NAPA Auto parts crew was amazing! I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me but he went above and beyond. After my windshield became loose and then detached while driving my kids to school, which was extremely scary, it went back to Napa Auto parts for it I bought my wipers a couple months back. They gave me a new wiper free of charge and installed it on the spot! In and out in 10 minutes. Now I know to send this may not sound like a big deal but it really changed the way that my day was going so I thought I would give them the credit they deserve!! Great jobs guys!
I overheard a terrible transaction with a customer - there was all kinds of inappropriate talking about this customer that happened to be a woman. I will never return.
Our family has had an account at Sonoma Auto Parts for 25+ years, and as always, Ray took the time yesterday to research via the printed catalogs to get me the correct parts. Thx again Ray.
I needed a new hose for my power steering and he would not help me figure out what hose it was. I brought photos and he insisted I know what the name of the hose is. I have no clue why he was so rude. Drove over to O'Reilly and had it In under 10 minutes..
Great place for all your auto parts. Every time I go there everyone is very helpful and will always make time to figure things out. Great place, highly recommend.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about the specifics for each vehicle really good at ordering things not in stock and getting them when they say they will have them
Most of employees work out of the book and if it isnt there then sorry! They forget what fits with what and what will work best and how to go about getting what you need! I am use to salesmen that know what usually works and not rather quickly as I am a mechanic from S.F. and dealt with old school sales menthat knew right where to go for the parts needed most of the time. If Valley Auto Supply didn't have the part then they would always find it! Within a reasonable amount of time of course!
A big thanks to Mike for getting me the parts I needed to get my Ford F-150 on the road. Thank you even more for not over selling me things that I thought I might need
Had to return tail light bulb's and they were really cool about it even with expired or wrong receipt. Thanks for great service putting in my windshield wiper too!
I haven't visited this store yet but I've called a few different times to get no answer and then it hangs up. Not exactly sure as to why no answer during open business hours. If they are understaffed then hopefully they will fix it or if they had people call in sick then can't they multitask? If they have the staff and all then in my opinion this store has some pretty bad customer service. Hope I'm wrong!
As far as knowing knowing what they are doing excellent. The problem there unless the person who took your order is there when the part comes in they have no idea where the order i s 25 min looking for thr part is too long.
I asked for a windshield wiper because one of mine disappered. The guy put it on without telling me what price and I don't think it's even the right size for my car and was over $20 for one blade. OVERPRICED! Uninformative
Employee #5 Mike was very rude to me when i was asking for the(what i now know is called)a rear break hardware kit. I didnt know the name of what it was called and he acted like i was inconveniencing him by not kniw the part exact name. I was calling it a Springs and pulley system. He rudely told me that not what it called and treated me like im stupid. DONT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE. Im not a mechanic but i do change my own break pads . Dont buy part from them. Rude and THEY TREAT YOU crappy
