  Long story short my car ended up here straight from the Sunnyvale police department. They auctioned off my vehicle and sold it with my name still as the registered owner. Ended up getting a whole bunch of tickets and parking violations. Just a head ache

  Alberto drove in the night to pick us up after a breakdown, towed us for a long drive to a shop. He was very nice and professional and couldn’t ask for any better service. A+ for this driver.

  Please please PLEASE!!! do NOT go through this towing company. My mom was involved in a horrible horrible accident and CHP sent her car to this tow yard. Our first issue was the fact that whoever towed her car decided to input all of her cars information wrong. All of it. She couldn’t find her car for days and she had belongings she needed to get out of the car for work. When we finally found it, they refused to let her into her car unless she paid them 55$ right then and there. She was in tears and explained over and over she just needed her things and she didn’t have the 55$. They pushed and pushed and pushed for the money until she was in tears and we had to leave. The last and final straw was today. My mother finally got her car back and everything electronic and work related of hers was now stolen and not in the vehicle anymore. When we left the tow yard, they decided to let themselves into my mothers car (after telling her they wouldn’t let HER in unless she gave them money) and they stole everything. I tried to call and ask who I spoke to too please have some decency and just give her things back and we can forget about it. He fought with me on it and said no. Those were my moms things. She needed all of that. This accident already took so much from her and then they do this. It’s disappointing to say the least. Please listen to the other reviews. They are thieves and they don’t care. Stay away from these people unless you have a knack for getting stolen from.

  Guy who owns this place is a thief. Charged 3 days for storage when the vehicle was there less than 48 hours. I would give 0 stars if possible. His business model seems to be to screw people over. When I mentioned the absurdity it to him, he said, “it is what it is. Either pay or we keep the vehicle.”
