Nice place clean organized prices seems much higher than before almost not worth driving from.napa so we ordered metal showed up and it was ready and cut i picked it up drive it home and found out why was so expensive the solve thicker metal that my fabricator ordered not sure id ve back again id almost rather drive to Oakland or pay almost same price locally still the best place
I was walking by there on Christmas Day on 2024 and I seen their gate open so I can mosey on the back to see why I was closed and two of the workers thought I was stealing and beat me until Vallejo police arrived.
And security guard who is there the whole time I got beat they went to jail for assault and battery with a deadly weapon and I went to the hospital that's how great that place is I'm suing you.
Night and Day difference a between this location and the San Leandro Location. Everyone is friendly, most people can speak English, great organization within their yard, very little wait times.
Very convenient location right off the freeway. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to provide assistance and answer any questions. Plus, their rates are the best I've found in the Bay Area, which keeps me coming back. If you're looking for a reliable place for recycling, this is definitely the go-to spot!
They close 15 minutes prior to the advertised hours. Called ahead for an order showed up 15 minutes before closing they, told us no one gave the order to them and they are closed for the day can’t pull anything for you guys.
Employees are very disrespectful and unprofessional. You should see them driving the company trucks, idiots flipped over a trailer in the parking lot because they don't seem to have any professional licensed truck drivers or they just stupid.. Once I get it on camera I will be posting here and reporting.
I don't understand why you can't get anyone to stick to there program. Web site closing time 4:30, in the gate at 4,:10. You don't turn away a customer telling me I was at the wrong web site. Anyway I will never be bringing my recycle here again. Not honest in my opinion..
This place only play pays you half of the market rate for the wire your recycling I’m an electrical contractor and I just brought 124 pounds of aluminum wire insulated and got $16 that was at .130 cents per pound
Semi truck radiator 57 pounds , they gave me a paper and said 4 dollars , i bought the new one for 965$, i didn't take the 4 dollars yet and i wont take it until i sue them for ripping people off, aluminum price is at least 47 cents per pound for national aluminum today .. and they said 8 cents per pound, no honesty at all
Please people we wear they got three stooges working in the front worst customer service the stooge that's in charge of cutting the metal was obviously having a bad day because I was there two hours for a lousy 20-footer to get cut finally got tired and went and checked out was the wait and he's sitting there at the salt just holding on to the buttons saying that the machine was broke and that is supervisors are a joke and that he can't get a hold of nobody but then I looked closer and the cut was all the way through he was just sitting there wasting my time so it goes okay well it went through please do yourself a favor don't deal with this clowns
Dint go here if you dont know what you are doing because they will rio yoy off especially if you are a woman. I made the mistake if asking for help and they burned me. 84 pounds if unstripped wire and they gave me 6 bucks ....NEVER GO WITHOUT SOMEONE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR BETTER YET DONT GO HER AT ALL PERIOD!!!
Office girl got her wires crossed with incorrect description of metal I brought in. I brought in 20lbs of alum. She put on paper (old sheet), which was iron at .43 a pound. I brought in 20lb. Solid alum., which is more per pound. That's why I say between the handler of metals & girl upstairs paying out, getting their wires crossed on the handling & paying the customer wrong price for the metal he brought in!

I called in advance to get a price quote for my material that I was recycling, the woman quoted me $160-$170 a ton. I told her exactly what I had which was gondola shelving and racking approximately 5000 lbs give or take. I telephoned again when I got there to confirm quoted price, again the woman confirmed $160-$170 a ton. We unloaded my materials and weighed out, went in to get paid and a different gal says $120 a ton. After going back and forth I reluctantly had no choice but to agree beings I already unloaded to $120 a ton. They owe me around $60.00 and I want my money. The original woman I spoke to Karrie never even came down to look at my load or to handle any disagreement in the office. Very bad business. Never ever will I go there and I will post reviews every so often just as a warning to other unsuspecting customers. Karrie is a liar. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Great customer service, saved me time and money from going to oakland. There rates are near the same as going directly to the oakland port recyclers
Much better environment since their building burned down and was rebuilt. You do have to watch them as they sometimes like to weigh your sales product and "forget" to include it in your payout. Of course that only works when you have multiple types of nob ferrous metals you are selling.
I would have never imagined writing a great review for a recycling business, but this team of employees have been outstanding!

I spent more time waiting than I did unloading, I wasn't waiting bcuz they were busy but bcuz they were either eating or standing around laughing and playing grabass, I'll never go back, I refused to sell my precious as well bcuz they were to slow to go over my metal.
I feel great that there is a great place too. To bring metals to recycle. our precious none living sources made from earth planet material sulfates, iron, bronze, copper, iron steel, brass, silver, gold, platinum, tungs, alloy, aluminum, stainless steel, many item of material to a perfectionate business of separating our metals too used back in the production to reproduced the metal too give something back to our community. I am glad too be a part of great importance of my life too cleanse our pkanet from looking junky and not destroy our pure dearth thank too men that distribute our precious metals to be reproduce to melt down and reuse material for our safety and enviroment to live safe and secure to all the workers at that site. Being responsible and keeping iur planet cleanse from filth. Great job men, and women.
