I am going to contact Channel 7 tomorrow. There are so many abandoned cars on Sonoma Blvd that residents (who pay rent not section 8) can't park. I'm at work all day and when I get home I have to drive around for an hour to find parking since there are so many abandoned/expired tags(years expired)just sitting in plain view that the police won't tow. I see them drive right by. There are abandoned cars that have been sitting here for months. If this were Danville or San Ramon these cars would be gone. Time to take this to a higher court. Let's see what the news channels have to say about Vallejo abandoned cars not doing their jobs. Also amazing how cars can drive in excess of 60mph down Sonoma without a single police officer doing anything. Pathetic.
If you're looking to have a vehicle towed in Vallejo, you might as well wait for hell to freeze over. It would be faster.. I have never spoken to a live person at vehicle abatement in Vallejo. Either a message or, like one time, was hung up on without even a hello. There are cars abandoned everywhere here.... You'd think that with 80% of the town's budget going to police and fire, at least one person could anwser the phone and give a good explanation as to why they won't ever tow a vehicle away.
