This was my first time taking my new car for routine service. I arrived early for my appointment, which was scheduled by a very professional and kind representative. The service desk crew could have been more engaging and “interested”. Not even close to the level of customer service I experienced in sales.

I recently purchased my first car (2026 Corolla Cross LE) from Toyota Vallejo, and the experience was better than I could have imagined. I worked with Zamir, and I cannot recommend him enough. As a first-time buyer, I was a bit nervous about the process, but Zamir went above and beyond to make sure I received every single benefit and incentive available to me. He was patient, answered all my questions, and really took the time to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. It’s rare to find such honest dealing in the car industry, but Zamir made me feel like he truly had my best interests at heart. When it came time for the paperwork, Leslie, the Finance Manager, was fantastic. Her communication was top-notch; she explained everything clearly with patience and made the final steps of the process quick and stress-free. Garren at Toyota of Vallejo made our car-buying experience absolutely seamless. I came in looking for a very specific Prius with a glass roof upgrade that I hadn't been able to track down at other dealerships. Garren was able to locate one as soon as it became available at port and personally drove it to the dealership for us. We were able to close on the car within the week. What really set the experience apart was everything that happened after the sale. Garren took the time to walk us through the Toyota app, showed us all the different ways we could use it, and gave us a full walkthrough of our new Prius so we could drive off feeling confident. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of, not just making a sale. We'll absolutely be back when we're ready to trade in our other car. If you're shopping at Toyota of Vallejo, ask for Garren! You won't be disappointed.

If there was a way to give 10 stars I would do it! I've been bringing my Highlander to Vallejo Toyota for service for about 4 years and consistently get great customer service and car service. Chris Lewis is TOP notch in communication, efficiency, and professional and kind service. The other associates have also always been great. It's easy to schedule on line appointments and they finish on time if not early. Highly recommend!

Came all the way from Elk Grove, Ca, because Toyota of Vallejo were the only dealership that had inventory. Ferdinand "Bong" Benitez Jr along with Garen and Brian were fantastic and they gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I will definitely come here from now on!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Toyota dealership regarding a brake squeal issue on my 2025 Tundra TRD Pro with only 5,000 miles. My first concern was with the service representative, Sean. I explained the known brake squeal issue and mentioned that Toyota has issued a TSB addressing it. Instead of acknowledging that, I was told they would need to diagnose the problem and that if they found it to be “my fault,” I would be charged. With only 5,000 miles on the vehicle, that response was frustrating. Sean also repeatedly referred to it as a “recall” and stated my VIN was not included. I understand it is not a recall — it is a TSB — but the concern itself is well documented. I dropped off my truck at 9:00 AM for my scheduled appointment and did not hear anything until 2:00 PM. I was then told they needed the vehicle to sit in order to replicate the squeal. I understood that. However, after calling again at 4:00 PM and being told I would receive a call back in 45 minutes, I never did. I ended up driving to the dealership 30 minutes before closing, and no one seemed to know the status of my vehicle. Sean had already left for the day without providing any update. Fortunately, Miko was there and explained that the truck would need to sit overnight to properly diagnose the issue. I returned the next morning at 7:30 AM, only to be told to come back again in a few hours. I returned at 10:00 AM and was told the technician was still busy. Around 2:00 PM, I finally received a call stating they could not replicate the squeal. I informed them that I had video evidence clearly showing the brake squeal, especially in the mornings, but no repairs were performed. I contacted Toyota corporate, who opened three cases regarding this dealership and informed me that the service manager, Mike Voss, would reach out. I never received any communication from him. At that point, I contacted Hanlees Toyota in Fairfield. They scheduled me promptly, acknowledged the existing TSB, and reviewed the videos I provided. They stated that the video evidence was sufficient. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 AM, and by 2:30 PM, my brakes and rotors were replaced. All I wanted was for my warranty issue to be addressed. Instead, the process at Vallejo Toyota was unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. This is not my first issue with this dealership. When I purchased a new 2023 4Runner from them, I reported a problem with the driver’s window, and they blamed it on my window tint. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this location. Go to Hanlees Toyota in Fairfield!!

