What clients say about Bigfoot Recycling in Cottonwood (CA)
It's sort of hit and miss with whether they're open and how good the service is. I went to the center in Anderson (by the flea market) thinking this location was permanently closed and was told by the guy there that they just can't open if the state doesn't give them money to pay out- and the state isn't always on schedule. It would be nice if there was clear signage on the side of the building so you could easily see the hours while driving through the parking lot, rather than the front, where you would only be standing if you were cashing stuff in. But if they can't afford to even keep consistent hours, a good sign is probably not in the budget, lol.
I went yesterday around 3pm not open even tho it says they are. Some else pulled up and said the state has to pay em so they can pay us. I don't know much more. They guy said he was going to run up to the main jolly and see If he could get in before they closed.
They r very careless about us and the information they give us. They don't seem to know a care about posting the accurate hours on their websites. Try to call them and all the numbers are out of service. I think they suck as an overall corporation and I'm very unprofessional to say the least
Went on a Friday at 2pm. No one was there yet the time says 10-4. How can you run a business with open hours and not be there. No sign saying they will be back or that it's closed. I'm dumbfounded that they can't work such a simple job at the times they have posted. If you don't open and close when your times say anymore then change the damn signs. Wish I could sit on my ass all day then finally when someone shows up dump a few trash cans into bags, and then work when I please but not the times I was hired for. Welcome to California, land of the lazy!
Went twice in the same day when they were supposed to be open and nobody was there but there where bags of recycling outside. Ridiculous service and management.
A Hershey bar wrapper fell out of my car when my door opened and I wasn't aware of it......the guy working along with gti solar threatened to knock my teeth out if I didn't pick it up!! I'm so upset by there threats and taking pics of my car like they are going to try to hunt me down! This is Angela and I AM NOT STOPPING UNTIL THEY ARE DEALT WITH!
Got there at twelve minutes before 4pm. The girl running it tells me they normally do close at 4pm, but today they're closing 10 minutes early, and can't take any of my stuff, so I ended up making the trip for nothing, and worse wasted fuel for nothing! They should have at least taken my recyclables, but chose to be inconsiderate, and told me I'd have to come back another day. Thanks for Nothing!
