
Ordered a mirror as a repair business, clarified multiple times what style to the lady on the phone. Was given the incorrect mirror, then fed nothing but attitude when trying to return by Victoria. From the second the return came through the door she had nothing but attitude, refused to return it for other than store credit and tried to imply it was our fault. When reminded the girl who ordered it was specified to clearly the response was " I didn't order this and I don't know who did" The lack of professionalism and lack of customer service/teamwork is enough for me to not be returning. Hopefully this message is read by other potential customers before doing business here.

This is one of the WORST companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I purchased a used engine from them back in March. It was defective and blew up within days of installing it. I returned the engine with the promise of getting a refund. After stringing me along for months after returning the engine, they now flat-out refuse to give me my $2,400 back.
Global Dismantlers stole my money. Do not give them your business.
Parts are not high quality and the parts were damaged, had to wait another week for replacement to arrive, and even that one was damaged, my body guy had to repair it since I did not want to wait another week for another one arrive, the prices are ok, but as mentioned the quality is not great!
Not impressed ended up ordering on line and price was fantastic and it was delivered think i will never need them at global waited in line not impressed at all
Your always on hold it’s always a 15-20 + minute wait. They don’t know what they are doing in there. They said they had the parts in stock just to find out after 40 minutes that they could order them. Right after that, I went to quality auto parts on Oates they were fast easy to deal with and knew their what they were talking about! They even will price match if needed
DO NOT BUY HERE.. Sale you a crated dent front clip fender and then won;t exchange it. Said we should have opened it there BUT they loaded it on the truck with a "There you go".
I bought 2 brake lights for a 2016 Altima and they gave a different style for each one.I came told them what happened and they didn't pay attention to me.Thats something really sad they won't take care of there customers everyone be careful what you buy check everything.
Very nice and helpful people. The owner was great and polite. He orderd and derivered my part on a very short notice. I will always do business with them.
The kid at the paint counter is unfriendly, and obviously does not know what he's doing, he did not start the paint mixing bank, and when asked to do so he said they already had earlier. When he finished pouring, he didn't put it on the shaker, when asked to do so he stated it didn't work.
Luckily I was there for a white shade, had it been a metallic color it would have been all bad!
They obviously need training & much better management!
Needed to get a new driver side mirror on my car. Quickly listened to what I needed and they ordered the part for me, quick and easy. Gave me a date and time that the part would be in. I received a call from them on the exact date and time that the part arrived. The part was a perfect match to what I needed. Loved that I could go to another company literally 2 doors down and have the part replaced. So glad I found them!
They carry a wide variety of parts for vehicles. If you need it now, this is the place. Customer service is outstanding. The lady that always helps us, always has a smile.
Great prices for auto body parts if they dnt got it they can order it, way cheaper than other places even the internet in some cases unless you go to eBay but i dnt trust eBay
Bought multpile parts for multiple vehicles here from chevys to mitsubishis door handles to bumpers and have never had a problem. Bought a headlamp that wouldnt adjust and they returned it no questions asked and got me another one this place is great for buying parts and making sure the customer is happy
I purchased a passenger side door from this business for a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Extended Cab. At least, what I thought was an extended cab door. He pulled the door off of a regular cab and I didn't notice until I tried to put it on my truck and it didn't fit. I went back today to return the door since I have no use for it, and he refused to take it back, was very rude about it and I had a general bad experience with this business. Now I'm out $330, and had to get the door from Riverbank Auto for half the price. I'll never recommend this business or shop here again.