I always enjoy my experiences at Toyota Vallejo. The staff and service are always top notch anytime I need work to be done on my family’s vehicles. I’ve recently had the pleasure of being serviced by an employee known as Bong Benitez while purchasing a new car. He approached me with a happy demeanor and helped me choose a car that I specifically wanted. The purchasing process, and the test drive was smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to shop at Toyota Vallejo and look for Bong Benitez.

Shout out to Garen K. for assisting us in the purchase of our Grand Highlander! He made the process transparent, simple, and delivered what he promised. I was looking for a Grand Highlander Nightshade at MSRP, if you know this trim, you know its incredibly hard to get without preordering or paying mark up. He had one coming at the end of the month that no one put a deposit on yet. So we decided to put a deposit (refundable) and hope for the best. He sent me updates and I requested nothing to be done to the car other than their pre inspection. The car arrived much earlier than aniticipared but Garen messaged me as soon as it arrived and sent me pictures. I went the next day, it was as pictured and he went over all the features. He was very knowledgeable about the car and features. We went on a test drive and signed papers quickly after. The price was MSRP as mentioned. No dealership mark up or upsell on additional equipment. We have our own financing set up, he didnt question it or try to get us to finance through them. The whole process probably took an hour tops (if we subtract waiting for finance since we had a check, then maybe 45mins) which is my book is great. No dealership BS. I'd definitely recommend working with Garen and his dealership if your in the market for a Toyota. Thanks for the help Garen!

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a 2024 "Gold Certified" Prius in Nov 2025 and drove it back to Washington state. Less than 3 weeks after purchasing, I had noticed there was a significant amount of water coming into the cars trunk area and then saturating the floor liner and backseats. When I took the car to my local Toyota dealership, they found tons of issues besides just the water including a bent bumper mount, sensors mounted incorrectly, pieces held on with glue, broken glass beneath the seats, and on and on-- all from an undisclosed accident that was poorly repaired.

We had the absolute best experience with this dealership. I knew what vehicle I wanted and we negotiated a fair price for that vehicle. Made an appointment a test drove the car. We were in and out in 2 hours with no BS just a great experience with a great salesman and finance manager. Garen was the salesman and he was awesome! Had an amazing experience at the Vallejo Toyota! Bong showed me around and was very relaxing to test drive the car with. Let me tell you about the amazing service I received from Garen Kissoyan today! Garen provided me with outstanding customer service. From the beginning , I knew this was a great decision. While purchasing my car today, I felt like I was taken care of and was making the right choices. Buying a new car can seem like a difficult process however Garen made this the most comfortable decision I have made during any car purchase in my life! 5-Star Experience at Toyota Vallejo with Garen and Leslie: I recently visited Toyota Vallejo during the holiday season to purchase a retirement car for my mom, and I’m truly grateful that we were helped by Garen. From start to finish, he provided an exceptional level of care, patience, and professionalism that made this a truly memorable experience for our family. While we were comparing different RAV4 trims, Garen took the time to understand exactly what my mom needed. From safety features to the comfort of leather seats, since she regularly drives her grandchildren. He was incredibly patient and kind with my elderly mom, and as I translated parts of the process into Spanish for her, he showed cultural awareness, respect, and genuine empathy. His interpersonal communication skills were truly impressive. Garen also went above and beyond when it came to finding the exact car my mom wanted. The model we chose wasn’t available at the Vallejo lot, but he worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to secure it from another dealership. He kept us updated every step of the way! He was extremely communicative, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. I was looking to get a new fuel efficient car and decided to look online at my local Toyota dealership. I found a Toyota RAV4 plug-in hybrid that hadn't been built yet but it was exactly the color and model I wanted that was fully loaded. I put in an inquiry through the website and Ryan Asuncion quickly emailed me and we chatted on the phone as well. I went to the dealership the next day to test drive a normal RAV4 to get a feel for the car. I liked how smooth the ride was. I was also looking at the cargo capacity for fitting my electric scooter for my daily commute. They even let me test it out right there. I was sold!! So I put $500 deposit to reserve the car. I didn't have to wait too long and Ryan kept me updated along the way. The process was super easy and stress free. When I took delivery of the car Ryan patiently walked me through all of the features on the car, which was really helpful. Thanks to everyone that helped from the Toyota Vallejo team!! Especially Ryan. I'm super happy with the new car!!
