This it the worst auto part store i have ever been to. They never have anything in stock and I have had multiple employees raise their voice at me because they don't know how to use there system. It's faster and easier to go to redding than deal with them.

Nice people, had supplies I needed in stock for the best price around. I've been driving past this place for years without giving it much thought, I think I found a new (to me) parts store I can use more often!

Terrible customer service. Terrible store hours closing at 5:30 on a weekday. Hardly ever have anything in stock. Do yourself a favor and go to parts store in Redding.

The gals Customer service SUCKS. Obviously no respect. I’m Absolutely disgusted with the young gal who refused to help my 85 year old grandparent with carrying a battery this morning. She told them she doesn’t “do batteries” and made them carry it in after we called to make sure someone could help them the day before. Seriously wondering what is wrong with people. Would had taken literally less than a minute to help.

Service folks were NOT wearing Masks nor were most of the customers. Social distancing was NOT being observed. Only a 2.5' counter of separation with no shield or hand sanitizer... I will spread the word about Palo-Cedro Napa Auto parts and customer care. I am disheartened! :'(

Counter people are always ignorant and think they know everything and thier computer system is out of date or just not that great because they will give you parts for the wrong model year or that just doesn't match up. Have seen it multiple times.

The counter staff is RUDE!! Not helpful. Sent my wife in to pick up brakes for my 1994 jeep wrangler (yj) and he argued rudely with her that model of vehicle was not right, that a YJ and a Wrangler are two different vehicles. They've been rude before. And they DO NOT WERE FACE MASKS. we will not go back. We will now go to O'Reillys. Too bad usually you can count on Napa stores to be professional.

Just looked up what time Napa in Palo Cedro closes in Sunday’s and being I live about an hour away I fugured at 2:30 I could drive down and get there around 3:30 since they supposedly close at 4pm. Here we are 3:35 and I pull in and they are not open with a sign on the door saying they now close at 2pm. So now I’ve wasted 2 hours of my time and now I’m headed into Redding to go somewhere else. I’ve always been loyal to Napa but I will not be giving them any more of my business as I believe if you change your hours maybe you should update the website!

Drove all the way out here because the picture shows big warehouse type napa when it's really wink dink little napa. Disappointed I sat in the parking lot an read the reviews and drove away.

Was in there today staff behind the counter bashing churches for not opening there doors to fire evacuees. I am closing my accounts there and writing a letter to corporate. Sad to see a business act this way when our town is on fire.

After 2nd trip from the mountains to deal with same napa store , same individual , for a weak battery , the manager finally replaced. I showed him my professional Milton carbon pile battery tester reading on the battery saying weak in the yellow , 11 volts , he could not see it. After the transaction he admitted he was more worried about getting credit from Napa for the bad battery. I have always gone to Walmart , this was an exception thinking it was closer , never again. I am also a retired mechanic from Shell , Lincoln-Mercury , Menlo Park , CA.

Had a problem with fittings on the radiator this Napa location sold me. The "help" really did want to help me . This will be the last time I use this store.

Napa has the best filters, and replacement parts for any car or truck and this place is conveniently located, never crowded. Get in, get what you need, and get out.

6/6 times I came here for my parts everyone ways dull as a door knob. I call ahead, they say they have my part. I come in and it is the wrong one so they tell me best I can do is next day. I had to pay someone 20 bucks to get my part the following day, after paying 20 bucks to get there the day before for a stupid 25 dollar part just to receive the same wrong part they had in the first place the day before. They act like they've done this forever and lost all enthusiasm, they don't care to listen to what you say, not just this time but every time that i go. I said to bonnie 4 times in one conversation it was ordered the previous day because the one that was in Stock was not what I wanted. Only 2 total parts in the house for this application. My new one and the old one they had. I tell her it way X part, not Y. Yet somehow I come back for my core and there is a dispute about what the receipt says vs the part I actually got.. thank you napa, the one time I try to use you over O'Reillys and you blew any chance of me coming back. I'll pay the extra gas money to go to town.
