I hadn't driven my car for weeks due to a health issue. So it wasn't surprising that it wouldn't start. AAA sent Fortes Bros. to help. Oscar was so nice and explained everything. He replaced my battery (2017) with one he brought along. Kudos to Oscar for quick, friendly service!

I had flat tire and i was NOT as safe location. It was dark parking lot and i was very scared. I had to wait 1.45 min and when finally the driver arrived, he completely went to a different location. I waved and used a flashlight so he could see me but nothing. I waited and waited he did NOT come. I was afraid that he would take off so i had to run to that car. The driver name was JONATHAN and from the very first moment he had terrible ATTITUDE and was very RUDE! He did NOT apologize for being rude or going to a completely wrong location and did not even try to me, but he treated me that he was going to cancel the call and even my AAA membership! I told him that this is very dark and scary location, very dark parking lot. He did NOT CARE. He just told me he’s gonna cancel the call and he did! He left me, after waiting over 1h and 45 minutes on the dark parking lot, where no one was around here. My words cannot describe the disappointment I have with this company. What kind of employees they are hiring! I DO NOT recommend to anyone this company! Please stay safe and away from this company !

I'd like to thank Rener and Fortes Bros. My day was off to a rough start yesterday. I'm a contractor and had a 630am appointment at 6am my truck wouldn't start. Called AAA and Rener was there in 30min. While I was waiting I Googled how long does a truck battery last and it had been time to replace it. He had one and I learned my battery in under the drivers seat....I did not know that. He was fast , very professional, kind and made the entire experience pleasant! Made it to my job at 715 and had a great day, thank you! Best- Kenny

I can't believe the disrespect, unprofessionalism, and discriminative! I just got in Cali from New York for my grandson's first birthday. I was dropping off presents at my son's apartment for my grandson. And when I came back out I found my vehicle was gone! Yes it was in a fire lane. But I literally wasn't there for 5 min. But anyway when I got my truck back. My 2018 Tundra was dented all over and my bumper is almost ripped off! When I got in back I reviewed the video on my dash cam. And the guy came in with no lights on not even caution lights hooked and booked! And almost dropped my truck the bumper caught the truck. And side swiped my tuck on a fence. So when I came there to complaine. A guy came out named pablo. Said move you fn vehicle over in this parking spot or I won't help you trying to show Authority. I moved it over there. He tosses a clip board at me and said fill this out and started to take photos. I said I'm sorry I have dyslexia and I need help filing this out! With dyslexia when I'm upset or have a migraine I can only see partial of letters and sometimes they moves! He had the audacity to say to me what are you slow and repetitively calling me a Reta**. I am a business owner and work hard for everything I have. This is my work truck that I have worked for hard so many years. It is almost paid off and they just treated it like it was trash, and treating me so inhumanely that no person should be treated! I am beyond hurt and disgusted! I pray this reaches many and this business will fail! One last thing I also called multiple times to speak to a supervisor and they keep pushing me to a voicemail and not even take care of the complaint!

At 10:30pm after a Warriors game, I discovered that my car battery was dead. Fortes bros showed up in 15 minutes and got my car started. Great job!

I had a battery problem with my 2006 Buick Lucerne. In fact, it was dead and would not hold a charge. I called AAA and they sent Miguel from Fortes Bros. Towing. Miguel was super professional, polite and customer service oriented. He diligently provided the assistance I needed. As it happened to be, my battery was still under warranty. Miguel happily replaced my dead battery with a new one and now my Lucerne is back on the road. Miguel is an asset to Fortes Bros. Towing. Please give him my thanks. I will always recommend Fortes Bros. for any towing or roadside assistance because of Miguel.

Our van’s tire blew out on the freeway. We were able to tow it back home. Then I called AAA on the weekend to tow it to a service center to have the tire replaced. They dispatched this guy from Fortes. After he loaded the van, I just asked him what’s the address of the service center? He gave me the attitude right away and even told he knew what he was doing. I was like… HUH?!??!? I need to know where he’s taking my van so I can drive there. Definitely lacks customer service. And seems like their default stance I guess is be defensive and arrogant.

The battery in my car died. I contacted AAA roadside service and they sent Fortes. Between the time I called and when Cesar for Fortes changed the battery was about 30 minutes. Cesar helped turn a stressful situation into one of relief. Thank you!

A guy came from Fortes Bros when my gf called AAA for some gas. He showed up quickly (to Potrero in the city) and was very polite and professional. Thanks Fortes Bros!

Thank you fortes bros Inc. My rental car key was inside forgotten after a jj's concert event after ubering; when I was about to leave today the keys was inside. The response was fast & easy! Peace of mind love it!

This place is TOP NOTCH. I needed a tow asap and had some insurance issues. Fortes told me "we are here to help people" and that is exactly what they did. Very professional, communication was A+ and they were very reliable. So satisfied and a ton off my shoulders with their help. 5 STARS!!!!!

You cannot lie to customers who are in distress after a roadside emergency while you have the AAA badge in your truck. I understand COVID new regulations do not allow passengers in the tow truck, but dropping my car at the dealership then leaving it unattended in after promising to wait for me to catch Uber only to get on to next tow job is going to get you one start. I took me hours running around the BMW dealershop to find where my cars was dropped. This behavior is a liability on AAA business and Fortes Bros.

