They didn't have the part I needed, but they did their utmost to locate it, including calling a dealer (on their own initiative!) and using my photo of the manufacturer's imprint stamp on the part to try to find it in a database. Cam was an outstandingly cool and helpful professional. Best experience I've had at an auto parts store in a long time!
READ FIRST BEFORE GOING. Very surprised how this place has a 4-star rating, and not 1 star. We bought break pads and rotors from this place. The guy at the front said they would accept returns, and gave a warranty for 1 year. Within a couple of months, the rotors started wobbling and creating noise. When we went back to return, the associate, Scott, rudely said if we had returned within 1 week, he would have returned the money and that he can’t do anything about it. He said that the 1 year warranty was just for part replacement and that he couldn't even give back store credit! And he gave a replacement but rather than the front ones which we had purchased, he used the same box but put in rear rotors! Either the store associates are not trained enough to inform the customers about the specifications of the warranty of the parts before purchase, or Scott didn't want to refund us. The store needs to learn customer service or atleast show they care about customers. Very dissatisfied with the service. I would've given 3 stars had the staff been more professional. These people are frauds!

Very nice lady! She helped me get a great battery and waived the difference I didn't have at the time. I this place! Shop here because they are well knowledgeable in their industry of car parts!
Most unreliable unorganized place will double bill for parts, send the wrong parts even when described correctly over the phone, will then later send the correct ones and "forget" to refund for the wrong ones. Out of the several orders I've made, 85% of them have came at a later date than promised or have been completely wrong. Has done nothing but cost us money and time.If you're running a business, DONT BOTHER!!
Best place for car parts....if you want extremely knowledgeable, friendly staff and great prices. They have everything, or can get it quick. They'll also help you figure out what you need, if you're unsure Fantastic family business, and a great spot to be familiar with. I've sent many friends and customers to Bert Williams & Sons Inc and never ever disappointed. Shop local, you won't regret it!
Locally owned auto parts store. Service is good, prices are good, very high volume of battery sales. New and re-conditioned batteries are available here.
I purchased a car battery from this store. Went home put the battery in my car and it started up! Great! The next day I go to get in my car it won’t start. I figure it can’t be the battery since I just installed a new one. Had a mobile mechanic take a look at my car and he stated that it might be the starter. I tow my car to a local mechanic and after they look it over they say your starter is fine it’s the battery. I take the battery back to BWS with my receipt and I am told I have to leave the battery with BWS to see if it is a bad battery or if it just needs charging. I know the battery is bad but I leave it with them. I go next door and purchase a battery from AutoZone. I get home install the battery and everything works perfectly. I call BWS the next morning to find out the status of the battery. I am told that it in fact is a bad battery! I notified them that I already purchased another battery from AutoZone and since the battery was bad that I just want a refund on the battery. They told me they can exchange it but no refund will be given. I didn’t understand!!! I wasn’t trying to return a battery just for the hell of it or because I changed my mind. BWS sold me a bad battery which was not my fault at all and now they don’t want to give me my money back! I have no need for 2 car batteries. This is a rip off and very unfair!!! Do not get anything from this store. Spend your time and money at a real auto parts store and save yourself the frustration and money!!!
Had what I need/needed every time . Parts you won't find anywhere else easily. Like, gas cap for '98 Jaguar? Done! Alt for my '99 Jeep? Done. Other places? Not done, and wrong part ordered. Undone. Love BWS

Good prices. Helpful staff. Only complaint is homeless hang out right where you park and always hit you up for something and twice I had someone try to take stuff out of my vehicle.
Staff was absurdly rude. Like outlandishly rude. The older grey haired gentleman wasn't bad, but when I told him about the staff being so rude, all he did was nod his head and say I know.......

Sold me a used electric fuel, that when I pulled the rubber plugs out a shot glass of some liquid came out on me and the floor. When I told the salesman what happened he gave me a refund which was fine but when I asked I him if he had another fuel he said no, we would not sale a used part like I was lying. Never again with them.
They have plenty parts there. Any time I've ever needed a part for my mustang they've had it. An alternator went bad and they replaced it free of charge. Real nice guys
I came in today saturday I needed an air intake hose for my 94 Toyota Camry. I walked in the store with the part in my hand. The guy at the counter didnt care to ask what year make or model of my car was but just simply said "we dont have it, and we wont be able to get it until tuesday." I needed the same day so i went to Napa Auto parts across the street and they ordered it and it arrived an hour later.
Excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone. Their primary clientele are local repair shops and municipalities - don't expect another Autozone clone when you go in there. My neighbor who is a retied truck mechanic recommended them highly. They sell refurbished batteries for under $40.00 that perform very well for the money, and my recession-battered wallet appreciates that a great deal!
