Best place in town to take all the recycles you need done. Entire staff is very friendly and at times will even lend a hand to help you get everything done quick and easy. Seems to be a family ran business, when i lived in Salida i had the impression that Go Green was the spot but after moving to Modesto and using Alejandra's Recycling nothing has been better than them. The reviews are almost all perfect 5 stars for good reasons. I will stay loyal to this Recycling center because of their customer service and all around just genuine respect, that is very few and far between rarity at these sorts of places.
One more thing, they actually stay open until their posted store hours! Even if you show uo 5 minutes before they close they're always happy and willing to help you out! Unlike the place over by Walmart on McHenry they turned me down a whole 20 minutes before closing! Like seriously?! Never again going there, Alejandra's or nada.
Lastly, they pay you cash on the spot, no middle man or check cashing needed. And their prices are very reasonable if not better than most. Unfortunately plastic isnt worth as much as once was, but i still recycle it for the sake of it.. oh well! Aluminum still goes for a decent price.
Now gather your cans and bottles and head to Alejandra's and do a little good for the world!!
Been coming here since I was a kid he is really cool and if anyone says something about him and his Business being bad they are wrong he is really good at his good job and he is nice
If your going to be packed up and gone by 4:20, please don't say your open til 4:30. I hustled butt to get there and should have been helped, but you guys were pulling out, done for the day at 4:20. Takes a min to close up shop, so if you close at 4, put that on your biz info on Google maps. Otherwise you could inadvertently waste someone's time.
Was searching a good spot for recycling here in Modesto and came here for y'all good reviews and we were not disappointed. Folks are very helpful and so friendly. Definitely we will come back and already told some of our friends to go here for recycling.=
They always have plenty of employees to help if needed. I recycle here often and the staff & owner are very friendly and efficient! If u have juice containers that are not CRV they will take them & recycle them for you.
Definitely the best place to take your recyclables in Modesto very friendly extremely courteous and hands down the best pricing you will get I was hooked after my first visit looking forward to going back very soon
Conveniently located. Friendly and helpful staff. Gets busy, but they're efficient and fast. It's the only place I go now for recycling . Also nice that I've been there enough they recognize me.
I read the other reviews posted last week, and they are true. I got out of my car, started unloading my trunk, and someone was right there to help me. Very honest & friendly. Can't complain on the cash received. I will definitely go back.

They get you in and out quick. Everything is decently clean when you consider how much recycling goes through each day. They guys who work there are so nice and remember their regulars.
The guy who runs this is such a nice fellow! He deserves to have way more traffic. One time I cut my finger recycling aluminum cans and he asked me if I was okay. Even though it was just a little cut, he took out his first aid kit and bandaged my finger up. That's great service right there!