I just had a car problem on Easter Sunday. The driver at Fortes Bros who just gave us a ride was very professional and made a stressful situation easy to deal with. The driver even offered to give us a short ride from the service shop to our house. We decided to walk but we appreciated the offer. Great employee and customer service!! Thank you!

I had a dead car battery so I called AAA and they sent a battery service tech from Fortes Bros. He arrived and tried jumpstarting my car but was unable to get it started even after a lot of effort on his part. Because of this he thought it was a starter issue so he arranged for a tow truck and I called a dealership to make an appointment. He recommended we don't replace the battery as a damaged starter can damage the new battery. When the tow truck driver got here he mentioned that the battery service is not reliable and wanted to jumpstart it himself first before towing. His portable jumpstart worked on the first try. I called Fortes to arrange a battery replacement (since the tow truck driver doesn't carry batteries) and was told I'd be placed at the back of a long queue even though the original technician would have replaced the battery had he had operational equipment (the portable jumpstart). I asked for my case to be escalated and was told that's not possible. To be fair they mentioned there was a car pile up and they were supporting law enforcement with it but I just needed battery service which doesn't use a tow truck. I was also told just because I "feel like something was done wrong" they can't escalate things. I did not "feel" that way, the second AAA technician from a different company himself said this is a common issue with these guys and the car was running perfectly after his jump start! I gave up on AAA and these guys and went to O'Reilly's and got a new battery installed in under 10 minutes. This is a terrible company with unsympathetic customer service and they clearly do not supply their technicians with even passable equipment. The tech himself was very nice though which is the only positive of the experience for me.

2/16/24 - AAA sent Fortes Bros to my rescue. I locked my keys in the truck so I called and they showed up to Marina Blvd in SF in less than 15 mins and had me in my car in 3 mins. The gentleman provided fast & excellent service! Thank You Bros!

Was assigned Fortes by AAA. Original estimate was 30 minutes, then after 30 minutes they called and said it would be another 30 minutes, then again they called and said it would be 37 minutes. Still waiting to be towed. They also texted me and said to reply to the text with any questions, but they don't answer their texts. This place over promises and under delivers. Would not use them by choice.

I had an excellent experience with the AAA tow driver. They provided top-notch service and were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. The driver Marvin was prompt, courteous, and handled my vehicle with great care. I was impressed by their efficiency and expertise in ensuring my car was safely transported. I highly recommend the AAA tow driver for their outstanding service.

Had a simple tow today and the service was great. From the moment Paul I believe was his name pulled into the drive way, off the bat he made sure to confirm the service was legit and that everything would be covered with no expense due to my triple A account. A very genuine guy, he communicates very respectfully and tries to give his own insight as well on how I could resolve the issue I had with my truck! If I could ask triple A roadside service to assign me Paul for all my towing necessities I would!

I am delighted with the service I received from Fortes today. Service technician Andrew came within 15 minutes of my AAA request to change my tire after I got a flat off of 237. He was extremely gracious and ensured that both me and my vehicle were safe from oncoming traffic on the offramp where I was parked. He was patient and explained the next steps for getting that tire replaced. It is the day before Christmas Eve and I am so grateful for his help and getting home safe. Thank you Andrew and Fortes.

Antonio was a lifesaver! I connected with Fortes Bros through AAA, and was told that I had an estimated wait time of 90 mins. Fortes Bros got to me within 20mins, diagnosed the issue, and sent me on my way with a new battery. What could have been a very stressful situation for me during Thanksgiving week turned into a non-issue thanks to Antonio’s prompt, and courteous service. Thanks Fortes Bros!

Absolute heroes. Fast, safe, experienced with kids and electric SUVs. They got us out of a 10+ car event on the side of the freeway moments after I requested help through AAA today, and they made special arrangements to get my small child out quickly and safely.

My car wouldn't start and I panicked as it was a Sunday and everything was closed. I called AAA and they estimated 2 hours for someone to come out. Got a text a few minutes later with ETA of 45 minutes, then BAM this guy shows up in less than 15 minutes. Erick (sp?) instantly knew it was my battery fromwhat he saw when I tried to start it. A quick test, jump and it's confirmed. He noticed the AAA sticker on the battery and asked if I had my last receipt. By the time I came down, he was ready with a new battery. He said I'm right outside the typical 3 year warranty but was able to offer me a nice discount which was less than the last battery I had replaced. He made sure I found my radio code before he replaced it and didn't leave until everything was checked. No installation fee. Done in 15 minutes! Can't ask for anything more.

Terrible service. Wish zero stars was a thing. They went to the wrong address to tow my car. Didn’t call me so they left. Told me they had the wrong phone number when I called to ask what happened. Waited three hours. Was told it would take another hour. Tried to cancel and then they sent someone over. If AAA ever sends them to tow your car, go with someone else.

Paul is awesome! He has great energy. He put me at ease right away when he arrived to tow my car. He was quick and efficient . He was friendly and professional. Thank you Paul!
