Gustavo dropped my sisters truck causing damage, by not tying down the tires before driving out the parking lot and having a nasty foul attitude when confronted about it and lacks the awareness as to why we were upset🙄 Beware of this company, they have a habit of damaging property and charging out the nose. Beware

I have a Cascadia freightliner and an auto hauler trailer. I was hauling three sprinter vans at the time. I was delivering the sprinter vans to the dealership when I got my truck stuck on a slight incline that was way too high for my very low trailer. I called George’s Towing at 2:30 in the morning. He informed me that the technician had just started on another service call, and it would be a few hours before he could get to me. I didn’t want to wait, so I tried to call other towing companies, but I couldn’t find any that were available and reasonably priced. Luckily for me, waiting was no problem because I had to wait for the dealership open before I could deliver my sprinter vans. At 5:30AM I gave Goerge’s a call and they said they had just finished with their previous service Call and would be with me shortly. At 6:30AM they texted me and told me they had scheduled my service call and would text me when they were on the way. At 7 o’clock they let me know they were on the way, and at 7:30 they were there. It took him less than an hour to get me free. And it was only $500 something dollars. This same thing happened to me before in Deming New Mexico, and it was over $1200. So I’m very pleased and I have no complaints. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

George towing has been the go to in the Vallejo/Americans Canyon/Napa area. Never had a issue with them. Have had cars/trucks/vans/old schools towed with no problem. Randy and Nando are some great drivers.

This guy is awful he refused to give me the supervisors number to call he dropped my car nearly causing a accident for his negligence to properly secure my car he was rude to me and my family members carful of this company even though he dropped my car we still had to pay he’s the definition of a ignorant person I’ll never use them again and will tell all my friends who used them to do the same I’m just totally disgusted with the service I received if there was a way to give negative stars I will

Rude , Lack of professionalism please tell me when a car accident happens and the car is towed with your registration IN THE Car. WHY are you NOT allowed to look inside the car with proper ID to get the ID for the Company who has the car already…

I've used George's Tow 2 days in a row. I needed to tow my vehicle to a shop they were unable to repair it so I then needed to tow it back to my house. Both times the service was exceptional, professional dispatch, fast and affordable. I highly recommend them.

The driver appeared by the time set, he understood my problem. He figured how to best remove the car from the small parking lot. He towed the rental car to their business, giving me a lift and dropped it where they needed it. Job well done.

They will steal things from your car. Overcharge you wherever they can and are just overall very rude to deal with. Give someone else your business not these crooks.

My car was stolen and totalled. It was towed by George's tow to their yard. They were nice and helpful with my signing over the title to them and the car was locked as the key fob no longer worked. They were nice enough to unlock it for me . .

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have to share my experience. I was in a hit and run in my car. It was towed to George's and my insurance agency totaled my car. I signed my car over to them, so I would not be charged storage and was told by the "NEW" girl there I would have to pay 700.00 because I did not have the title to my car. I said fine. I told her my insurance would handle it. I never heard from George's tow. No-one letter to pay for storage, no nothing. Me thinking everything was done. Then I get a notice from a collection agency, because George charged me 3,000 for storage and they say they sold my car for150.00. They charged me this without one notice, they never sent me one letter in the mail, did not give me a chance to get the matter cleaned up. Instantly I have a collection on my credit report. This is very damaging to a small business, which I am. I already was victim to a hit and run, then I became a victim to George's Tow.

Very Courteous, prompt, driver was great, and got a flat bed tow (30 miles round trip) for a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommend! Especially after calling another company close by that just wanted to gouge me (I left the appropriate review for him however).

George's Towing towed a tiny house to our home. They parked it in a VERY tight space next to our home. It was amazing to watch the work. They were very careful and I could tell they really cared, and treated my project like it was their own. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any towing job.

I needed my truck towed from point a in Vallejo to point b. When I called, they were friendly and very responsive. They let me know exactly what was going to happen including time frames. The service could not have been better and the pricing was acceptable. THANKS!!!. Highly recommend.

Tow driver Gustavo is very courteous & helpful

My wife's car broke down on the side of the road and she had called AAA numerous times and waited for a few hours with no pickup. I called George's towing and they were there and ready to pick up the car within 30 mins. Would definitely go to these guys again if anything happens to one of our cars in the future.

Quicker than projected response time. Even tho a flatbed had to be dispatched after the initial call, there's no chance I could've beat not matched the pricing, contentious, courteous, friendly professional efforts on a Friday AND holiday weekend.
