  Not sure what happened to this place. The store looks disheveled inside, and they barely have anything on the shelves. How can this place be so messy looking and hardly have any product? Not sure, but they pull it off.

  got brake pads from China and mexico, including new sensors. the sensors where incompatible with the pads they came with. totally out of spec parts. never again O'Reilly.

  On a rainy night we were traveling on 37 when we lost the drive's side windsheild wiper. When I called the store , they were helpful making sure that they had the part and when we got there, Debie and Matteo were super helpful in getting us in and out in just a few minutes. Great staff, great service and so helpful when we needed them most. Thanks guys.

  The Assistant Store Manager is effin awesome! I went in no lines and she was finishing up a call and promptly assisted me on my needs in oil for my Toyota Prius. She looked it up and recommended me the oil I need so I bought 2 motor oils 1 for just in case. She even let me use their store funnel upon finishing the transaction and I handled my business and my car is ready to go! The ASM was very friendly professional and a sweetheart! Thank you! You Rock!

  They don't know how to work the curbside pick up very well. Floors could use a clean and buffing. It's a car parts store, not a mechanic shop. Friendly staff, though. Just not the most speedy service.

  They don’t answer the phone I called hella times and I know they just being lazy. When I’m at the store the employees just walk around and procrastinate. The younger guy is the only one who does his job right.

  Good place to get oil, trans fluid, filters but parts it's 50/50. Most of the time either it doesn't exist in their system or they don't know what you are talking about.

  This place has pretty good service, the inventory isn't that great but they are able to order what you need. I am rebuilding a car right now and this is the closest place around here that sells auto parts. At this point that have ordered everything I need and had it available the next morning. Sometimes the stuff is a bit more expensive than other places but because of the convenience it is worth it.

  Much less than great customer service. Every time i go, no matter if i have the part number ready, i get a dumb look and "whats the year make and model?" And every time i explain they dont need YMM if i have the part number ready. Furthermore, they expected me to dump my own used oil into their container. LAME
