Viktor was so friendly and efficient! My wife got stuck on the side of the freeway and he got to us quickly and helped us get the car home! He had great customer service skills and was amazing to work with! Will definitely use this company in the future!
Rude, no compassion, every car for sale on the lot is overpriced junk! The office staff is deplorable and out dated. Their office closes at 5 sharp. The tow services are not even worth the mention. Bottom line if your looking for a price gouging, money hungry company than their your guys. Im happy to never need or facilitate their services ever again. Their no small town heros at all.
I called Bob's Towing to tow my car with a flat tire and stripped lug nuts to the tire shop. Viktor's expertise and customer service were great! He was extremely helpful in coordinating and communicating with me so that we could get the car to the tire shop right when they opened.
They are now my go-to towing service.

After waiting on the side of the road for 5 hours for AAA my wife and I called Bobs Tow Service at 12:45am They answered their phone and were out to pick us up within 15 minutes of calling. Victor from App Store Bob’s toe saved my daughter when she was stranded in an unsafe neighborhood and her US AA insurance was unable to provide a toe. He arrived within 10 minutes of the phone call and in a timely manner got her and her car to safety. Highly recommend service

Viktor from Bobs Tow satisfied my needs of tonight. My insurance is Triple A, and was not available to be dispatched to my location. Due to high volume of calls, I wasted two hours of Triple A service. I was stranded, car did not want to start. I called from Bobs Tow here in Vallejo, and they were quick with the request. Viktor said 20min, and he came on time. He handled my vehicle with great care and knew what he was doing as a tow service employee. If you need your towing needs, I highly recommend Bobs Tow!
I had a wonderful experienced with them. After waiting for AAA for 5 hours in a gas station at night . It was a worker named Viktor from Bob’s tow who helped me to get home at around 1:45am and I remember it was raining too.

Motorcycle wouldn't start after stopping at Mare Island. Called Bob's Towing and spoke with Viktor. He said he could pick up us in an hour and he did. He was very careful loading motorcycle and using tie downs. He also pulled over during transport to check stability of motorcycle. We appreciated that. Thank you Viktor for a great job !!
Awesome service done by Viktor. We were stranded in American canyon due to not one but TWO flat tires!! Couldn’t find any 21” tires for the car anywhere therefore needed a tow to a nearby safe spot to park. We were waiting over 2 hours for Napa valley towing to give us a tow when we got fed up of giving them the benefit of the doubt and them not answering our calls about an update. We then called bobs tow and they showed up within 20 minutes!!! 5 mins before what they had told us upon calling them. Love their service. Viktor was very careful in loading and unloading the car which was amazing.
Somebody stole the catalytic converter from our RV (hate to see it). After the insurance sorted it, we had Viktor come out swiftly to the rescue. Very polite man and a real credit to the company, answered all of our questions and made good chit chat. Would use them again in a heartbeat
